Definitely do not recommend. The office staff was prompted and friendly .... but it s been 24 hours or more since I heard back from the sales man. I shouldn t be having to chase them down to give them my money. Went elsewhere and got the attention I deserve.

Great service beginning to end - from talking with Charles via email and then also getting questions answered through text. I was driving from 2+ hours away to pickup the vehicle I purchased and Luxury Cars of Lexington was great talking numbers and coming to terms via email/text. When I arrived with just less than an hour before they closed I was afraid I was going to hold them up - I was out the door in under 45 minutes! This was the most expedient car buying experience I've had and pleasant team to work with.

I Swear I had a 1500 word count review for luxury Cars Of Lexington until I realized google wouldn't let me post that review, let me first start off by saying the staff and everyone at lexington made me feel like family! from Barbra the receptionist, Charles the sales manager and definitely Shawn my personal salesman who I felt like I was talking to a best friend or family member! him and his cousin Tony!!! they are awesome!!! I brought a 335i sight unseen or tested, matter a fact I had a 2011 328i already finalized at another location (Garners Ferry Road) but due to my unpleasantness there I stopped payment promptly upon meeting the staff and Shawn! and brought the vehicle you see attached along with this review with no hesitation. I still keep in touch and will be getting all my service needs and extended warranty for the vehicle with them. Obviously there are salesman everywhere fact is I never felt like I was being sold too! It truly felt like family again from the start! most places don't do warranties at all on their inventory once taken of the lot. Others will claim thay need more out of pocket expensis or absolutly refuse to work or lower prices on old inventory (Garners Ferry rd lot), well not Lexington EVERY vehicle sold is done so with a 90 day or 4500 mile warranty from the lot!!! That speaks volumes, that speaks confidence (to me anyway), their inventory is impeccable their professionalism,dress, mannerism and courtesy is top notch!!! above and beyond!! highly recommended. I jokingly tell people I wouldn't have shopped within 100 miles of this dealership! but truthfully, I wouldn't have! and I'm so glad I did the timing couldn't have been better! I got a 2008 335i well below market by more than a couple grand! I've looked at other 335i in no where near the mint and immaculate condition as mine! These guys mean business! and they truly value the customer! on site certified BMW A-Z mechanic and detail shop! filled my vehicle up and explained key features and do's and don't with it as well. Very pleasant! Tony I will be getting that extended warranty for the 335i when I save up! That warranty for the low cost it is will cover ANYTHING that could happen electronically,engine,trans, you name it besides normal wear and tear like oil and brakes and its relatively cheap considering if any one of them or more go up it's paid for itself 10 fold! So yeah if your looking I hope this helps, you owe it too yourself first to stop by these guys you absolutely wont regret it! I promise!

My mom and I purchased two Subaru s from luxury cars of Lexington. The dealers and staff were very understanding about our situation and always professional and accommodating. We have several family members who have purchased from them as well who have been very satisfied with their cars. We highly recommend buying from them!

Was in the market for a used car. Found a car I was interested in last week and called to set up a scheduled test drive for a Sunday. Sundays are listed as appointments only and was even nice enough to set aside my one day off to find a time that worked for them. Scheduled for 2pm, arrived at 145pm and waited till 230pm. No call, text or email. Very unprofessional. Seems to be alot of 1 review people on their reviews, just fyi not hard to create fake reviews. Word of caution.

My husband and I just left the dealership, what a bad experience! We test drove 2 cars that were nasty on the inside. Needed detailed badly. The salesman, Charles, was not helpful in any fashion. When my husband asked if there was any wiggle room on the price, Charles responded no. We wanted the car but he was so arrogant and acted like he didn't need the sale. He said he sells 20 cars a month. So we left. He lost a $10,000 + sale. Owner, how you feel about that?

DO NOT buy your car here. They took our money for doing the title and registration work, and now cannot produce a title or license plates. Our temporary tag has expired and now the car is just sitting. They also did not keep their deal to complete work on the car (we had to pay for some of the work they promised to do) and lied about doing it. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. We have filed complaints with the DMV and other state agencies concerning their business practices. Shop the other dealers in town to find a car.

