I called and tried to schedule an appointment this morning and I spoke with a Jessica I believe, at the Euless location. She was very unhelpful and unfriendly. She did not seem to care that I needed to make an appointment and due to my work availability I am having a hard time getting in. I work in customer service, not medicine. Even with that being said, I understand that things happen and you sometimes over schedule or just don't want to over schedule so you don't have problems like this, your admins should still be courteous and polite to clients. Its sad that I had such a great doctor but because the admin doesn't try to help or make an attempt to help I will not be returning to this facility or the Irving location.
