Very homey, accessible by train or public transport, very affordable for students and employees.

I have a really good experience..the employees were really nice but the room that we stayed in has little bugs..

Difficult parking. Presence of cockroaches in rooms

This is the worst place to stay during weekends. The mini bar on the 2nd floor is ridiculously loud and noisy with subpar performances. I cant even get a good night's rest.

A perfect place to stay. Went there to stay for my friends wedding, clean and quiet place. A good and nice place for wedding reception.

The Hotel was nice, the staff are helpful, guard assisted me with the parking, front desk officer has a pleasant smile. Everything was nice not until we reach our room. My partner saw some cockroaches, not just 1 but 5 of them! What a warm welcome from these little creatures! The bed was comfortable but the linens are dirty as if they didn t washed it. You can see some stains in the pillows. There s also a weird smell inside the room. Maybe the housekeepers should clean the rooms properly to make the guests feel more comfortable. The wifi is strong. The breakfast is quite good. They have a bar at the second floor but i hope they will have a menu at the rooms as we are too lazy to go down.

My life saver when I attended a formal event @ Oasis! it's just right across the street, and very practical for commuters like me (roundtrip Grab fare = accommodation with breakfast).. the most important part is I got a good rest right after the event..

Okay naman yung booked room namin. Family room with 4 single beds. Booked for two nights and found cockroach sa bed :( staff are accommodating. They are all nice. Pero yung bed lang talaga. :) hope u could do something about that. Thanks

Nice and friendly door attendant and the reception but in the Food service at their bar/restaurant needs to practice more customer service on how to accommodate customers to dine-in until the bartender/waiter knows how to accommodate us.

Nice and decent place, since it's just along the main thoroughfare, expect vehicles buzzing, but still I recommend this place

A very cozy hotel. This is where most local TV series are filmed.

The place was accessible and beautiful. The staff are very courteous.

Good room however quite loud at night with staff running up and down talking in the hallways. Elevator was acting up entire time I was there, with waiting close to 5 minutes to be able to get one to go downstairs. The worst thing was the staff who conveniently did not mention at all my 1000 PHP deposit I put down when checking in upon check out. When I asked for it they asked for a voucher that was never given to me to start with. I think they expected for me to just leave in a rush to get in my Grab to the airport but I patiently waited until they said oh it s ok you don t have a voucher sir, just sign here and off it went. Please keep this in mind if you happen to stay here.

In the hotel, there is a coffee shop.

The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating.

The HOTEL is clean. House keepers changes the bed sheets everyday and cleans the rooms everyday as well.

As to their WIFI Connection, not that fast.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, their rates are very affordable. Government Agencies that are looking for a place to have their seminar, training workshops and meetings, this place is suitable for you. I think they also join mga bidding process.

It was when our college department had an educational tour where the Madison 101 Hotel + Tower was our accomodation for 3 days & 3 nights. There are pros and cons on the services and ammenities the hotel has. And I will be discussing these. The list I am going to expound is based on my personal experience and preference so these might not be suitable for everyone. I repeat this is based on my personal preference
PROs:
the rooms felt homey at the least
I like the separation of two restrooms: 1 for the shower and 1 for the toilet this sets the use of one when the other is unavailable
there are separate beds for each pax because I like it that way
I like the view from the window
the wifi is excellent but our room doesn't have one so we tried connecting to the next room's wifi
the outlet is accessible by the bed
I love the ambiance especially at the lobby
the hotel provided us with a complete buffet during our entire stay
our group had an exclusive buffet at the basement so I could say we had our meals to ourselves
there are accessible stores nearby like mercury drugs store, savemore, even andok's. By the way, the broadway centrum is just beside the hotel

