I've never written a poor review in my entire life, but you guys are the absolute worst, a total nightmare.
My building was bought out by your company a month before I moved out, and in that month, it was the worst company I've ever dealt with. It took two weeks for a response (this includes multiple calls and emails) just to get a 30-day notice form and schedule a walk through. Then, it's been over 2 months and still I have yet to receive my security deposit - I have emailed and called again multiple times. Most likely I'm going to have to take this to court. I mean, if you are a business, how difficult is it to simply respond?
In addition to the above annoying issues, my former roommate stayed in the unit and a new roommate moved in. Their experience has been even worse. A water leak happened months ago and it took weeks for them to come even take a look at the problem. Then, when they did come, they ripped the carpet up from the soiled area and decided to leave without fixing it. Now she has a hole in the carpet in her room and no one is getting back with them to finish fixing the problem. That's insane to me and so rude.
If you are looking for an apartment and the management company is Etco, walk away, better yet RUN away and never live in one of their properties.
