Such a fun place! They just need to have more props to play with to interact with the statues like they have at the Vegas location.

Definitely doesn t worth the 40$/ person. And thats the cheapest ticket. Only 10-13 figures each floor and all together like 4-5 floors.

A good museum if you like wax statues, I thought it was bigger but still ok.

We were very exited for this part of our trip to NYC. We were only in NYC for one day and this was one of a few things we wanted to take part in. Overall, it was fun, but for the hand wax making of our own hands. The employees that handled the process of dipping our hands in cold water, hot wax and coloring dye, acted like they were miserable! It really, and I mean REALLY put a damper on the whole experience. I remember one particular employee named Kevin...he didn't smile ONCE. Otherwise, it was a neat place.

there are iconic statues from all over the globe if you decide to visit that place it will amaze you and it will be fun

Absolutely fantastic. To do absolutely. I thought it would be nice "no more". But no. It's really great for both kids and adults.

There were not many actors. I imagined another thing. Being from the film industry they must have many more actors. Artists etc.

Good place to see your favourite celebrities in wax art. Some wax statue are really looks original. U can take pics with all.

Waxes are practically human. Spaces well distributed.
4d cinema is a lot of fun especially for children.

Nicely done, an incredibly great job, the staff. But very outrageous the price / performance ratio. In an hour you are through. More like bad weather.

A little tip: use the NY Pass or Explorer Pass, then you will not be so annoyed.

Absolutely brilliant, the zombie adventure is a must.

Boring and all figures looked dirty. Not kids friendly. Save your money not near to the one in London.

Went here during a vacation to NYC. It's really cool and reading the info plaques next to each statue is interesting. The only downside was how extremely crowded and busy it was, but I cant blame them since everywhere in NYC is busy. The ticket package I purchased included a 4D animated Marvel short film which was an amazing experience. However, the merch store is incredibly lackluster. I was pretty disappointed by the lack of Madame Tussauds merch, it was really all just Marvel and Ghostbusters items. Overall, it's really interesting and the amount of detail in each statue is incredible, down to the chipped fingernails and textured skin. I would love to see other locations.

I liked it. Most of the figures are very accurate, and I found more known celebrities here, than at other places of this company.
We were there on a rainy day, but the queue wasn't too long at the morning. They have a lot of funny scenes, where you can jump in next to your favourite stars for a picture. Also the 4D movie could be fun for younger guests.

Surprisingly nice. Not static but interactive and you can take pictures with the dolls as you wish.

Such a great experience there... I totally enjoyed pretty much everything... wax figures looked so real... amazing professional work there... the staff was very helpful with everything... we purchased the Madame Tussaud ticket plus the 4d marvel hero s animation and the boat sightseeing for 37 dollars per person... 4d so was incredible, you should try this... totally worth it and I am so happy I did that because I was skeptical a little...

So much fun! Great music and environment. Perfect hours for a busy traveler.

Excellent wax statues.
An unmissable tour in the great and spectacular city of NewYork.
A walk that lasts 2 hours. They fly by how beautiful and attractive each floor is.
Pd: it is at the entrance of Madame Tussauds where you cange all the "New York pass" tickets for the other attractions and also get all the information.

A bit disappointing really. The usual upselling to get extra items included, we had a sightseeing pass which gets you the basic ticket. While the wax works are good, and you can get nice and close, this is definitely aimed at a younger crowd! Featuring the new Ghostbusters not the original and a number of Kardashians, we'd have been pretty hacked off if we'd had paid the full entrance price. The 4D film isn't even live action, it's looks like a computer game with some "effects" thrown in. If you have kids and they want to get some insta moments, you might find it a passable way to spend $100+ on an hour or two entertainment

Kind. But if you've ever seen one, you can save yourself. Pretty expensive without a sightseeing pass and nothing new. Pretty hard-working 4D movie, which is more child-friendly and has fewer characters than expected. Some figures are also not very similar.

It is very worthwhile it is impressive how the wax dolls look like the characters. There are 5 floors of travel this fun.

Thought it might be cheesy but went anyway, was pleasantly surprised and we spent a good two hours and had lots of fun.

Excellent Customer Service and did not expect lot of characters made in Wax. My friends requested me to avoid this place but, if you haven't been to this place, I would advice to visit at least once here.

Great place to visit...Very refreshing to see such great customer service specifically Maya and Javier Pabon from the wax hands counter. Very pleasant, funny, and helpful. As business owners me and my wife really enjoyed ourselves. We thank Maya for making our beautiful wax hands and doing such a wonderful job. Javier best people person I've met so far. I would definitely recommend this as a place to visit and make it complete by visiting these two.

It's good but it's not WOW. If you do not go or miss much. I expected more from NY!

This museum rotates the statues every 3 months, so there is always someone new. They have friendly staff and great bundles online that include parking in the middle of broadway. It is a pricey atttaction, its also fun for history lovers! There is something for everyone. The 4D movie is witty and fun. Despite of this, some of the statues leave you thinking "who in the world is that" and some have no signs. They are detailed, the statues even have eyebrow hairs, the most realistic is Brad Pitt. This was a fun experience, family friendly environment as well

The building is huge and outside does not go unnoticed. I can not say much more because I only go in to pick up The New York Pass, which is a pass that includes activities and visits for the number of days you choose; is contracted by Internet and the truth is the attention is good and fast for the procedure, even so I recommend being shortly before the opening to pick it up and take advantage of the day.
