A great option to spend great time in NYC. All waxes are great and you can always find something inside to enjoy. The 7d movie "Mission Undead" was the best part of our trip. 4d movie is also great. The ticket prices are more than what it deserves but anyway, this place must be seen once.

Great fun, kid friendly. Loved being able to take pictures. Give yourself around one and a half to two hours to explore. Elevators take you out at the end, so make sure you are done before getting on. Discounts available online and it's easy to purchase online. Discount available when buying Ripley's believe it or not, at the same time.

Found other Madame Tussauds a better value. They did have great exhibits and some were unique but some offended me the Trump exhibit made everything they can do to make Trump look evil, contrast with Clinton. Please avoid the Marvel movie unless you like a cheap movie poking your back and splashing water in your face

As part of a NYC tourism card, I can understand going here. But if you are paying full price, I personally wouldn't come here. The wax figures are immaculate and interesting to look at for sure. In my opinion, save your money and go to a Broadway show where you'll see famous people (or future famous people).

Beautiful experience. Ticket a bit 'expensive but not too much. A ticket costs $ 40 with which you could also see the Marvel superheroes and a short 4D movie. All very accurate in every detail. I really liked it.

Great wax figures even a few of them had me confused as to if they were real. The dance party on the top floor is great and even lets kids control there own music. I would totally go to this it is very fun and has a ton of cool wax figures.

We visited this place in May 2009 when we were touring New York. We came here in the morning and enjoyed seeing the life like. realistic wax images. The best part was that we could go near the statues and even touch them. This Museum opened in 2000 although the first Madame Tussaud in London has been there since the 18th century. The New York museum is located near Times Square and exhibits wax figures of leaders, actors, atheletes, characters and TV artistes among others. As we went along we saw favourites like Edison, Amitabh Bachhan, Charlie Chaplin, Lucille Ball, Gandhi, Obama and the Beatles among many others. The music playing, shows on huge computers and televisions created the proper ambience. There was a scary show which we skipped but watched a 3D show wearing special glasses. By the time we came out passing through souvenir shops and saw hand painting /tatoos being done it was time to head for lunch filled with thoughts of the lovely experience we had.

Amazing place. Buy tickets online to save $5. Most of the statues are real life... specially Obama, Spice Girls and Einstein. Must cisit if you are planning a NYC trip.

The statues of Amitabh, Shahrukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai are far from real. Brad Pitt also looked leaner.

Look like
Almost all. Wanted to take a picture with Trump. But for some reason they did not allow it. But photographed with the queen.

Some I did not know and did not see and did not hear. One could have even more exhibits to deliver. For me, they are not enough. Maximum 2 hours tour.

It's funny for 1 time you can go

Te he place is good and beautiful, has good pieces and each scenario are pretty good placed. I felt there were not enough figures. Also the price they are trying to sell at the place is very expensive that runs around $47. However we got a better price at a discount page for $29.

As for me, a great museum, and especially good in rainy weather. I liked everything very much, I would even go there again! I advise everyone. I do not know the price of tickets, but as far as I remember there were 3 options starting from $ 35 approximately. He himself walked around New York

I would say the emission is a little overpriced. IMHO the figures of the celebrities looks like dolls, most of them have only light similarities with actual characters. Looks like they made from plastic. I think they should be very cool 50 years ago but in the modern times any 3D printer will do a better job. A a a big plus an atmosphere they tried to create around. Overall good for one time experience.

Well, as frivolous as it may seem and substantially away from cultural insights, a visit to Madame Tussaud is a must-have during the days of visiting New York. Especially if you have more than one weekend available. Everything is done in less than two hours, offers ideas for hundreds of photo shoots (it's a real paradise for selfie enthusiasts) and children will have a blast with different attractions. There is also a 4d cinema, with a video linked to the Avengers. The gallery that is perhaps the most appreciated by the boys is also dedicated to the Marvel superheroes. The hall of US presidents and world institutional figures (popes, Mandela, M. L. King, etc.) is classic. While many TV personalities, probably well-known faces in the US, will tell you very little instead. The entrance fee is a bit expensive (best done online, even directly at the museum door, like I did), but in the end what isn't in New York?
