Booked a friend for a 2 night stay. The staff at the reception were ok and accommodated all requests. One bad note was the room 's throw pillows were not laundered because it smelled like someone's overnight drool and sweat. The amenities were acceptable. The dining options limited but the hotel had fair priced 'cafeteria' food that was value for money. They have a cafe on the lower ground which served a good cup of Flat White. Price range was fair enough.
