The place is great and the people very nice and very professional. I go there always very happy and in a good mood because I feel very comfortable doing exams in this place.

All of the staff were quite professional and extremely efficient. I was extremely pleased.

Very friendly and efficient reception. Technician was very helpful and answered all questions, overall, staff made it a less stressful experience and got things done without delay.

Wow just super fast and amazing. Would be 5 stars but there phone scheduling service left a lot to be desired.

Cons
-Had to call 5 times to get an appointment.
-First four calls for appointment I got hung up on after a 5 minute wait listening to bad music and announcements.

Deducting a star for the awful phone system that hangs up on you after a certain amount of time. But once I did get a person they were very helpful and patient. On site experience was unreal and fast.

I m very happy with my experience here. As they could see I was a little nervous they were very reassuring. The technicians made it easy for me, explaining as they proceeded with the tests.

Safety and social distancing precautions were on point. Friendly staff. My technician made my MRI experience as pleasant as it could be. She was awesome.

I had a very positive experience here. I was taken right away with no waiting time and given both a mammogram and sonogram with very nice, professional people. It was a 4 pm appointment.

Staff are v nice. past couple of yrs, I had good experience, no long wait time. but this yr, waited 2 hrs, I was pissed off and walked out without procedure. not sure if I stay with this facility.

Comfortable waiting room, procedure (MRI) performed exactly on time, technicians were courteous.

Ok, first of all staff may be a little too serious, helllo they are busy but very thoughtful!!!!Secondly , not only are they thoughtful, but considering the amount of work they have to do they are also not slow at all.

Very efficient once you are in your gown, but a long wait time after your appointment time to get checked in and sent to the dressing room. No apparent reason for this.

Extremely rude and insulting treatment by a technician.

Took a simple X-ray here. The waiting here is slightly lack of order and take long if walk in. It's quick if you have reservation.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. There was a lot of back and forth with my pcp and insurance but they were on top of it and so helpful. So appreciative. Thank you!

Receptionist and technician were both friendly; I was taken in right away with no wait, and the imaging was done nice and quick. Clean office. Highly recommend.

Lenox Hill Radiology is fantastic.. i had a great experience there and everyone is so nice.

My primary care physician referred me to this location and it was conveniently located within a few blocks of his office and they accepted walk-ins. That was important because I was in a great deal of pain and the doctor needed the results to determine next steps . The staff was friendly and efficient; the facility was modern and well designed. I appreciated that they posted the secured wifi information in the waiting area making access easy. I highly recommend this location.

Very well-organized imaging center. The staff at the front desk were polite, efficient and had all my records and information. The CT Tech was wonderful. He explained every step of the procedure I was there for, then walked me through it, and was very attentive to my needs. The procedure involved an injection, and he asked me how I was feeling after the injection. He was completely on top of the situation. I highly recommend this imaging center.

Very efficient and kind. In particular the front desk was very patient with me, and helped me get a faxed prescription from my doctor. Also, the technician, Kimberly, who did the mamogram was so kind, sensitive and funny! It made the experience very good.

The service was phenomenal, staff was polite and informative. They re very punctual, I made an 8:15 appointment and was called in right away.

I called to make appointment and was told to come anytime appointments aren't necessary. When I arrived I found out I could have made an appointment and they have p.oriority. I could have been out 40 mins sooner.

Generally easy experience, though they started late despite me arriving early with an early-morning appointment.

This facility is well organized and professional. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant, so it was a good experience.

Everyone is so nice and professional. I have been going to LHR at 240 Madison Ave for years now. Even when making an appointment, they are extra nice on the phone. I even got a call before my appointment double checking my insurance and even calling my insurance to make sure all was good. The receptionists are super friendly and the technicians make you feel at ease. I wish all medical offices were the same.

