I Swear I had a 1500 word count review for luxury Cars Of Lexington until I realized google wouldn't let me post that review, let me first start off by saying the staff and everyone at lexington made me feel like family! from Barbra the receptionist, Charles the sales manager and definitely Shawn my personal salesman who I felt like I was talking to a best friend or family member! him and his cousin Tony!!! they are awesome!!! I brought a 335i sight unseen or tested, matter a fact I had a 2011 328i already finalized at another location (Garners Ferry Road) but due to my unpleasantness there I stopped payment promptly upon meeting the staff and Shawn! and brought the vehicle you see attached along with this review with no hesitation. I still keep in touch and will be getting all my service needs and extended warranty for the vehicle with them. Obviously there are salesman everywhere fact is I never felt like I was being sold too! It truly felt like family again from the start! most places don't do warranties at all on their inventory once taken of the lot. Others will claim thay need more out of pocket expensis or absolutly refuse to work or lower prices on old inventory (Garners Ferry rd lot), well not Lexington EVERY vehicle sold is done so with a 90 day or 4500 mile warranty from the lot!!! That speaks volumes, that speaks confidence (to me anyway), their inventory is impeccable their professionalism,dress, mannerism and courtesy is top notch!!! above and beyond!! highly recommended. I jokingly tell people I wouldn't have shopped within 100 miles of this dealership! but truthfully, I wouldn't have! and I'm so glad I did the timing couldn't have been better! I got a 2008 335i well below market by more than a couple grand! I've looked at other 335i in no where near the mint and immaculate condition as mine! These guys mean business! and they truly value the customer! on site certified BMW A-Z mechanic and detail shop! filled my vehicle up and explained key features and do's and don't with it as well. Very pleasant! Tony I will be getting that extended warranty for the 335i when I save up! That warranty for the low cost it is will cover ANYTHING that could happen electronically,engine,trans, you name it besides normal wear and tear like oil and brakes and its relatively cheap considering if any one of them or more go up it's paid for itself 10 fold! So yeah if your looking I hope this helps, you owe it too yourself first to stop by these guys you absolutely wont regret it! I promise!
