I have been working with Laser Facility Management for the last year as a disaster restoration GC helping manage through multiple emergency construction projects. I have worked with John, Laura an Brian and all have been very reasonable to work with and they really understand the projects that we are working on, which really helps us be in the same page to make the projects smoother. The common goal is always how to work through the construction with the customers best interest in mind to minimize cost, disruption, and length of disruption. I would highly recommend Laser Facility Management to manage any size property as I have worked with other facility management companies for years and they are definitely top notch!
