Pleasant staff, minimal wait time; procedure was quick and efficient.

My 1st visit was a great experience thanks to the amazing and helpful staff who helped me navigate my appointment. Any follow ups will be less dawnting now

Quick and easy check in process. Didn't have to wait too long. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Racists. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. Signed in and waiting. They registered 3 other people who are white and arrived apparently after me immediately. Didn't register me until I went up and complained.

I use them for all my imaging requirements. The staff is terrific, always pleasant, very capable and highly skilled.

No matter what my experience was after I checked in it was overshadowed by the rude and unpleasant front staff who were not welcoming, helpful, or understanding. They have a sign telling you to sign in that is hung low and in an area where you cant see it if someone is checking in in that section. I was standing around while 2 girls just sat there, one on their phone and the other just typing away directly on front of me. I didnt know where to go to sign in because another patient was in front of the sign. I had to walk around and figure out out myself. Then the girl that checked me in was giving off so much attitude, like this is the last thing you need when you're not feeling well. She told me I have a copay and I do not, I have a HDHP and I work in employee benefits/health insurance, I know I dont. She was sort of dismissive and was like we'll see what the supervisor says and I was just like sure if love to talk to her. Overall the front desk is a person's first impression and sets the stage for their experience. In this case, not good.

Only reason I'm giving it two stars and not one is because the front office staff was very nice and helpful.

The radiology person who x-rayed my was very rude, impatient, and quick tempered. Instead of telling me gently to keep my fingers in a steady postiton to do the x rays she snapped at me and when i asked a question she would not answer and she harshly told me to just to stay still and to go ask my phsycian which I understand but she was just very rude and unpleasant. ( Girl with glasses)

Overall facility is clean and nice. Maybe it was just an off day.

Everyone is polite in this establishment, extremely helpful, and always respectful.

The front desk ladies were very nice and professional. The lady who did my CTA did a wonderful job. I am a very hard person to stick with an IV and she listened to where the best spot was to get and she got it the first time. Thank you to all of you.

Everyone is friendly and this place is very efficient, clean, easy to get to, and I go annually here.

Don't come here for mammography unless you have nothing to do for the rest of your day. The minimum waiting time is 1.5 hrs in my 2 times here.

The reception folks were professional and kind.
The radiologists were awesome and thorough!

I don t normally like going to medical offices but this was a very pleasant visit. Right from the start, the receptionist was so warm and welcoming and just plain nice! And the technician was the same. My appointment was quick; they moved me through the steps smoothly without much waiting.

This review is for the madison avenue location. It was my first visit for the 3D mammo. I walked in about 35 minutes earlier than my appointment time and ask if I could be seen sooner, at first there was no room to be seen earlier but then 5 minutes later they called me in. The tech was very friendly and kind. I was surprised that there was less compression than with the regular mammo and I was literally out of there in no time at all. The facility is clean and tidy. I will continue to schedule my 3D mammography there from now on.

Very good. A little bit of a language challenge with the tech but I'm willing to take responsibility for that.

LHI has staff that is welcoming, polite, and helpful. They wngage their client with pleasant conversation. The 240 location is very clean and rbe get you out as as possilbe

I came at an off time-there was no waiting. The waiting room was a bit worn looking, but clean. The receptionist, the nurse, the technician were all very pleasant. It was painless and easy.

I've been here many times. The staff and technicians are always friendly and efficient. I will keep going back

Very long wait. 1.5 hours after my appt time. Otherwise fine.

Everyone was friendly and kind. The procedure was quick and Wayne, in particular, was really soothing.

Go anywhere but here. Disorganized. They were running 1.5 hours late for an appointment! You would think they had the decency to call clients in advance to warn or provide rescheduling options. It s disrespectful.

Unfortunately, I d ended up waiting for 1hr & 30 mins because a front desk person forgot to check me in. If didn t double check myself, I would been waiting longer.

They were efficient, friendly, and patient. An I stall great experience.

Went for my annual mammography today at LHR on Madison Ave. They are the best medical office that care. No long waiting period and they are just all so nice to deal with.

Very professional and efficient with pleasant staff- got me and my knee X-Rays out in 1/2 hour!

Personable and quick service. Staff should be tasked with verifying insurance and copays- this should not be a patients responsibility.

