Great place to stay they speak English France and Spanish. Thanks to God ..the people at the counter are there just to help you all the way..Albina at the desk was amazing..not so far from the effil tower

The reception is neat. On 5 stays, I was entitled to a ranking after a bad night because of a defective window. I appreciate the commercial gesture. A meal was replaced, there was only fat in the first, a pity he had to insist.

I put a star for the receptionist job that left something to be desired. One in particular, pale, blonde with strong roundness is very disrespectful and badly raised. Lack of listening and consideration of customers, very haughty, dared to insult his customers. I would like to remind you that the welcome and the service offered in a hotel constitute the essence of its image. You should better choose your staff, although at this stage it is not difficult to find better than this kind of specimen.

I have been staying in the area for over a week and I can't believe the noise coming from this Holiday Inn. There is a big disagreement between the cleaning staff and the cleaning company contracted by Holiday Inn. Long story short... Holiday Inn doesn't pay their staff for ALL the hours worked. The management clearly doesn't care about their staff as well as the guests because the noise continues until there is an agreement. Don't stay here unless you are comfortable taking advantage of the staff and listening to protests all day. Clean up your act Holiday Inn.

Overall very disappointed why:
Exclusive room: Frame with crooked walls, damaged paint, used furniture upholstery, ridiculous wardrobe with ironing board, damaged walls.
When I got back to the room, I had the feeling that no one had come in for a while.
Room service: Cesar salad, no sauce, no capers, no egg short nothing but salad a few croutons and reconstituted chicken slices for 19 .
Breakfast, 1 hot drink machine for the whole room, slices of hams seem to be released every morning, ect ect ect ...... all for 180 for one night.
Positive point, very nice staff.

Most of the staff was very rude. It takes hours to be tended to when trying to have dinner at their restaurant. I was made to move my vehicle from in front of the building when my wife was checking in and getting access to the parking garage? I literally had to repeatedly drive around the hotel until she was finished. I was charged for parking for three nights when I used the parking garage only one of those nights! The biggest annoyance was that their website states they have complimentary shuttles to and from the airport. There are large buses parked in front of the building every morning. When I asked about them so I could get to the airport, I was told that they have no idea about any shuttles to the airport and had to pay 50 euros for a taxi there!
All of this and we are IHG Gold members.
Choose a different hotel. There are many options.

I am a member of IHG and I liked this hotel very much. The staff was very friendly the rooms were comfortable and everything very clean. One of the things I liked most was a smartphone called Handy, it has Android installed with a city guide and Google maps, you can also make and receive calls. Its location seems very good, there are several bus stops nearby and the subway is about 600 meters.

Probably the best 'Chain' hotel around the Clichy area. Breakfast is good, rooms are good with comfortable beds/pillows. Hotel is well insulated but it does suffer a bit of road noise in rooms near the ground floor

For 4* does not deserve at all. Rooms old, needs redesign and renovation for sure. Dark brown oil-color is not nice. Breakfast semiwonder. Powdered Scrambled eggs - drama. For 4stars I would rather fresh eggs... cosmic price for pretty low standard. If breakfast improved - max 3 stars

Very good 4 *
Meals are very good and varied enough.
Breakfasts good and very complete, can satisfy all the appetites.
Executive rooms very spacious and comfortable; maybe the wardrobes / wardrobes are a bit tight especially with the ironing board that you almost always have to pull out.
Friendly, kind and competent staff.

Place is nice, quaint, but the room that I got (single room) is super tiny. The other drawback was that the lift was not working, and I was given a room on the 6th floor. Luckily, I wasn't carrying any luggage. But people with luggage really struggled, although the hotel staff did try their best to help them out.
All in all, a satisfactory experience, I would say.

A perfect bed and a pillow, sleeping without waking and turning on the bed.
The restaurant is excellent, the food offer is also excellent. The location is near the Periferique boulevard, the large room, all neat and Clean. Vehicle Parking is also available.
The only objection is that the staff doesn't speak English. The conversation and getting information at the hotel is the real agony, since only a person at the front desk speaks english, and everyone else doesn't know a word. You have to wait in line to ask that one person what you want, while others stand around and do nothing but, they can't help you because they don't know english..

A nice warm hotel. When I checked in, I was offered a free upgrade to executive room and the service was excellent. One more notable customer service is the free phone to use in Paris which allows you to use data, free calls in France and also to many international countries that too free of charge. That's a very good idea to win customer satisfaction, 5 stars to that
