Bought a jacket in there today Saturday 30 November and got served by the most snootiest woman. Her name badge said Sarah. Looked at me up and down. No thank you either

Always like Marks staff friendly and lots of choice

Im not surprised that M&S is closing down stores, with staff falling asleep, not friendly, they probably decided that fitting rooms don't need to be cleaned, dust on floor sitting more that one day, disgusting. Sleeping lady in fitting room said that cleaning is not her job.

Great shop for all things ,with lovely Pad Thai noodles and chilli and coriander noodles to go with many stir fry sauces and mixed stir fry veg at a reasonable price.

Went into find something new to wear for a night out - disappointed that couldn't find anything colourful and youthful despite the store being huge - never been a problem at M&S before even in smaller outlets.

One of the best Marks and Spencer stores in the UK.

Can't say that I like clothes here, but it is a good place to shop for food.

I only use the cafe while my wife goes off shopping in M & S nice selection of drinks & food.

Visited the Food Hall for prawn and mayonnaise sandwiches

Would have given a 5 star rating but for the service in the cafe. It has not been up to standard the last few times we visited (things missing off orders) but this time one of the young men was very rude on two occasions for no reason. Come on M and S up your game because you will be losing custom

It has great choice, is very spacious. There is a cafe and this store easily located

Plenty of choice here, good quality at a reasonable price. Clothing, shoes, accessories and jewellery. Also homeware and bedding, as we as great food to buy and in the cafe.

Reminds me of my grandmother, in the best way. Wasn't able to make a bra fitting appointment but they still helped me a bit, which was amazing. Very in love with the size selection: many go up to GG in store!

Good size M&S have a large range of most products that they do .. nice thing is that they don't try to cram everything in, so more space when moving and looking

It's a shop that sells stuff. Mostly clothes and food.

The food hall and cafes are the best part, the clothes tend to be very expensive low quality and frankly horrid styles and designs.

Experienced very poor customer service at both Wakefield Cathedral & White Rose Shopping stores. In Leeds Briggate I was assisted by a lovely young lady called KELSEY who went above and beyond, she was determined to help after my previous experiences. If all stores had a KELSEY there would be a lot more money spent, positive feedback and reviews for M & S.

M&s leeds is a great store. I have just seen some children world book day costumes. Fab!

Still advertising jumpers they neither have in store or online. Clearly not ordered enough for their busiest trading period. No wonder they are no longer in FTSE 100.

Poor seating arrangements. You have too many seats that are reserved . Lots of 4 seats with just one person at and staff still expect you to wait till they vacate before you buy anything. Don't bother .

The cafe has a poor choice of sandwiches given that you have a wider option in the food department downstairs!!

As usual I can find clothes I like, but not always in the size I need. The girls on the tills are always very busy and usually a bit miserable. I think they should remind customers to check their Sparks Card to see if they can claim a discount, perhaps it's just me, but the lady on the adjacent till was reminded about her discount and even helped to load it into her card!

Good range available in store, useful if you're in the city centre, if not it's probably easier to go to the Owlcotes brace with free parking outside

Expensive for a dressing gown especially given the time of season

I just in care ask for a jacket with filling was told no jackets left then someone who got severed after got a jacket that not write gonna complain to head office

A bit pricey, but saying that the quality is good. The food offers r very good and again are tasty

Very nices Store. Food Section on Ground floor is very good and it has many choices. It has small coffee shop if you have M&S card you can get more points

My partner and myself are frequent shoppers & users of M&S cafe
/store.
However today we arrived to a team of staff that didn't look to impressed to be at work.
The young staff on the tills seemed disengaged with what they where doing nor did they have any customer service skills.
Our coffees were OK, but the service we had was truely shocking.

Only bought a nightie. As expected. Some nice stuff but pricey with it.

This a great store for getting the uniform a special gift and even doing your food shopping. It really offers alot.

Great shop - much of their stuff is ethically sourced + their range of aftershaves aren't tested on animals. Add to that the food floor has an increasing range of vegan fayre and it's an easy 5-star rating :)

Friendly staff , we got some nice things & the 20% made it all the better .

What a class store! The best in Leeds and surrounding cities

Last twice I've eaten here, the food has been below par. Old age pensioners with their vouchers get money off and extra biscuits. I didn't get one! Annoying
