I've met the madcats crew and I really liked their customer service and responsiveness of the guys. They explained really well how to use and maintain an ebike and answered all my questions. I picked the rocket folding 26" bike as its fairly light, and easy to put away and carry, they had it delivered to my house all ready to go. One season down so far been great!

We are waiting for weekend adventure now instead of netflix and chill whatever the weather. Work on snow if well packed trail with no problem .Really happy with our 2 Madcat Black on Black Bike.
