Our first interaction with this dealer was great. Dealership just opened, service staff was friendly and helpful. Took my previous lease (not from them) in for service and front end noise. We were excited that we had a Nissan dealer in the area that was good as we've leased around 6 Nissan cars to date but have to travel far for fairly mediocre service.

Since then, we've leased 2 cars from them and the experience has been one of the worst I've had from any dealership I've done business with.

We couldn't drive away with our first lease because their finance manager was too busy. New for me, but whatever, came back the next day and finalized.

Coordinated my second lease with a very helpful sales member, only to show up and be told I couldn't lease the car without insuring it first. Another first in over 8 leases, as your insurance transfers from your previous vehicle. After having the issue escalated, discover from management that they are trying to run it via NJ rules, which, none of their staff seem to understand. Then they forget to put my plate on the car when I leave the dealership. Getting annoyed.

1st lease gets a flat. Service finds an hex wrench in the tire, take the tire off, put the spare on, tell my wife to buy a new tire from them as they can't fix it. I met her there, take the car to Discount Tire, they repair it no issues as it is just a hole in the tread area, not the sidewall.

2nd lease is stalling and running super rough from a cold start while idling. Stop at the dealer to schedule an appointment. Service staff seems annoyed tells me I can't get in for at least 3 days. No problem, schedule the appointment on Thursday for Monday, try to drop it off Saturday so they have it, employee tells me it is a $150 fee for them to look at it if their tech can't diagnose...on a car with 3,000 miles, that is covered by warranty, that has all of the maintenance pre-paid. If they can't even fix a flat correctly, I can't wait for these guys to try to bill me $150 for barely looking into the issue my brand new car shouldn't be having. I'll let it throw a check engine light or blow up in my driveway so they won't have a hard time understanding that there is an issue with it. Great policy.

I can't wait for these leases to be over so I can be done with this brand and these guys. Same staff bounces between all of the Nissan dealers in the area, so no matter where you go, it is more of the same lackluster experience. I feel terrible that there are a handful of helpful guys that keep getting beat up because they have to try and navigate the garbage policies in place.

My husband has had his Nissan serviced here for several years and we have had nothing but positive experiences!! Kelly in the services department has been so helpful and nice to work with anytime we brought my husbands car in.
I recently purchased my first Nissan and Mary and June were incredible to have assist us in this car buying experience! They answered all of my questions and made sure I was informed and felt ready to make my purchase. Needless to say we will only be taking our vehicles to Nissan of Macomb from here on out. ;)

I spent a lot of time looking for the right car for me at the right price. A lot of dealers kept repeating how busy they were and dismissed me. Nissan of Macomb did not. Mary Bedinger went out of her way to earn my business and help me find the right vehicle in the color I wanted. She went out of her way to pick the car up on her day off to make sure it was ready for me to take home when I told her I would be in town to visit my parents. She is so nice and works so hard to make her customers feel valued. I can t say enough nice things about my experience leasing my first vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership!

My daughter just purchased her first vehicle - leasing a 2020 Nissan Rouge Sport ST - and the experience we had with Nissan of Macomb - in particular Mary Bidinger, her Sales consultant - was Exceptional to say the the least. My daughter test drove several vehicles in her area and decided on the Rouge Sport as it felt the most comfortable and she was impressed with the safety features. She was waiting til the sale of our old vehicle and the new Michigan insurance laws went into effect to make her purchase. I decided to assist by seeing what dealerships in our area had available and when Mary Bidinger reached out she was friendly and professional. I described what my daughter was interested in and the terms she could afford and Mary went right to work - before the day ended she located the vehicle in the color desired - Nitro Lime Metallic - and presented the options for leasing or financing and we were on our way. Within three days we were meeting to complete the deal. Mary was professional and thorough with every detail making sure we were satisfied customers. She went above and beyond. My daughter will be writing her own review but as a parent watching this experience unfold, I too had to express my appreciation. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Mary Bidinger to family and friends. Thank you for taking such great care of my daughter in this transaction. By the way the Nitro Lime Green is a really cool color.

I showed interest in a Nissan Maxima. I immediately received a text and set up an appointment. I met Mary on the day of my appointment and she did not give up on getting the car I wanted from their sister lot. She jumped through hoops to make me happy and made sure I got everything I wanted in my new car. Thank you Mary!!!:)
Ps I was at the sister lot prior to seeing Mary and they were not as helpful and didn t care if I bought the car or not.

SUPER CLEAN .

My car (thanks to complimentary car wash) was cleaner than when I went in.
Work was done quickly AND more importantly...NO UPSALES!
Meaning they did not try to perform or strong arm me into things I did not need.

