Best grocery store ever owned by the most generous family ever.

Everything you need. HEB should expand outside of Texas

The original HEB. Good selection, clean facilities and helpful staff.

HEB has pretty much everything I'm looking for. They r never out of stock in anything. They have most of their check out lines open and getting people through their fast.

You can find items at HEB you can't find anywhere else. People are friendly--you need to remind some of your check out people of this.

Right now, with all the construction going on, it's like going to a war zone to do your shopping. Parking is terrible and everyone vying for the few spots available. I know once the new HEB is completed it will be worth it, but till then- not a great experience!

Huge store, if you can't find what you need your just lost. Stop and ask for directions staff are nice.

Kerrville is the hometown of the original HEB and continues to be the pride of the city. Friendly and helpful employees, with fresh food, bakery and deli.

Love this HEB they have things other HEBS don't have. Been shopping here for years. Now I live in medina and still shop at this HEB.

A nice store with a good selection of all grocery items - even gluten, dairy, and soy free

In late 70's; appreciate when workers help unload our cart - it's always full with a $100 bill of fare or higher.
Today: no help and my husband sacked along with the cashier.

Lots of fresh produce, meats, and baked goods. Friendly employees who enjoy helping.

Okay people let's talk about HEB HEB is my favorite Supermarket I practically live there but now they got this new service that people really taking advantage of its called curbside pickup so if you got your hands full with day-to-day chores don't have time for grocery shopping give them a call they will handle it for you I give them 5 stars maybe I'm a little partial but it's worth every bit

HEB has permanently lost me as a customer. I sell guns. I carry a gun. I went to HEB for lunch and didn't see their "invisible" 30.07 sign.

A simple announcement over the PA the HEB observes 30.07 and I would have walked out or a proper legal sign (state law says that the sign must be 1 inch tall letters on a contrasting background {white letters do not contrast on glass}, in English and in Spanish {the sign is in English only})... But NO!

Gun slapping is calling the cops simply because you see a gun. Public humiliation by being escorted for the building by uniformed officers.

HEB is in my opinion the best grocery store chain in Texas. Always a nice variety at affordable prices. I have never shopped at this chain and not been happy with the quality and price.

I always stop here for my produce. Not always the best price but it s well kept and always fresh

Wish we had HEB in Idaho, Kroger and Albertsons are trying but haven't gotten there yet.

Needs to be. A limit on the toliet paper,so everyone can get some !! People are hoarding because of the virus, which is nowhere near Kerrville...

This smaller store has a limited selection, but is much more relaxed than main store. I much preferred Albertson's.

Great selection in the town that has the Butt -Holdsworth Library!

Don't go at 5:30 on a Tuesday. To many people and not enough parking, otherwise I like HEB.

Isles are too high and I always feel anxious in this store too cramped

The service was great,but they might not have everything you need.

This is the original HEB where everything started and while it's old, it looks nice and has most of the things I need.
This being said, they will take this one down and build a new one here very soon. So if you want to see the place where everything started, check it out right now or miss it forever.
What they don't have and what I like is the spices in bulk as you can really save money on these. The nearest HEB that has them is in boerne. So when I am in that area, u just buy larger bulks than I would if it would be here in Kerrville.

HEB is hands down my favorite grocery store of all time.

It was very good except couldn't find product i had purchased in the past .looking forward to getting it in the future.

HEB is the bestest place to shop in all the world. Cannot beat it.

Displays Overhaul Taking Place ! Anything mobile moved around(temporarily, of course), but shopping a bit of a hassle.....

I have a dietary issue and HEB has gone out of its way to help me by making products I need accessible thank you H-E-B

Nowhere to park too crowded and can't believe y'all are redoing both stores at the same time. That is really dumb but my Checker Devin had a great attitude!!!

You have to eat. They always have what I need and more. Catfish was on sale. This week.

Always enjoy HEB and there deals! But hate Sunday crowds. But I'm Kerrville you either have HEB OR WALMART.

Most of the time I want name brand - not HEB brand. I get a strong feeling we are being forced into HEB brand products.

This HEB is amazing. I shop here every week and the employees are always super friendly and helpful.

Very clean store and the staff was great. The parking can be a little crazy on sundays as the parking lot is not very large but overall a great HEB

The larger stopped in Kerrville is ALWAYS busy. There is a larger store planned but for now come early or late to avoid the crowd. Produce, meats and fish are generally very good quality. Overall selection of products is excellent and the staff is very helpful.

They need desperately to build another H-E-B across town this town is growing so much that one HEB is not enough

Great produce,alot of health food choices, good prices,deli&bakery goods,a specialty food service island

Can't go to Kerrville without stopping at H-E-B. Wide range of groceries, top of the line fresh seafood, produce and bakery.