Lies to get people money. Brought a BMW for these crooks believing they were genuine (my mistake). To the car to BMW dealer. Report shows car haven't been serviced in 5 years. Brakes and Drive train need repair after 3 weeks of having the car. I don't blame for selling me a lemon. I blame myself for not researching their business. If you do decide to purchase a car from them, have it check out by a real dealership before signing paperwork. LUXURY CARD OF LEXINGTON shouldn't have a problem with that if the their word is good.

Lamar was very helpful with getting me a good deal on a truck I ve been searching for.

Worst dealership I ever experienced. I purchased a BMW from here and within less than 3 weeks I had to replace a lower control arm and a Transmission. The power train warranty the car was sold with really isn't a real power train. They basically refused to cover nearly anything and gave my repair shop the run around. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. So after $5000 out of my pocket I will be taking these guys to court!

So I just got done talking to Tony at Luxury Cars of Lexington and he just sold me the best car for the best price. He was so easy going and very relatable. They gave me almost double on my trade in then what the big dealer was offering me. I m 100% going to buy the rest of my cars from Luxury Cars of Lexington for the rest of my life.

After talking to Tony about this he said it didn t matter So I have filed complaints with sc dmv dealer central and sc department of consumer affairs btw we have had the car for less than a week...

I really like doing business with Luxury cars of Lexington. This was the 3rd car I have purchased from this dealership. It s the trust i have in Mike and Tony that keeps me coming back.

The start of the process appeared to be heading in the right direction, however it went downhill fast. I felt there was a lot of fast talking, false promises, and lack of communicating what matters. I feel you should treat each customer like they are your only customer at that time. You should not feel like you are being juggled around and given the run around. It's my goal to share my experience and I urge anyone looking to purchase from this company to be informed. My experience was not as pleasant as I wish it could have been.

I spoke with Sean on Monday, and we had a very cogent conversation about Lexus IS 250 Carolina blue. Sean was very honest and professional in every aspect regarding my inquiry. Luxury Cars of Lexington was by far the VERY best car buying experience I have ever had. I first visited the dealership in September and fell in love with a Lexus they had on the lot. The sales team, mainly Tony Shafie were not pushy at all and also did all they could to find the most suitable scenario for me.
I decided not to purchase until last week and once again Tony was very professional, the financing was extremely easy and I was able to purchase the car I absolutely love less than sixteen hours from sitting down in the sales office. I will most definitely return to this business for my next car purchase as well as consider them as no less than a five star rated company.

We found a great F150 King Ranch on their website. Worked with Charles over the phone to finalize the deal. Drove from Spartanburg. Tony had all of the paperwork ready. After a test drive, we were in and out within an hour. Very impressed and the truck is great. Would definitely recommend these guys and look forward to working with them again.

Bought a 2009 Honda for my mother and the check engine light came on 4 days later. I can t imagine that to be a coincidence.
Also, was told that we would have a full warranty for 90 days by Charles, and while were signing the paperwork for purchase and asked about it was told we could BUY that warranty if we wanted to.
Regarding my moms vehicle for trade they wanted to give us 300 dollars, which was an insult and we ended up selling it on our own for $1150.00.
Don t expect any negotiation. They barley budge on pricing.

I also suggest you pay the fee at the dealership for a FULL BUYERS INSPECTION for the respective car you are purchasing to KNOW what you are getting and do YOUR due diligence.

Overall, we are grateful for the purchase and feel we paid a fair price, for a good vehicle . Just prefer for a car salesmen to not mix words and be completely transparent. Charles was very personable, and I guess he did all he could.

On 12/09/2018 I purchased a 2012 Escalade Luxury from this dealer. At 1 week we noticed a leak on our garage floor, it was power steering fluid. Took it to the dealer and he told us to take it to "his guy", who was Darrel at Precusion Auto in Lexington. He said it needed a new Rack and Pinion and the charge would be $600 plus labor and that he would call Tony to see how to proceed. The next time I spoke with Darrel the cost was going to be $1500 and that Tony agreed to pay half. At this point I realized I couldn't trust either of them. As of today we have had to put out $3500 for repairs for this car which Luxury Cars claimed they had inspected and it was in great shape. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a car from these people is to have a mechanic of your choice inspect the vehicle prior to closing the deal because once they have your money, they are finished with you! BUYER BEWARE.....THESE PEOPLE CANT BE TRUSTED!!!! In fact, do yourself a favor and don't go there because there are reputable dealers that don't do business the way these people do!
