Although they made it right after I had to return to the store because they overcharged me for makeup that has been discontinued that was set out on the counter they charged me full price so I had to return and then they made me feel like we wanted money in return as an inconvenience towards the customer when they should have offered something we had to ask and then the person who came and brought down a customer service voucher never said I apologize Sorry For your inconvenience or anything like that she just handed it to me and barked out instructions that make up my mind on what I want because it's not returnable when I use this certificate. I was wishing for the older lady that was wonderful but they said she retired from that particular Estee Lauder counter and others that have given me good service or not working that day or evening. And when I called and realize that my bill was so high the salesperson did not want to take the blame she was saying she didn't know that it went back up mind you this was old makeup discontinued she said the new formula was out then I asked her on the phone about getting another one since it was only half price and she said oh no it's going to be high again full price but it's old makeup I said so she said well I guess they're just going to pull it off the shelves but yet and still she sold me old makeup that was so bad they're going to pull it off I'm not happy.