I recently visited Lenox Hill Radiology for a Ct scan and I had a very welcoming and great experience. During my visit I wasn t feeling well, since I ve been fighting repeat chronic sinus infections. I have been on antibiotics for weeks, which have left me weak and dizzy but the staff was very caring and empathetic during my visit. Gloria is a great model employee. I informed her about my dizziness and she immediately offer her assistance and offered to bring me water or juice and some snacks. I said yes and she brought me a bag full of snacks. These are the type of people we should have in healthcare. Caring people who have empathy. I was feeling vulnerable and sick and she came to my aid. :) She deserves recognition.

Good experience. They were on time and explained things clearly. Office was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Great customer service, minimal wait time, (especially because documents were submitted digitally in advance) and the MRI itself was finished in 15 minutes. There was also a relaxing video played during the procedure, so it felt even shorter. My entire appointment was complete in under 45 mins. I was very pleased with my experience!

I was seen promptly. I had several test done, and everything was well organized. I received clear instructions on what would happen and when. The technicians showed concern for my comfort, offering me water and socks and allowing me to take a snack break after a fasting test. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I knew in advance what charges I would be responsible for, so no surprises. Outstanding, compassionate care!

They kept to the schedule. It was clean. Staff was polite and courteous.

I had extreme difficulty in entering the building an 4:45, in the light rain and the cold, besides pain I was experiencing. When the building guard, desk person left, he locked the building entrance with no way to contact any one. I pushed and pushed buttons/bells on the outside of the building.

Happily, some tenants were leaving the building and let me inside. By that time I was in tears. When I found your office on the second floor.The receptionist was very gracious offered some water and helped me simplify the usual forms. She says the building has been asked to notify her when they lock the front door, but did not.

Not a great landlord when you are dealing with people in paint.

There was an unreasonably long hold time to reach them on the phone and then somehow the faxed referral did not come through. Otherwise, everyone was pleasant. But of course I have no idea how well they did the scans yet, since I'm writing this review before getting any results.

This was a fantastic place. They had an opening while I was in my doctor's office so I was able to go right away. From my front desk experience all the way to being taken care of for my MRI the office was very efficient and well organized. I was called much earlier that my appointment was for and all the staff that assisted me were very kind and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and informative. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment for a 3 minute CT.

Just try to get someone to answer the phone. You'll wait and wait and wait as a recorded voice tells you all about their new and presumably expensive machines, but spending money on human beings to answer the phone is apparently not important.

The radiologists were so kind. I was so nervous and they put me at ease. I left very happy with an understanding of my results. Thank you. You guys are the BEST!!!!!!

The staff was amazing- knowledgeable, patient and professional. But my appointment was at 2:45, I was told to be there 15 min early and was not called until 3:15ish.

I always have a great experience at Lenox hill radiology... Maria the mamo tech is amazing! She is very gentle and made my experience the best.

The staff seem nice, however, I was informed my insurance would cover an extra procedure, 3D imaging, that was offered so I accepted. That was not the case when I received my bill. It was an amount I cannot afford. I feel completely duped and recommend patients personally check with their insurance providers first. The billing people were helpful, but I'm still very disappointed.

The staff is great. They were compassionate and clear. I was able to get an appointment quickly.

Wait time leaves a lot to be desired but the staff is very nice. Especially the young man who performed my CT. He is professional, caring and genuine.

Very courteous and prompt service. My appointment was at 7 am and by 7:05 I was being attended

Ms. Christine at the front desk reception was polite, warm and professional. A couple of issues arose, one with Medicare and the usage of the proper forms and the other with the authorization of my neck X-Rays from One Medical. She explained the delay in a courteous manner. All of this interchange made my visit a pleasant one.

Friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable and effiecient while doing procedures. They really went out of their way to make my visit a great one! I highly recommend them if you need anything!

All staff was nice but my appoint was ultrasound Breast. But I took 3D tomo without explanation. I asked a technician if I was taking the 3D in front of the machine. I wish they could tell me what exams I was taking today. I was a bit worried about the payment as well.

I have been to this Lenox Hill Radiology location before and it is a pleasure coming back each year. The office is so efficiently run and everyone on the staff is friendly and professional. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30, so I arrived a few minutes early for check in as recommended. I had a mammogram and chest Xray and I was walking out the door by 10:48! AMAZING!
