It's a beast place to learning for new software developers

One of the best places to work. The open culture is really helpful to me. You can meet the managing director anytime and he will really give his time to listen our opinion. Especially, they are having very strict protocols for the women employees. Wonderful platform for the freshers and the training which they are giving is really helpful. The management is more favorable to their employees and of course the wonderful Friday lunch, team out, office trip, birthday celebration, festival celebration and the floor awards are the mind fresheners. Wonderful admin team, such a good human beings and an enthusiastic Manager. The way they are treating you during your joining is similar to your reliving. Very supportive finance team. Very talented, energetic and dynamic sales team. There is a long way to go. Always very happy with iInterchange
