Quick and efficient. Staff was professional and friendly.

Every visit has been pleasant, professional and most importantly comfortable and pain free. Both the staff and the fellow patients always seem to be in good spirits. I appreciate the general genuine atmosphere.

Terrible experience at this center. I schedule my appointment and they didn t clarify it was a diffenten location, so, I waited for an hour before anybody noticed that I wasn t schedule there. They told me a different price for the MRI, then they said it was more. And on top of the They didn t say I couldnt eat four hours before the MRI. So, I starved to death and they at another location they said, it was ok to eat.

Clean place,the front desk person Christine very aggressive,her concern was getting my credit card to charge,before I even sing my paper work,I had to tell her to chill,the Lady who took my radiology ,was very professional and nice.I will keep The Park Ave location for my future visits.

There are SO many issue with this facility, it s hard to know where to begin.
I had an appointment for a bone density scan for a certain day. The day of that appt they called and asked if I had taken any vitamins. I said yes, bc no one had told me not to. No good, we have to reschedule it even though I had set up my day around that appointment. Oh well. We then set a new date I asked if I would get an email confirmation. She said yes, and of course I never did. Still nothing in writing telling me what to do or not to do for the appt. Oh well.

So, I had a 11:45 appt for today and got there at 11:30. Waited until 12:15 and then went to the desk and asked how much longer. They said the tech had just taken the appt before me and it would be soon. I knew from asking prior that the actual test takes 10 mins so I assumed it would be a short wait from there.

Waited another 15 mins (I am now there 45 mins) and the office manager got involved and sent me back to get changed. When I asked her how much longer from this point on ? She said 20 mins tops. They told me to take everything off except underwear, shoes and socks. Ok, done. Now chilly and still waiting.

Wait there 15 mins, tech comes out and takes me. I get up on the exam table he does one scan then says I have to take my shoes off. Ummm .ok, but they told me to leave them on .oh well. Does another scan, then asks Does your bra have a metal wire in it ? I say yes . Of course I then have to take it off.

Then we argue bc I am clearly annoyed for the mess that is this office, the staff and the entire facility and he proceeds to tell me he has been so busy he still has not eaten his breakfast, which he then points to. NOT MY PROBLEM BUDDY.
Talk to your boss, just like I will have to do when I get back to my office after getting back LATE from my lunch break.
In short, go elsewhere

Knowing the Lenox Radiology location on Madison Avenue for years I was never disappointed, because there providing excellent prompt services. The front desk is very polite, helpful, friendly. The medical staff are highly professional, as well very personal to each patient. The office is lovely decorated and very clean.

Crowded and hectic with an overworked front staff that doesn't have the time to answer questions (due to the ratio of front desk staff to the number of patients that come in at one time and not because of their inability or an unwillingness to help). Medical professionals were polite and knowledgeable. The exam process was described in detail and I knew what to expect every step of the way. Results were given almost immediately and were also well explained.

The staff at the front desk was very cordial, they even took me in early. The techs were kind and fast.

Nice waiting area and free wifi! Front desk was very busy but also very professional. Be sure to be on time because even being late by 5 mins delays the entire day!! My MRI tech was very nice. Thanks everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the scheduling process to the office visit, everyone was professional and friendly. The sonogram and mammogram technicians were amazing and took away the stress and nervousness that I had about the appointment, especially because it was my first mammogram and didnt know what to expect. Quick, friendly, easy and professional experience getting an MRI. Also, the cotton gowns are so much nicer than those crappy paper ones. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The staff was very professional, my appointment was on time and the technician answered all my questions, this was my first MRI. I will change to this diagnostic facility from my previous one which I have become increasingly unhappy with. ie, long waits for appointments, long time to get results and unprofessional billing department.

Came for my 2:45 pm apt and waited for close to an hour and a half. Granted that the ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. It would seem that some days people are lucky to receive prompt attention and other days not. It all depends on gow lucky you are on any given day.

The wait is very, very long. I had an 8:30 routine appointment for a mammogram and I am still here at 10:15. Terrible!

