I was scheduled for 3 different tests. The staff was so synchronized that I was brought in right on time, handed over to the next technician, and even brought water when I mentioned I needed some. The facility is spotless, changing rooms are practice. Many thanks for such a wonderful experience.
I have been going to a few Lenox Hill locations for years and everyone there was courteous and professional. I have always been satisfied with my choice!

The radiologist (x-ray) I had was not patient at all. She gave me all those unclear instructions. Then she was super frustrated when I need more help on her instructions. I would not go back to there anymore.
The technician who did my mammogram was wonderful. Pleasant, professional, and she was quick!
However, the wait time to be seen was terrible though. I understand they had a medical issue, but the 1.5+ hour wait time was unacceptable.
Lenox Hill Radiology is excellent! The staff are very nice and very patient. In addition, the wait time is short. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I will continue to go to Lenox Hill for my mammogram and any other screening. Thanks to everyone at Lenox Hill Radiology for such a pleasant experience!

Chancy if you go midday; better off early. Mammogram techicians are nice enough but will bruise you.

received in scheduling my MRI procedure. During the actual office visit to the 240 Madison Ave.
location, the entire staff at that facility went above and beyond to make the experience as easy
as possible! That really went a long way for me / my mindset in dealing with the intensity of
pain that is making my daily life difficult! Hopeful this visit proves successful in diagnosing my causation
of pain and injury, and leads to some solution for me! Cannot say enough positive things about Lenox Hill Radiology!

My experience getting the test done was absolutely great, the staff was super wonderful too. It all made my time there seem shorter than it actually was.
I am a hijabi and had to get x-rays done. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming, fast and helpful.
As a hijabi I asked if it was possible to have a female look at me, unfortunately there was only a male tech.
I'm happy to say, he was very accommodating and very considerate. I was comfortable and didn't have to expose any part of me. Hats of to this office!!! Especially the x-ray tech! He deserves a bonus or raise of pay!

Staff is very nice but they obviously had time metrics to keep. The process was very rushed as in, you went into the MRI machine without having completed forms of your medical history that one would think is information they need. Or, you are being asked questions to complete your form as you are getting undressed meaning everyone around you can hear details of very personal information. I will not be going back there, how can I be sure the MRI itself was not rushed?

I can t thank them enough for accommodating me when I arrived almost 3 hrs before my scheduled appointment. I am home at the time when my appointment should have been. The service was pleasant and quick.

I was scheduled for a 7AM appointment today (12/12/17) and for some reason had it in my mind that it was for 8AM. I got to the office around 8:05AM. The young lady (apologies for not remembering your name) at the desk who checked me in was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. She reminded me that the appt. was for 7AM. Instead of turning me away, she squeezed me in for 8:30AM. I am not an early morning person, and her pleasant demeanor, smile and patience was extremely welcoming and was just what I needed to start my day off the right way.
Thank you for your help, patience and getting me through today. I wish you lots of joy, happiness and laughter throughout this holiday season and into 2018!! I pray that you receive a nice increase in salary and an even nicer bonus this year. You deserve it!
Last thing, the facility was very clean and well kept. The restroom was clean with a crisp fresh scent. EXCELLENT Experience!!

Mixed bag. Nearly impossible to get ahold of by phone. Once I finally did, the man I spoke with was very rude. But the people at this office have been wonderful in person and all the techs seem quite competent.
I was treated with understanding and respect during a stressful procedure. The tech was especially helpful. And no waiting! If you have a choice, I'd definitely recommend LHR.

Good: was able to get appointment for the next day for cat scan. Thanks for that. Technician preparing me for scan was very helpful.
Not good: waited at least 45 minutes past time the CT scan was supposed to happen. With contrast....Do needles used for IV have to ge so big? Hurts. Technician injecting needle said they use bigger needles at your facility.. 50 gauge? Also would be good to have regular bandaids available after IV is withdrawn instead of some sot of wrapping that goes around entire arm.

This is the worst experience I've ever had having a mammogram. The wait time was long. Once I got in for procedure that went in a timely fashion. During my procedure, I asked the technician for a copy of the films burned on a CD. Because my appointment was near the end of the day, everyone seemed more concerned with going home. I waited for almost 1 1/2 hours for someone to burn the CD s. Too long to be waiting in an office during covid. It turns out, they all left with out doing that! I was trying to be patient as office seemed busy. When I went to the front desk to see what happened, they had checked me out of the system. My CDs were not done, the girl at the desk tried to do it but didn't seem to know how. At this point I'm exhausted and just want to get out of there. I needed my cds for an upcoming appt. Front desk girl was making phone calls for help. One more half hr passed. I left empty handed. Staff here seems inept and incompetent. I'll never go back here again! Don't waste your time here! Go to another location like 15th Street location.
Lenox Hill Radiology on Madison is great. The staff are friendly and professional. There was very little wait time; I was practically in and out. I love this place.
Fast and efficient service. St least for the early appointment :) they were also very friendly.
From the first visit I felt that I was being cheated. After 7 months, my doctor referred me again to the control ultrasound, and the second time I felt that I was being deceived. I do not recommend this place, they take more money for their services than it should be, and I still haven t received my money back.

The overall experience was definitely positive. I arrived on time but... did not have the scrip with me. The staff members were very kind, worked out a new schedule so I could walk back home for the scrip and return for the delayed procedure. Many thanks!

This review is for 240 Madison Ave location. Went there for hand x-ray and was in and out in less than half hour. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Was able get my images on a CD in less than 5 min and out the door.
I was in and out in no time. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use their services again.

i have been to LHR before and have had excellent experiences. However, today was not one of those times. I was called after my scheduled appointment time (I arrived 20 minutes early) to fill in paper work and the office was very quiet when I was there (so I can t say they were backed up). Then when I was getting checked it, it was very disorganized . I hope this was a one off experience.
It is too bad the review can t be separate for the technician and the office itself. The technician was efficient and pleasant. The office experience was not. Waited outside on the sidewalk as guard left and locked the door of the high rise. Confronted by a crowd now waiting for the one working elevator, was encouraged to take the stairs to the second floor (2 flights). Receptionists were rude and unpleasant. One questioned why we took the stores, while another said is this all you have? In reference to my insurance card. Waited until appt itself to check my insurance and then said your your information doesn t match. She seemed annoyed that their insurance expert had to contact my (very valid) insurance via phone.. I was left to wander around in the hallways a couple of times trying to find the changing room and then back to the exam room. If my baseline for bone density wasn t now at this address, I would not return in the future.
Great place,I take all n my scans from them, and they be are always on time, favorable time, you can go to work after wards. Clean and professional place.
Find someplace else to go. They are so muddled in their billing -- I have been trying to sort out a bill for 7 months my insurance carrier tells me I do not owe. The entire operation seems disorganized with indifferent staff.

The radiologist was nice and worked fast, however when I walked in two receptionist completely ignored me and kept talking amongst themselves which was rude. Overall they work fast, I was in and out 20 mins top!

Wait was average, technician that called me in stood near the elevator bank and yelling my name. Would have been nice for him to come into the waiting area to retrieve me.
