I think just about everyone has trepidation when calling or walking into a car dealership to inquire about the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
I know I did. After all it is usually the second largest purchase
we make only behind buying a house. And lets be real, there are many
stories that we have all heard from friends, relatives, reviews and maybe we ourselves have experienced about feeling taken or conned by a salesperson. So our fears have validation.
But I am writing this review, ( based on my own personal experience ), to tell you that you don't need to worry about that at Nissan of Macomb, it won't happen.
When I called to ask about a Nissan Titan that they listed for sale I got
Mike L., ( Great person, Great salesman ) He informed me that, yes the dealership did have that vehicle and yes the price it was listed for is the price I would pay, good start. I waited a week before contacting Mike to let him know that I did want to explore further in purchasing
the truck. Unfortunately the truck had sold. Mike was not deterred but
determined to find another truck that matched my specifications for
what I wanted. He indeed did find another Titan within an hour of our
conversation and again I waited a couple of days before getting back
with him and yes the vehicle had already been sold. Yet Mike was still
optimistic and said that he would keep searching on my behalf for the
truck I wanted. The next day Mike texted me to say that he found a Titan
and it had everything that I asked for at the same price! Needless to say
I jumped on it.
The next day I went out to Nissan of Macomb, met Mike, other
salespeople and the person in charge of financing.
They are all good people, friendly, professional, educated and knowledgeable about Nissan vehicles.
I was informed about additional coverage without pressure just informed, ( this is not an extended warranty since Nissan's warranty guarantees their vehicles well past what other auto manufacturer's provide ). I completed the paperwork and Mike said that he would let me know
as soon as my truck arrived at the dealership.
My truck arrived at their dealership a day or two later and Mike was there
to oversee the prep before being delivered.
The next evening, ( after the dealership closed and he was finished working), Mike and a co-worker drove my truck and another vehicle almost sixty miles one way to deliver it to me!
Even though he and his co-worker just worked a full day and then drove sixty miles to my residence and was looking at driving at least another sixty miles back home, he insisted to go over how the vehicle worked and how to navigate and use all the amenities which I sincerely appreciated.

If you noticed that I never took the Titan for a test drive or even seen it physically prior to it being delivered to me you would be right to notice.
That is because I had full faith in Mike and Nissan Of Macomb for good
reason.
I did my research, ( due diligence ), of multiple dealerships and car makers before pursuing my purchase of a vehicle.
And that's how I ended up at Nissan Of Macomb.
Mike L. sealed the deal. After speaking with him on the phone and
texting with him several times I was convinced that he was the
person I wanted to sell me a truck.
Would I tell you to ask for Mike if you decide to buy a vehicle from
Nissan of Macomb? No I won't because after meeting some
of the other salespeople when I visited their dealership I think
that would be unfair to them. And the ones I met I felt were all genuinely
good people.
But if you find yourself at Nissan Of Macomb wanting to purchase a vehicle and you feel your questions and concerns are not being addressed, just yell GET MIKE!
I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.
As for how satisfied I am With my 2020 Nissan Titan SV after owning
and driving it for about three months? Totally, 10 out 10!

This is the third Nissan vehicle we've owned/leased and by far this was the best sales experience of them all! Our sales guy, Mike, listened to what I said I wanted and then offered me alternatives, like a friend would, that were better than what I thought I wanted. In the end I leased a vehicle that far exceeded my expectations from someone I will recommend! Thank you Mike!!

Went in to buy a used vehicle. I worked with Robert Stoudemire and Mike Liagre to get the deal done. Easy to work with these guys. A far deal was done and I took possession of my Honda Pilot. Their Detailer takes pride in the work he does, resulting in my Honda looking extra sharp. I will be back in the future. If they have something I want.

Here is a tip for anyone. Do your homework, know what the vehicle that you want is worth so you know when to to stop negotiating. Your not going to get it for free. If it s a fair offer they will accept.

