Im not surprised that M&S is closing down stores, with staff falling asleep, not friendly, they probably decided that fitting rooms don't need to be cleaned, dust on floor sitting more that one day, disgusting. Sleeping lady in fitting room said that cleaning is not her job.

Went into find something new to wear for a night out - disappointed that couldn't find anything colourful and youthful despite the store being huge - never been a problem at M&S before even in smaller outlets.

Would have given a 5 star rating but for the service in the cafe. It has not been up to standard the last few times we visited (things missing off orders) but this time one of the young men was very rude on two occasions for no reason. Come on M and S up your game because you will be losing custom

Reminds me of my grandmother, in the best way. Wasn't able to make a bra fitting appointment but they still helped me a bit, which was amazing. Very in love with the size selection: many go up to GG in store!

Experienced very poor customer service at both Wakefield Cathedral & White Rose Shopping stores. In Leeds Briggate I was assisted by a lovely young lady called KELSEY who went above and beyond, she was determined to help after my previous experiences. If all stores had a KELSEY there would be a lot more money spent, positive feedback and reviews for M & S.

Poor seating arrangements. You have too many seats that are reserved . Lots of 4 seats with just one person at and staff still expect you to wait till they vacate before you buy anything. Don't bother .

As usual I can find clothes I like, but not always in the size I need. The girls on the tills are always very busy and usually a bit miserable. I think they should remind customers to check their Sparks Card to see if they can claim a discount, perhaps it's just me, but the lady on the adjacent till was reminded about her discount and even helped to load it into her card!

My partner and myself are frequent shoppers & users of M&S cafe /store. However today we arrived to a team of staff that didn't look to impressed to be at work. The young staff on the tills seemed disengaged with what they where doing nor did they have any customer service skills. Our coffees were OK, but the service we had was truely shocking.

Great shop - much of their stuff is ethically sourced + their range of aftershaves aren't tested on animals. Add to that the food floor has an increasing range of vegan fayre and it's an easy 5-star rating :)