Mike was amazing and very knowledgeable. I have been from dealership to dealership and worked with a lot of sales people but Mike knew every detail of the cars at Nissan. He told me every detail and answered all my questions without a blink of an eye. It was not even close to that at other dealerships. I was so thankful for Mike. I completely trusted him and would recommend buying a car there to anyone. Before I left he showed me everything I needed to know. He even set some system electronics up for us before we left. He is also kind. He is a valuable resource at Nissan. I feel comfortable stopping by to ask him questions if I cant figure something out. I not only would buy another vehicle from him but I will tell everyone to buy a vehicle from him. He is wonderful and an asset to the company.

GREAT service department! I made the drive out here because Tamaroff, which is closer to me, gave me ridiculous issues. I made an appointment online and was greeted by a service technician who kept me up-to-date with what was happening with my car all throughout the process. The dealership is absolutely beautiful, it's brand new, super classy and nice. Everyone here works hard to get your car in great shape, unlike at some other places, where I would sit and wait and watch every worker sitting around on their phones for a half hour. Definitely come here if you need your Nissan serviced - they have Saturday AND Sunday appointments, too! When I buy my next car (hopefully a Juke!) I will absolutely be getting it here!

EDIT: I wish I could give them SIX stars! Just got back from my second service here. I had a different staff member, but the same great experience. They are very upfront about what you need and don't (for example, I didn't need a tire rotation so they didn't do one). Also, speaking of my HORRIBLE experience with Tamaroff? Turns out the reason why my visibility was so bad this winter with my windshield wipers was because they put the wrong car models' wipers on. Yet another reason to ONLY go to All Pro of Macomb!

Very friendly staff and always ready to help get the best price and rates. They also called after 3-4 days to make sure everything was going well. Mike was very kind and friendly and ready to help and answer our questions.
One thing I personally didn't quit like was that the warranties they sell, in my opinion were very high, so we had to walk out without a warranty.

I had such a great experience at All Pro Nissan. My salesman Tim Liniarski was not pushy whatsoever and very friendly. He would call and text me to keep me in the loop. He was able to get me the best deal he could beating out any other offer at other dealerships I was given. He truly made me fall in love with a car I was not expecting to even like! The salesman I worked with was Kristopher, and he was much different than the usual car sales person you come across. He was very upbeat, kind, respectful and honest with me about all details of the 2017 Altima. I am very pleased with the service I was given, every one I encountered went above and beyond to make my visit to the dealership the best it could be. I initially rated my experience with the service department, with a one star, not because of customer service, as I stated previously, Mike in the service department was very nice, and provided me with very good customer service, and applied what discounts he could, no issues at all with the customer service. The issue was the servicing of my car. However, after stating my disappointment, the dealership did reach out to me, and they did offer to try and fix whatever my concern initially was. I took my car back, and the manager, the sales representative, and the master mechanic, all worked together in order to fix the problems with my car. I was able to go on a test drive with the mechanic to point out what the problem that I was experiencing was, and it also allowed him to see what was going on too.

The manager allowed me to see what needed to be done, which was good. He also gave me a courtesy repair with one of the issues which was great, and provided me with a courtesy rental while my car got fixed, which also was great. They did apologize for not getting everything squared away the first time I came in, and in return they were very accommodating to that, and did what was necessary so that I could be made whole, and I appreciate that. My car drives much better now, and that is a big relief. This is the first time that I have dealt with this particular Nissan dealership, and overall my experience has been good. And thanks again for making things right, I truly appreciate it.

Even Mike was sharing pics with me of his beautiful family and even brought me popcorn! They were both very amazing people. I have nothing bad to say period. I paid to have a tire alignment, tire rotation, and a computer test on the transmission. I picked my car up the same day, while I was driving I pointed the wheel straight and let go to see if it was fixed. It was not. It still veered to the left. I called at the same day at 5:30 July 1st, talked to the lady that was there when I picked it up. She said customers have been experiencing this when their air pressure is not right. But since they did a rotation, I feel like they should have checked the tire pressure. I talked to mike he said bring it back tomorrow free of charge I picked 2 pm on July 2nd. I couldn t find a babysitter for 2, so I called July 2nd as soon as they opened and the lady I talked to was pretty rude and said that all the slots were sold. So I didn t get to bring my car back to be fixed because I needed to go up north. Also my car still is hesitating to shift. So I paid $273 for nothing. I brought my car to a dealership to not get the run around, but apparently that happens everywhere.