Excellent service. easy to get an appointment. Only complaint is incorrect information from
scheduling dept - first call was told that I had to not eat for 4 hrs prior and to arrive 30 mins early. Next reminder call said arrive 1.5 hrs early but ok to eat? Then text message reminder day of told me arrive 30 mins early. I was told when I arrived an hour early that all this info from central scheduling was incorrect!

Had my first ever MRI done and the technician was very nice, professional and made me feel very calm. I was a bit nervous after hearing a bunch of stories from others about feeling like they were in a coffin but I closed my eyes before they rolled me in and took deep breathes and kept myself calm. The noise actually made me fall asleep. Loll. All in all it was fine and I was comfortable. The receptionists were nice and professional as well. No problems.

Great timing in the sequence os mammography, chest X-ray and bone density. I requested to forward results to the specialist aside from the referring doctor, which was taken care of.

I had a very good service. Your staff was professional, but the wait time was too long.

The rudest place in town. 30 minutes on hold to speak with anyone. Absolutely no knowledge by anyone we tried to speak with. Rushed care. Many days before results appear. Go to a hospital for these services! There is no reason not to.

Staff was very kind but incorrect in quoting me a price for the procedure! If you're looking at any kind of emergency procedure, definitely call your insurance company and request the claim yourself so you're not surprised with a bill later like I was. Otherwise, the office was clean and my tech was nice.

Was refer by a representative and was told that they participate with my insurance. My insurance paid them what the contract said and they still went after more payments. If you aren't going to honor the contract don't performed the procedures. Horrible billing department. Front desk was okay, medical records personal were great. Overall experienced a headache.

Went in for x-ray. Pretty quick process. Took just about an hour from sign-in to me walking out the building.

Staff was great, I would definitely recommend this place.

When i called to make the appt, i asked if they run on time bc it would be in the middle of my workday. They said MRI appts tend to run right on time due to the way they schedule them. Then they told me to come 15 min early for paperwork, which i did, but instead they told me to take a seat and they would call me up to receive the paperwork i need to fill out. Well they didn t actually hand me the paperwork to fill out until 5 min after my appt time and they didn t actually take me back for the scan until 35 min after my appointment time. Once they took me back, it was a great experience, but the first 50 minutes was upsetting.

I have always found Lennox Hill Radiology on Madison Avenue very efficient and professional. The experienced technicians are very humanized and personable which is a huge plus. I would rate their care and attention first class.

I read the negative online reviews but because the location was convenient, I scheduled my appointment there. I had absolutely no problems at this location, none. I was seen on time, maybe even a bit early. The front desk personnel was professional and friendly. The tech and radiologist were friendly, professional, informative, addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this office for the appropriate procedures.

Having had several procedures at Lenox Hill Radiology (at their 240 Madison Avenue branch) I can attest to the fact that they both their professionalism and courtesy are tops, from the Reception Desk to the actual technicians who handle the exam.

This was a terrible experience. The man doing my cat scan had no idea what he was doing. He couldn t find the vein in my right arm and was pricking me multiple times. He then proceeded to squirt IV fluid all over my face when testing the IV. He has to then put the IV in my other arm. Mid cat scan he comes running in and asks if there is any chance I m pregnant. After I was finished, no one offered me any direction of wear to go, I wasn t asked if I was okay or if I needed any water. Terrible experience and will never come here again.

Very warmly greeted with specific instructions on filling out paperwork. Quickly did 2 procedures and was out in less than an hour.

Lennox hill radiology was a A+ experience.
Was in and out in an hour for a mri which was super fast.

Seemed like they cared more about suggesting additional unnecessary services to pad the bill than about patients health. Would not recommend to anyone. Will not return.

Was in and out fairly quickly and the staff was nice. Would give it more stars but still haven't gotten my test results back from nearly a week ago.

Had such a GREAT experience here! The staff was so incredibly helpful and sweet, and even after it turned out I had booked the wrong kind of appointment Nicole W and Nnekka sorted it out for me in no time. Highly highly recommend this place. My MRa was so easy thanks to these guys.

Much improved wait time, which is a huge plus. The technician for my pelvic exam was outstanding. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

Had an 11 AM appointment, and arrived 15 minutes early as instructed to complete paperwork. Didn't get taken in for the MRI until 12:15. The imaging only took 15 minutes, but the delay was excessive. I won't be going back if I ever need another MRI or X ray.
