Great price and great food. Everyone here was lovely and I found the food selection perfect for the size of the place. It is nice and clean on the inside, and food is presented well and was all fresh. Definitely going back with friends and for birthdays.

After trying quite a few Chinese / Asian Buffet places in Fredericton, I'd say Buffet Express is by far the best. As a Chinese born and raised with authentic Chinese food my entire life, I understand it is mostly Canadian Chinese food here in Fredericton but still, quality matters. Not only the service at Buffet Express is amazing, the quality of the buffet is also a pleasant surprise. Size of buffet could be expanded but we definitely will go back again and again!

Went 1 hour before closing and everything was really not fresh and for 18$ it was not worth it!!!

Food was fresh, servers were friendly, restaurant was clean. More on the salad bar would be nice, but overall it was great. Good prices!

Not worth the money, they charge you $16 for a large container which isnt that big. Not including the tip. Also they make stipulations on how much you can take because they said that the cashier needs to be able to cover it, regardless of whether you eat it there or take it to go. So they're basically saying you're a thief. Even though they charge aprox. $19 in total for a small container of Chinese food. The over-all impression I got from the spirit of that establishment was "give me your money." I didnt like the vibe I was getting, I essentially treated as a walking wallet because she asked me if I was taking it go or eating it there before I was even finished putting food in my container. The food there is mediocre at best.

Your Facebook page said that you would be reopening on December 18, 2019. But I checked your inspection and it's still a RED flag. Are you sure you can reopen on the 18th?

Buffet and sushi selection ok. Desserts were dried up. Tweetie bird for desert plates?

Great food, definately one of the better asian restaurants around here, lunch buffet for 2 plus baby was under 30$, amazing price! Service was great as well

Getta love the "pick your own food". You get a box, a good selection and always hot. Good price too.

Nice clean restaurant, decor is slightly outdated but you aren't eating the decor so don't worry about that.

Food was awesome, we sampled a little bit of each of the hot dishes and they were all very tasty, they were also nice and hot unlike other buffets we've had.

Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a yummy Chinese food buffet.

Your standard run-of-the-mill Chinese food - excellent food for the price. Servers are nice people, atmosphere relaxed. Former home of Frank's Finer Diner.

We tried buffet express for the first time today and will likely go back. The good was good and our waitress was excellent, she paid special attention to our 18 month old and was so patient with her! The chow mein here is fantastic!

Pleasant Chinese restaurant with lots of choices at Buffet

This used to be mine and my son's favourite place to go. We went last night after reopening and the food wasn't as nearly as good as it used to be and they jacked up the prices. Might as well pay the extra $5 and go to the dip :(

This is a really nice restaurant. It's very clean and welcoming. We didn't have any difficulty getting a table, they sat us as soon as we arrived. The price was reasonable and the food exceeded my typical buffet expectations. I even found my self trying new to me food because it was so good. My only complaint if I had to have one was that they had typed out paper signs asking people to only grab what they could eat instead of having them made professonally, and I think this would have made the atmosphere feel a lot fancier. Besides that though the interior was gorgeous and the booth we were sat in was huge.

Additionally the staff was very attentive. My boyfriend finished his drink and before he could even think about getting another one the waitress was already at the table with a full glass. Every time we would get up to grab more food the old plates seemed to vanish by the time we got back.

I plan on going back again and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice buffet with lots of options.

We arrived at 650pm to pick up and we didnt leave with our food till 740pm... shouldnt have taken that long to get our food... people came in ate and left while we waited

Went there today and despite all the great reviews i found the food very low quality. Mancho Wok is better what does that tell ya. Some of the stuff like the fish was under cooked. I was very disappointed as ive heard such great reviews.

This is the most disgusting place ever ! There was hair in the food, a lot of food that had gone bad that turned my stomach and there were flies everywhere. The waitress was not helpful. She didn't do anything at all after we told her about the hair and how I wasn't feeling good. She took off and we waited for her for 15 minutes !! Never go here. You will waste your money.

Not a Huge selection of choices but a good one & Food is always tasty and has it's own individual flavors that many Chinese restaurants foods do not and in many others all food taste the same, it is a very nice restaurant and staff are pleasant - I would recommend this restaurant over any other Chinese restaurant in Fredericton.

The food was okay but I had to ask for refill the food few times...

I live near here and eat there frequently. We've never had any problems eating in or with take out. The food is delicious and they have a nice variety of things to try.

We stopped going about a year ago due to the food not being filled properly in time for the supper menu. When they would run out of a dish it would take like 30 minutes to get filled again. So we stopped going. Thought we would try it again, well you don't have to worry about that no more. Because there is no people going and the food has the leftover taste. I cook and know that most of that was far from fresh. The deserts where so dry due to sitting there for so long, that we could not eat it. The only thing that looked good was the ribs. But it has some sauce on it that was awfull, almost like rosemary sauce. We all could not eat it. I think they do that so people don't eat much of it. But anywho stopped going before and not going back. For $110 for 4 people you can do way better for somewhat less too...

Their licence was revoked, this was a dissapointment to us. Now we have to choose another buffet restaurant.

My family loves this place, whenever we say "want to go out for lunch?", Buffet Express is implied. The food, service, value, and atmosphere are all fantastic.

Good selection of constant hot food on the buffet but a bit on the pricey side.

Loved their buffet take out! You can eat full stomach in $12.95, better than fast food restaurants.

A little outdated, but the food was amazing. They also accommodated my wife's food allergies super well. A lot better than other restaurants in town. Love the service and food. Great prices as well.

A good place for friends to get good food and good drinks. Staff are friendly, lots of parking.

The food is pretty average, although they do have sushi on the buffet. I have found that the desert selection is hot or miss when it comes to freshness. The service is great though, always very attentive and happy to help.

Went here for the first time yesterday and loved it.
The food was great, and the service was the best I've seen in Fredericton.

My and my wife found the rice to be okay, we prefer the Diplomat's fried rice, but everything is else was absolutely delicious.
The buffet price is great as well for only $12.95 (on Sunday).

Will definitely eat here again.

Nice place to go for a Chinese buffet. There is a big selection of food. I have been there several times and its always been delicious. Everything is very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this place.

Really good place suprisingly the food is pretty fresh i have seen worse and for the price it is great i always leave there super full !!!

It was a horrible experience! No variety of choice (except for the deserts) In short the service is even nice but the cleanliness is not there.

I really enjoyed this buffet. We were there as soon as the doors opened for supper hours and can't really complain about anything we ate. There was a wide variety of items to choose from and very quick to replenish items when they got low. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean and well furnished. Really enjoyed this restaurant - first time here and certainly won't be the last. Thanks.

Not whole lot of variety but delicious and quality food.

All you can eat at a reasonable price. The food is "westernized Chinese".

Everything was good but it would be the best if the refill the food faster.
