Loved it full of celebrities and movie characters also Very clean, Great for families or for first times it s an experience. It has a few floors and its near everything in time square.$$

A nice place to visit and taking pictures and selfies with your favourite celebrities

A must stop for anyone going to NYC. I had so much fun. If you want good pics with the wax celebrities, I recommend going during off season.

The place had less wax statues since the last time i was here..Looks like they are doing work to the facility.
The place was also to warm. You sure did not want to hang around long.$19 a person.

My favorite trip was this one, we had so much fun in New York definetley will be back soon.

The place is really nice but the stuff were impolite, unprofessional and racist. After that, several complaints were made and many emails were sent without any reply.

Beautiful place, ideal for taking pictures with your idols. A must if you are in New York!

Thought this was going to be a little cheesy but ended up having a great time! Drinks were yummy, wax figures were cool, kids had a blast and so did we!

Me and my Girlfriend took my daughter. It was a birthday surprise for my daughter. It was a great experience and it was a great atmosphere it was AWESOME!!!

Interesting place to visit, several of statues are very well done.

The manager last name Rodriguez was amazing. I went with my 7yr old son and he was a bit scared of the zombies...he checked in with us several times to ensure we were having a good time.
The 4d avengers was very cool. Im glad we decided ro stop by.

Pretty real figures and very cool place to take pictures! But there could be more of them! It gives the feeling that they fall short !!

Recommended especially for the ghostbusters theme route to be carried out with the virtual reality viewer and the proton backpack. An incredible experience that everyone should try. In fact, if I had to go back I would go just for that, since there are not many statues and 4D cinema is not very good.

Once I stepped inside my mind was blown! The wax statues look so realistic I had a difficult time differing between real people and wax people. They had 8 floors! Ghostbusters, Marvel, Presidents, Music Industry, actors, Albert Einstein etc.... This was fun for my 9&16 year olds. Its definitely worth every penny. They also have a 4D Marvel video and a zombie apocalypse 4D game. Its AWESOME!!

I had been many years ago at the Wax Museum in London, and I dare to say anything comparable to this in New York!

is studied with paths that make you enter so much in the set up scene, the characters are the same as those of reality and it is really true that after a while you are inside you no longer recognize who is true and who is "fake" ahhaah

An amazing place to be with life like statues of your favorite celebs

Amazing museum! Some how I got a free entry. I have been to a couple of different wax museums at different places. Madam Tussauds definitely stands out. It is expensive. but hey! It's New York! what do u expect?

Lovely Experience for New York Visitors. A must thing to do when you are in NY.
Close to Times Square, it was the second Madame Tussaud s to be built in America.
You will love the work done by MT, NY. Even a 4D movie ticket was included in the tickets which is a great experience to gain when you are in NY.

Fun place for the entire family, but expensive - your kids will love it

Although it is a destiny almost forced, many statues were made years ago and it takes a little realism to see a celebrity with appearance of 10 years ago

Very nice, very fun, but I have to say that Allen at the front door was my highlight.

Compared to the other Madame Tussauds honors disappointing. The quality and realism of the characters is rather bad here.

It was ok. A nice tourist attraction in times square. Try to get coupons on the street or buy tix in advance online for a discount.

If you are going to make a trip to NYC make sure you go in and see the famous wax museum...

A little hard to get to tickets in a short amount of time, but we really enjoyed the exhibit in this truly iconic place. The sculptures are beyond amazing

This museum far surpasses all of your expectations. Not only are all the statues incredibly life like, but they are all instantly recognizable and relevant figures. I went into the museum expecting It to be creepy or disturbing, but it wasn t in the slightest. The level of care taken with these figures is astounding, and Mme Tussauds is a must see attraction.

We got a good deal through Livingsocial. We haven't been there for about 6 years. Was a little disappointed. The place looks smaller and less wax figures than before. But overall the kids had fun.

Really good. Some if them are soooo real. Some are not that but overall a very good experience.

Went with group of people. Very nice display of celebrities from movie stars to Presidents to models, singers, TV hosts, entertainers, athletes & etc. Only complaint is the water or drinks from the vending machine are too expensive, cost $3.50 for a bottle. I guess it is the city price.

Loved every bit of the experience.
My candid advice is to visit the place when you have a lot of time on your hands.

We had a great time, it's the best wax museum we've been to. It is worth coming if you are well on time or a snowy day in winter.

This museum is a lot of fun since you can touch the wax figures and take pics with them.

Nice Museum. 4D experience is awesome, my daughter enjoyed alot.

Only visited as rainy day, if British I would give it a miss, very disappointed

Fun visit that recreates the encounter with peculiar characters and artists.

The wax statues are alright, not the kind of realism I was expecting from Madame Tussauds. The line management for tickets is pretty random and haphazard. If you happen to visit this place on weekend, be prepared to spend at least 4 hours total, of which you might enjoy only 20 minutes.

If you visit NYC give yourself some time and visit this museum. There are reproductions very well achieved others not so much. Entertaining!!

I expected more. I found the sculptures very outdated, but it is interesting. To "tour" and say it was, it is worth it. Not to have fun, no.

Blackpool on speed. Some parts are ok others not so.

Where else can you get a photo with your favorite person of interest. Heck you can even convince some folks you really met that celeb.

Waste of time and money. Long lines, not much too it, way overpriced.

Okay, but you can get through with max 1.5 hours ..

Cute fun, family experience is recommended. The only thing against is that to take photos with the current president had a photographer exclusive. The rest of the ersonajes no. out of that all of 10.

The experience was surprising, it goes from a lot of characters and different real people. They really look like they were real.