Not sure with the parking space but I think the lot is so small to accomodate much vehicles as a matter of fact our big and medium buses just parked along the street
there are 2 lifts but unfortunately only one is functional so we had a hard time ascending and descending and we opt using the stairs from the 1st foor to the 6th floor
I saw a few cockroaches inside the room nuff said
the shower has heater but it's either too hot or too cold. There is no in between
the tissue is unattached in the tissue holder and I guess it's broken that's why
there is no other faucet in the bathroom other than the faucet in the lavatory in which case I couldn't wash my feet through it
as evidenced in the picture the other bed is only a folding one plus the matress is not apportioned to it. But because I'm petite I just fit right in
there are no hooks for the towel in the bathroom so we improvised a chair outside the bathroom door to put it in
the door bell is not functioning well because it rings several times though there is no person outside. We thought we were experiencing paranormal
the room service took a long time to attend to our needs
there are insufficient or no at all slippers inside so I used my slip-on instead
there are limited television channels. It's boring!
These are just some of bullet points that I experienced while staying at the hotel. By the way, we stayed only by night and breakfast because we were out the whole day.

our room is located on the 6th floor

They allowed a party at the top floor to last until 4am knowing that there are other guest at the floor below (9th floor). How can the guests at the 9th floor sleep if there is a loud party musoc until 4am in the morning?4AM????REALLY??? UNTIL 4AM???? The management is very inconsiderate. There are only 2 elevators and both arw VERY SLOW. I guess people go here because of the cheap price but believe me, it is not worth it. Not at all.

So pretty and affordable hotel with accommodating staff...Perfect for any events/occasions , also comfortable well design hotel/rooms. A very good place to stay in quezon city.

5:21AM, I checked each floors (3rd-9th) and each water dispenser is totally empty! If not, getting hot water gives you cold water, ARE YOU SERIOUS!?? This is probably the third time around this happened

Has a nice cafeteria. Aircon is good in the halls and comfort rooms are kept clean with water, soap, and tissue even with the numerous people who use it.

3-star hotel? I dunno...but we just came here for the food. Very disappointing, even for a measly Php250 price tag.

Hair in the shower. Lift out of order. Bad reception. Leak in the sink...

There's too much cockraches and service is kinda slow

Driver should ask change for how much. The driver will be told to put the amount of money to be paid. Because the customer still has a bad payment if there is no quotation, the driver will tell the customer why the payment amount was entered.

Friendly Staff, the ambience is great it is the best place for relaxation.

Excellent groom staff. Has a new hotel feel. I'm usually very particular with hotels but pleasantly surprised to find Madison 101 to be very clean. Keep it up!! Felt at home. :)

A very simple hotel. Perfect if you just wanna rest without thinking of your electricity bill Breakfast is not bad too.

Their location is convenient, you just need to ride a jeep from Gilmore station there is a Savemore across the hotel wherein you can buy the things you need, staffs are courteous, the room is nice, their WiFi is a thumbs up as well. However, their cafeteria is not fit for a standard of a hotel, good thing there is a coffee shop at the lower ground wherein the staffs are very accommodating and nice!

Overall, my stay here is good.

P.S. there is only one pillow provided, if you will request for another one, there is a 150 peso charge.

The staff are very accommodating, the place is good, and the cafeteria has very affordable meals.

The hotel has a boundless potential. The location was great, the front desk staff are nice, there is a coffee shop at the lowerground floor and a diner at the ground floor which serves affordable meals. But, you can really say that it s people does not maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. For how many days we are having a seminar here, it is rare that we can see the comfort rooms clean. The hallways are always dirty. Our room has a sightings of small cockroaches. I left an empty pack of crackers under my bed to see if they are good at cleaning, but, they are not. Nevertheless I ll still give 3 stars and hoping that this establishment will improve. It is really beautiful inside but they have to maintain the cleanliness. Sayang i must say.

The place is mainly occupied by students reviewing for the medical board and law BAR exams so they value some peace and quiet specially after hours.

Pretty neat hotel. Too bad the lunch buffet closed early when we went because it s already full.

If you want a affordable hotel this is a nice hotel clean and delicious food convenient it is along Aurora Boulevard front of Broadway center.