LHR operates very efficiently. No appointment is necessary, just walk-in. Waiting time is short. You can request image CD right on the spot, and the report can be uploaded to your LHR account within a few days. No need for an extra trip to pick up the CD & report. LHR staff are also very friendly. My whole experience with LHR is very comforting.

The staff was amazing and the equipment to do the testing is superb! No better place to get a mammogram, bone density, or any other Radiology needs.

I have been going here for several years for mammograms because they are extraordinarily thorough, knowledgeable and professional. It IS a small location, however, so it took me awhile to get comfortable going there in this COVID environment. They have done a decent job with precautions, but can definitely do more. They called to pre-register me the day before the appt and I was able to upload copies of my Insurance card and Rx - GREAT! But then when I arrived, there was still paperwork to complete - why not put everything on line? The Waiting Rm has been re-arranged, but if it had been full I would have been extremely uncomfortable, so I hope they really are managing the patient flow - but then why have all those chairs at all? The women's dressing room is extremely tiny and only 1 patient shld be allowed there at a time, but there were 2 of us in the area at certain points - and I don't think the rooms were wiped down between uses. Also, the trash cans in each room were overflowing and the bin of used gowns was almost full. In this environment, there really should be constant cleaning. So, the technical "stuff" is still 5 Star but the COVID precautions need some work (3 Star), so I'm netting the overall rating to 4.

My technician was wonderful. Front desk was wonderful. Unfortunately, i had to wait thirty minutes after my scheduled time for my mri. Otherwise, this place and their staff are fantastic.

Service was fine but your phones are a disaster. I called three times and each time I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I think you need to hire more operators. Also your messages are very outdated. in 2017 we will be installing.....

It s been 2 weeks and I still haven t received the results from my mammogram and ultrasound

I recommend this place, efficient and professional. The only problem I found was the elevator.

I had an appointment this past Wednesday to get a CT-Scan and it was my first time ever getting any work done by a radiologist, As soon as I walked in the people in the front desk were very welcoming and greeted me offering me hand sanitizer and other health protocols i may need to feel more safe. As I waited for my name to be called a technician named Marvin came out called my name and welcomed me to the room to get evaluated before getting scanned, he was well mannered, educated and made me feel more calm before my CT-Scan was done. I was nervous but he explained the procedure step by step and he sanitized the machine before I even got in it, once we were done he offered me hand sanitizer and wipes to go. I highly recommend this location for any imaging needs, the whole team is amazing and its a clean environment.

The receptionist and technician were courteous and professional. MRIs can be a claustrophobic experience, but the technician made me feel at ease and made the experience bearable.

My only critique would be that I prefer real changing rooms, with real doors that lock. But other than that, an overall good experience.

Location was clean and Covid-19 protocols were in place. Staff was professional and friendly enough to calm patient s anxiety, as was the wonderful radiologist!!

Efficient. Not much wait time for a walk-in (some 20mins). I did a X-Ray and in minutes they provided me a copy of the image on a CD.

The service was great from start to finish. The front desk staff was quick and the wait was less than 10 mins. The two radiologists who attended to me very funny, kind and gentle. It completely took my mind off the tests that I went there for. LHR is my favorite Radiology office!!

Great place, went there for my first mammogram, was super nervous, everything went fast and painless, technician was fantastic, very king and understanding.

The office is very clean and the staff very efficient.

Fantastic experience. Professional and fast. I only waited about 3.minutes to get the mammogram and another 3 to get the sonogram. Highly recommend. Only minor drawback is you have to wait 3 days for the results but that is a small price to pay, since my previous place charged $1200 for the dr. To read the results right then and there. My copay for Lenox Hill was $116. Going out for a fancy steak dinner tonight in celebration !!

From booking the appointment via phone to the in-person interaction with the receptionists and the technician who performed my exam, everyone was absolutely wonderful. The staff is so kind and polite, and I truly left very impressed.

Very fast service. The x-ray tech explained everything step by step and she made me as comfortable as possible.

Visit 1: Great clean office, friendly staff, took me in earlier than scheduled appointment. Great experience

Visit 2: I arrived on time but had to wait 90 minutes for 10 minute scan...

Came in later than they asked, but they immediately got me in. Paperwork was easy and directions clear.

Tech was amazing and understood my anxiety and injuries and treated me with care and not derision .

I ve come here for years for multiple tests and the staff is always excellent. Front desk is friendly and efficient and the techs are great. I will continue to use this as my go-to for testing.
