Great super store the worlds biggest store.Staff very friendly and knowledge of products and merchandise.

The store keeps going and going and going! So big and very crowded (we went on Black Friday). It was hard to shop because there were so many people there. The store was decorated so beautifully for the Christmas season!!

I love Macys. I don't have much, but with Macy's I feel like I a millionaire. When I were dress or shoe That I brought at Macy's I feel on top of the world, happy. Their workers always and make feel at home. Their prices are not that expensive as some people think. YOU WILL NEVER MISS WITH MACY'S.

Extremely complete stores, you can find almost everything there

A must see establishment. Huge store with a lot of stock. The wood escalators are neat.

Santaland was great for my students. Took them there for a class trip and they loved it.

Love to shop there. Discounts and offers for members.

Has everything and everything it has is easy to find and displayed beautifully. Sponsors special events like the"flower show" and the famous Thanksgiving Parade.

The ultimate Macy's shopping experience. Soooooo much selection in every single department. Avoid the popular tourist days and times as the crowds can be a little overwhelming.

I went to pick up a item I ordered online and Macy's had packaged a similar item without my knowledge. Lucky I looked in the bag before I left the store. I was able to show the proof of my purchase on my cellphone. Not that it helped, it was a waste of trip to the store. I do like Macy's on 34th Street, been going there since I was a kid. Careful with your online orders... "Return"

Super big store, 9 stories. Christmas time was the time I was there. Nice decorations and window displays. I wouldn't recommend going there around Thanksgiving or the closer it gets to Christmas as crowds are larger. To see Santa you have to have reservations. Old wooden escalators are one the upper floors and that is a must see.

Huge department store. Could have spent the whole day there! The largest wrist watch selection I have ever seen. The cafe' and bar are a nice change of pace.

It really big, of you want to walk and what you get is fine.... if you want something precise i recommends go online, but of the point is to walk os a very good point of reference to go almost anywhere.

Amazing variety of all sorts of items under one roof.

Amazing store. Plenty of floors to explore. Not inexpensive. Couple of places to enjoy a nice meal or a quick snack. Check out the basement bargains. And make sure you ride on the original wooden escalater. Other than that, it's just a big store.

The Dale associate was informative and very polite and courteous.

My visit to the men shoe department was nothing less than AMAZING I didn't get the young man's name that helped me but he was very helpful and friendly. Made experience for me worth all the money I spent .... lol

This Macy's is by far the most confusing and overly populated but whoever handles their Plus Size buying manages to display great options. I love how they have a variety of options that suite different sizes. It's a bit of hit or miss with staff but many of them are nice and friendly.

A must see for out of towners during holiday visit. Watch original Miracle on Thirty Fourth Street first, then go ride the escalator in Macy's to the upper floors. You'll go back in time.

If you are in NYC near the Holidays, you have to stop by. Of course, you will be joined by many others so, if you do not like crowds, beware. An American classic, Macy's is a store that you have to visit even, if only to take a look at the windows decorated for the Holidays.

Couldn't get served at Mac counter. Much better service at Lancome.

Awesome show and amazing flower collection.
Thoroughly enjoyed the fest. It is still on .. worth going.

If you are coming from the UK and thinking this is an upper class John Lewis, you will be disappointed. It does have 9 floors and it's big, but a hoid 5 floors are clothing. The home ware , toys and tech area are very poor. Mens rest rooms are poorly sign posted throughout the store and it becomes a hunt the thimble to find them. And don't even mention the floor information as you go up the levels. There is just a jumble of information mixing all the floors up on every level. A clear this level has, would be much better.

We went in for a little shopping but the history of the place is interesting too, especially the wooden escalators.

New York signature shopping destination. This monster shopping mall takes one whole block and has 7 floors of various stores. For most of the floors it's clothing and accessories (in broadest possible sense) and household items. Whatever you can fit in those three words, you'll most probably find in Macy's. Prices are pretty much the same as in any other stores, so the only reason to go here would be the experience. The building is old and some sections inside are preserved and look great and vintage. Macy's is not your destination for any kind of technology though. Located in very busy and touristy Midtown area, it's almost always crowded, so if you want to visit try weekdays. Staff is overwhelmed here, so don't expect top of the line customer service. You will be properly served and helped, just don't expect anything above average here. Although shopping for holidays is strongly advised elsewhere, Macy's Day parade is something worth getting glimpse on. No purchase necessary. Same goes for the Christmas decorations on Macy's windows right after Thanksgiving.

I'm an old Macy's customer (over 50) years. I love this store, I just wish that they would stop moving stuff around!!

Macy's is always..like going home..and there was Starbucks to add a bonus...fabulous prices..always something great.

Fabulous. Bought great shoes on sale ad then had drinks and dinner at stella trattoria. What a way to end the week!

Has everything you can think of as far as designer fashion. The men's section is on the lowest floor to the back.

It's a eight floor huge flagship store.Lots of variety in clothes in all sizes for all age groups available. Accessories at also good.

You literally can just spend hours walking around. So much to see, there's food here, and just a relaxing experience. Definitely interesting seeing the world's largest Macy's

Prepare to spend a few hours exploring the store. But if you know what you're looking for, chances are you'll find it (in store or online). When it comes to furniture, I've been very happy with Macy's.

I don't like shopping at Macy's in Brooklyn on Fulton Street every time I go there the girls always have an attitude especially African-American now I'm not prejudiced because I'm African-American but when I go to 34th Street in Manhattan they treat me like royalty I give Manhattan store 10 Stars and by the way every time I go to the Brooklyn store I'll be treated like a piece of trash on the street

A choice of fashion, Hardware and more you couldn't think of. Might be truly the greatest and most confusing store ever. 9+ Levels of things is something one needs time to find his way through. They have different restaurants at different levels right next to the products which is amazing. The wooden escalators are also something you must see as long as they still exist!

Its Macy's! The worlds largest department store. You can always find a sale here with some incredible bargains along with the latest fashions from most top designers.

Macy's is a main shopping destination for anyone that happens to be in New York. Easy access to subway. All undergone roof. Macy's on 34th Street! It was more of a bucket list visit. Love this store! I love the fashions, the designers that are carried, the quality that lasts a good duration. This store is very iconic for many reasons. It s been around for many years and it s the largest Macy s store.

My daughter's first trip to Macy's. Seeing the wooden escalators and the huge selection. She was in shopping paradise.

Beautifullll! I loved it. Was very huge and prestige. However one of the women shoe stores inside Macy's were awfully controlled my staff. Shoes everywhere and pairs of shoes in separated sides of the store it was just chaotic. Apart from that it was pretty much great

Everything is expensive but a good spot to meet up with people and see what the best brands have in stock.

If you like Department Stores, this one is worth a visit whenever you're in the area
