They Never Help for Visiting Pass.....On Interview time ...

Pathetic employee care , would not recommend to any one , zero regards to employee moral ( I have not worked ) but I know a lot of People who have worked their , in short this is a big negative for Lyca groups if they are trying to enter Indian market in any consumer facing business

One of the worst organisations and poor work environment. You will feel like working in a government office and most of the times employees would have to search for chairs to sit. No appraisal will be given as their main concern is investing money for film production.

They wouldn't answer properly regarding job description over phone to the interview candidates

Worst place for men, there will be 2 cab and 10 men but still they will wait 1 hrs for 2 women to finish their work and send them in those cabs while the 10 men will leave a 1am for the shift of 11pm

It is a wonderful place to be in. Everyone should be in this place atleast once in their lifetime since this is a wonderful company. You have lot of process in this company internally and if you work hard you can even go abroad (onsite). One of my friend is currently working their in DLF premises and he says he is very proud to be working there Everytime I meet him.

Not Bad, There is no proper chairs and pepper response from humans

Was an ex employee of lycatel .. work/life is at stake .. pressurized work .. But you can have greater fun... cause the team would help you alot .. can learn alot

Don't ever try to attend interview it's waste of time