I had no idea until I arrived that the only affordable option available to me would be a "buy one-get one free" oil change. I had an issue in regards to oil consumption with my Nissan NV and took it to suburban Nissan of Troy on 3 different occasions over a period of six months. After no resolution I decided to take it Nissan of Macomb at 8 am 10.23.19 and saw Kelly R. (Service advisor). Once I handed over my Nissan claim and told her about my issue she got her service manager Joshua C. involved. This team is extremely detail oriented with passion towards the customer and their vehicles. Joshua and Kelly told me they would have an answer for me by the end of the day. This team contacted me around 11am and told me they found the issue and were waiting on Nissan's approval. A few hours later they informed me that they had approval and the parts have been ordered. I also found out from them this warranty was going to run out on in 6 days. I can not explain how much I appreciate and recommend this team at Nissan of Macomb, their attention to detail , follow up and follow thru shows with their exceptional customer service.

2013 Altima suffered from a lower control arm rot....

2013 Altima suffered from a lower control arm rot. Kelly, from Nissan of Macomb, treated us very well. From the time the car was towed into the dealership, until we drive it home, there was excellent communication and respect from Kelly. Better yet, because it is such a hugely common problem with the 2013 Altimas, Nissan paid for all repairs and replacing the LCA on the other side, at no cost to us. Impressed with the initiative Nissan took to offer this recall, and to be responsible for any issues that arise, or arose, from it.

All Pro NISSAN of Macomb service department lacks integrity and humility. I had recently purchased a vehicle from out of state and scheduled an appointment to have their certified mechanics perform a multi-point inspection and go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. I wanted to ensure the vehicle didn't have any maintenance concerns or open recalls. The results of their inspection stated my vehicle NEEDED suspension work immediately and was nearly unsafe to drive. The repair quote exceeded $2500. Sticker shocked and doubtful, I took my vehicle to another repair facility to get a second opinion. That's when I discovered Nissan of Macombs claims were completely erroneous. I contacted the dealer and requested to bring my vehicle back so they could explain how they came up with their findings. They declined. I asked for a refund and they refused.

Mary was phenomenal!!! She made our process of buying our very first brand new car so much easier! Mary is a wonderful person she made us relax a bit and laugh and answered all of our questions. We love our new Murano and recommend Mary as your sales person!

The most overpriced dealership I have ever been to, I normally lease cars and never going back to this dealership I went there to lease A Nissan Murano They offered me the car for $355 a month, then I went to Suburban Nissan in Troy and go the same car Nissan Murano AWD S for $260 this should give you an idea about this dealership and their customer service is really bad they don't care about their customers they only care about the money they get from their customers

Came in for a recall on my 200,000+ mile pathfinder. They changed my airbag very fast and gave me my keys with no fuss. Troy Nissan told me my car was totaled 4 years ago yet I m still driving it today. Would recommend macomb Nissan. They know their stuff.

A very sweet gentleman named Cal helped me find my new first car, thanks a bunch!
It was super convenient that they have all of the available vehicles online, I was able to narrow down which ones I was interested in. Once inside the location, everyone was super friendly and showed us around the beautiful Maxima (Which I ended up walking away with). Cal was super awesome and showed us around the location while explaining a bunch of things I needed to know. He also explained how the car worked, the security features, and a few other things. Afterwards, he took us to another gentleman to give a more in depth explanation of the car. While we waiting for our papers to process, Cal kept us company as well as explaining any final questions we had. All in all, Cal was super sweet and I absolutely love the car.

If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I would not recommend All Pro. I won't apologize for believing that they could be a reputable car dealer and taking a chance on them. I am sorry, however, to find that they are alike with every other scummy car lot.

Used vehicles will vary in wear and tear, but don't expect the information provided or told to you regarding the condition of one here to be true. If it weren't for an independent inspection which found unusual wear, I may never have scrutinized the vehicle and found other issues. Their "inspection" is negligible if their service department didn't notice the physical issues I found and their "reconditioning" service is inconsequential. I can't imagine the heartache I would be in now for additional repair costs if I hadn't bothered with the inspection and bought the car. Ultimately, they lied repeatedly to try and sell me a car both before I got to the dealer and while I was there.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any car dealer, bar none. I cannot stress how revolting I feel about my interaction here.

If you value your time, don't waste it nor your business here. Nissan dealerships post rules. Their #1 rule is to respect your time. They knew I was not local and unabashedly disregarded mine. Lying car dealers and salesmen shouldn't be the status quo, nor expected or tolerated.

"Owner/General Manager": Don't bother with a reply to save face. Any way you may try and twist it, the bottom line is that I wouldn't need to write this review in the first place if you had an HONEST sales TEAM. And because your staff is a reflection/indicative of your location, I truly don't believe it will be worth my time to reach out. I will instead be reporting my experience to corporate, your famous owners, and various state and federal agencies/departments.
