Madison 101 Review

Not costumer friendly, no consideration and no heart for the needy. Many was stucked in the middle of the night because of rain and flood evrywhere, im with my kids asking for vacant room, if not possible maybe can we stay in the lobby while waiting for the water to goes down since our car was parked nearby because of the standstill traffic due to weather. Tellin us that after 12md all the stranded people inside will need to leave the hotel. We had no choice but to stay in the car and wait till morning.

Attended a review course that was held in one of their larger conference rooms. Unfortunately even though it was quite a large room, there were many columns through out the room, causing obstruction of view and walking space. But besides that the overall experience there was quite nice. The staff was very friendly, and the facilities were kept very clean. The food in the cafeteria down stairs was relatively simple, but was well made, although slightly overpriced. And has easy access to the train (LRT 2 Gilmore station) and just down the street from Robinsons Magnolia

I enjoyed my entire stay. Everything in Room 916 was perfect, except that I just smelled something not good.

I love the food, the room is so relaxing. It has WiFi.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Madison 101. What I liked the most was the ambiance of the room. Food they served was fantastic so there was no need to look for restaurants outside. Hopefully they add more amenities in the future like gym or garden lounge. I'm planning to spend my Valentines day at this hotel next year.

Its my third time to stay here and it feels like home. The amenities are ok including the room lights.

For just 2,900 pesos, you can enjoy an elegantly designed room with 2 beds at Madison 101. It's really cheap, considering how posh you'll feel when inside, and how near it is from almost any landmark in the metro! Worth every penny :)

Perfect for people from the provinces studying for the bar and board exams of different professions. The location is convenient as there is a supermarket in front of it, banks nearby and convenience stores that are open 24/7. It's also a 5-mins jeepney ride away from Robinsons Magnolia.

Popular place for Review Centers but the building is not designed for such large crowds. The stair are to narrow, elevator are too small and the room doors are too small.

For me this hotel is very nice. my room is 817 and almost have no problem with anything. i love the design and some of the spot where you can take a lot of pictures. more important, this hotel is close with the drug store and groceries, they have laundry place, overall i love to stay here

Dorm room for four has only four electrical socket. Slow service. Our doorknob has problem they won't fix it. We have asked for water delivery and it has been a week and still no water despite constant reminder. There is free WiFi but connecting is very hard and once connected speeders very slow.

The accomodation is great, also the staffs are very cordial and knowledgeable! Furthermore its very affordable for a sudden visit.

Roach infested property had to move rooms 2 times because of roaches coming out in the middle of the night. Cockroaches were by the phone in the 1st Room and then in the 2nd Room they were on the walls. Baby roaches could have gotten in my luggage on the desk. They were nice enough to upgrade us and move us to another Room which was great but had us re locate after 2 nights back to a room with roaches. Had a real hard time sleeping because of this. Only reason i gave it 2 stars is because of the views and location and staff.. If they fix the roach problem they Would-be a 4.5 to 5 star. I would consider returning but I would have to know they took care of the problem efficiently. Also the house keeper does not change the sheets, only remakes the sheets instead of putting fresh ones on. I know this because my first sheets had a stain and the next day after my bed was made the same sheet with the same stain remained there, this also happened in the upgraded room. I know this because i placed a small pen dot on the corner of the sheet and it was still there neatly flattened and made up upon my return ... Also some of the sewage smell permeates through the restroom vents you can smell it as well as the other bathrooms, they are some how connected we can smell cigarette smoke and other people feces in the air in our bathroom. I won't be back-to this hotel unless things change. At that point i will delete this review and submit a good one. Staff is excellent friendly and very professional.. It's to bad they got to work for a hotel with problems.

The convention hall has no ceiling at the lower ground floor. The rooms are nice though, except the restroom is cramped

Hotel in modern style but with obvious signs of aging, the rooms are quite clean and large. Staff not very helpful maybe because it's a hotel chain. For the rest you have a laundry and pharmacy just outside, opposite a supermarket and a little further on, the train station (Gilmore). All in all it is a good hotel for the price it asks. Say negative there is WiFi that is really bad and noise in general.

Booked a friend for a 2 night stay. The staff at the reception were ok and accommodated all requests. One bad note was the room 's throw pillows were not laundered because it smelled like someone's overnight drool and sweat. The amenities were acceptable. The dining options limited but the hotel had fair priced 'cafeteria' food that was value for money. They have a cafe on the lower ground which served a good cup of Flat White. Price range was fair enough.

There's a lot of cockroaches inside the room. Bed is not clean specially the comforters and pillows. Toiletries looks cheap. As in super cheap! Nescafe 3 in 1 coffee, seriously? And the most upsetting thing is the housekeepers are not not courteous. OJT's i think (since they only wear white collared shirt) are very noisy when they passed the hallways! Hello! Do you train your OJT's and housekeepers correctly?

Cafeteria has limited food choices. Great cafe at tge basement. Parking is not always available.

Location is quiet good. There are also coffee shops and a cafeteria inside the hotel.

They said they will give it after 15 days, now its almost two months.

So far so good. I remember passing by this hotel while still being constructed some few months ago. Now it glittering new! :)

Location is very accessible to all places because it is near cubao, manila, makati and all cities of metro manila. The staff and crew are very nice and accomodating but something they must improve is there room service, no telephone in each room and there is no doormat for cr and shower room. When its comes to cleanliness the hotel is very clean, they clean and fix your room regularly.

Good for travellers. This hostel has working elevator for guests use. Really cozy outside. Various room size available. Friendly staff.

No parking, no disposable slippers, no laundry bag !! Trash bag just requested, the duration given! 150 extra unan?! Wow !! Very disgusting !!

Madison101 hotel is offering friendly price for all those who want to have comfortable and relaxing place. I also love how hospitable their staff are.

rude staff, hallways were not cleaned daily. microwave on only one floor and was always dirty. if it wasn't for my work I would have not stayed here. total disaster.

Worst hotel that I have ever been to in my life. We attended our cousin's wedding and stayed here for 2 days. On our first day, we were not able to eat our breakfast as the hotdog that were served to us tasted like plastic. The second day, they said that we booked a room though agoda, so there is no free breakfast (in a rude manner). Told her that yesterday, we have free breakfast. She double checked and yes we have Free meal! Another thing is the walls are too thin that you can hear noises from the room in front of ours. The heater in our first room was not working so we were transferred to another room, were the doorbell is not working. Lastly, my sister left her shoes in the room upon check out, they say they didnt see anything. In short, our 2 days stay was a nightmare! Will never stay nor recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The building is fairly new. Our room was clean. Wifi connection was good. Close to St Luke's Hospital, Robinson's Magnolia, and Mt Carmel Church. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

Food was a bit bland but the staff were very hospitable. The interior design was very modern and fun.
