Roach infested property had to move rooms 2 times ...

Roach infested property had to move rooms 2 times because of roaches coming out in the middle of the night. Cockroaches were by the phone in the 1st Room and then in the 2nd Room they were on the walls. Baby roaches could have gotten in my luggage on the desk. They were nice enough to upgrade us and move us to another Room which was great but had us re locate after 2 nights back to a room with roaches. Had a real hard time sleeping because of this. Only reason i gave it 2 stars is because of the views and location and staff.. If they fix the roach problem they Would-be a 4.5 to 5 star. I would consider returning but I would have to know they took care of the problem efficiently. Also the house keeper does not change the sheets, only remakes the sheets instead of putting fresh ones on. I know this because my first sheets had a stain and the next day after my bed was made the same sheet with the same stain remained there, this also happened in the upgraded room. I know this because i placed a small pen dot on the corner of the sheet and it was still there neatly flattened and made up upon my return ... Also some of the sewage smell permeates through the restroom vents you can smell it as well as the other bathrooms, they are some how connected we can smell cigarette smoke and other people feces in the air in our bathroom. I won't be back-to this hotel unless things change. At that point i will delete this review and submit a good one. Staff is excellent friendly and very professional.. It's to bad they got to work for a hotel with problems.