During my experience at Macomb Nissan while purchasing my new vehicle it seem to be a good one Alex my salesman was very nice and courteous. But when we got to the financing part is when it got sticky and uncomfortable. I have a credit score of 801, upon running my credit and applying for financing with the financial manager ( June ) she came out with a paper saying that I was declined. Immediately I knew this had to be a mistake as the only debt I have is my home. She explained to me that sometimes this can happen that she has a score rating for me of 716 all the way to 801. I asked her if she had taken off the lease that I would be turning in? She said yes, but give her a minute and she ll try to see what she can do for me. Needless to say after playing the dog and pony show for several minutes she said she was able to get me a loan with Ally. Now remember Ally is a company for people with terrible credit keep in mind I have a credit score of 801. I accepted the loan knowing that I was going to turn around and refinance with my credit Union. I told June of my intentions and she asked me to wait 90 days till I do so, I didn t question why but I should have. I received a rate of 5.14 for the loan with Ally. I am able to get a rate of 2.74 with my credit union all I need Is the RD108 validated which should ve been in the folder with all of my paperwork but was not. After a couple days I drove back up to the dealership spoke to the general manager Cliff and June as well and was told I had to wait 3 to 4 weeks to receive it in the mail, this is a lie. I have called around to other dealerships and Southfield Nissan and all have told me that the dealership receives that immediately or 2 to 3 days later. I have since left a voicemail with the general manager Cliff Anton and have yet to receive a call back. Oh and by the way, June ( financial manager ) ran my credit 5 times while I was there, with a credit score of 801!!!! I feel betrayed taken advantage of and now discarded with no Call back from the general manager with my concerns.
One more side note, while there I asked for assistance in setting up my remote for garage door and June who seemed irritated with me at this point told me it s in my owners manual! REALLY??? Cliff immediately told me how he did it with his vehicle, but unfortunately I still am not able to sink it up with my remote.
Frustrated, irritated and I feel Ghosted by the dealership I just spent over $25,000 with.

My husband has had his Nissan serviced here for several years and we have had nothing but positive experiences!! Kelly in the services department has been so helpful and nice to work with anytime we brought my husbands car in.
I recently purchased my first Nissan and Mary and June were incredible to have assist us in this car buying experience! They answered all of my questions and made sure I was informed and felt ready to make my purchase. Needless to say we will only be taking our vehicles to Nissan of Macomb from here on out. ;)

My mom had a very serious issue arise with her 2014 altima yesterday, and it being during the pandemic and stay at home order many other dealerships/service centers weren't getting back with me after multiple calls and messages so I decided to give this place a call. The lady on the other end was very polite and listened to every detail, told us to bring it up there and they will look at it in-between the others cars they are fixing. Once we arrived we met with the lady on the phone whoes name is Kelly and she was amazing. Such a kind and personable lady!!! Also very knowledgeable. My parents don't speak good English and she was so patient with them and helped us out a ton!!! I am blown away with how great Kelly was to us and wish there were more Kelly's working in customer service. Thank you so much and Kelly keep being awesome!!!!

I was very skeptical to say the least regarding leasing with negative equity rolling over. I wanted a quality car that I could depend on. Safety and reliability were my concern especially with the winters and my 12 month old son. Martin meticulously addressed my concerns and really understood what I desired in a new car. He listened, offered solutions, tailored the options to my requested, and flawlessly executed what I was paying for. I can gleefully say I own a Nissan and I'm satisfied with the service rendered to me. Feels nice to have a reliable new car.

The service person who greeted me when I arrived at Nissan Macomb actually addressed me by name which was a pleasant surprise. To me this shows a sign of respect no matter what age the customer is. Joe's welcoming approach came with a smile, and an eagerness to provide quality customer service. He continuously kept me informed of my truck status, and is definitely a knowledgeable service advisor.

My girlfriend and I got a lease on a 2017 Nissan Rogue a few days ago from All Pro Nissan on Hall road. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. Tim helped us pick the right car with the right options and most importantly the right price. One of the main things is we didn't ANY pressure throughout the process. Worked with Alex in sales and June in financing. Haven t completely settled on what direction we are going with a purchase but I wanted to say how friendly and wonderful they are to deal with. The dealership is super clean and well equipped. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here. They even have a plug in for my EV while I looked for a truck. Update, 2 months after my initial experience. Service after the sale and support is far less than I expected. In fact, I feel like I was lied to and cheated a bit. I will be taking the truck I bought from them to another dealership in the future. Quite disappointed. This may well be my first and last Nissan product.

This is a safe place to take your vehicle during Covid-19 and the Service Department did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem I was experiencing with my Nissan Altima. Michael Brady was my service advisor and he did a good job communicating what was going on with my vehicle throughout the whole process and was attentive when responding to any questions or concerns I had.

I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back here for future service appointments and have confidence that the Service Advisors and Master Technician at this location will provide quality service.

Fantastic service! Best I have ever experienced.....better than Cadillac, Porsche, BMW!!! Beautiful facility, waiting area that includes workstations and WiFi. My car had a recall, tire service, engine light and oil change. I was in and out of the dealership in 1 hr and 30 mins. The new owner and General Manager, both introduced themselves to me and were very happy to have my business. Very different from Suburban Nissan of Troy, who were very rude, unhelpful and didn't care if they had my business or not.
This is 110% the place you want to take your Nissan in the Metropolitan Detroit area, even if it is out of your way......make the trip!!!
