Terrible customer service, especially in the suits...

Terrible customer service, especially in the suits department. Employees would be using their phones and not even look up when I asked questions.

I won't ding them for not getting my suit tailored by the time they originally said because apparently someone was stealing. However, after they replaced my suit to be tailored, they said it'd be ready on a Friday. Told them I can pick it up the following Monday. When I arrived, they hadn't tailored it at all and said it'd be done in 2 hours. I picked it up the next day. The tailors gave reasons for the original problem, but couldn't for why it hadn't been tailored by Friday.

Full of excuses and employees that don't care. I had called to speak to a manager durious this process and had to leave a message. No manager ever returned my call.

Ridiculous.
