It was a great day - blue skies, no wind, golf course views and some very good lunch menu choices. Being outdoors and enjoying the first part of August was great. the food, service and the clubhouse vibe was excellent. Have to go back....I understand that they have excellent burgers. Outstanding breakfast menu, also there is a buffet on Sundays.....that looked awesome, but was too many choices and selections for me. The scrambled eggs and eggs benys were excellent . What Really made our breakfast was try excellent customer from Jessie. We will be back.

Wow this place punches way above its weight. Our group was blown away by the great condition for a low key course. Greens were amazing. Staff were excellent with one of the hardest driving cart girls you ll come across. Well done! Will definitely be back.

Course is great and is usually in great condition. Has good drainage during and after rain. Can be busy at times but it's nestled in the heart of Airdrie so that should be expected. Even during a busy day where you wait at each Tee Box, you'll still finish around that 4-1/2hr mark. The fastest I've ever completed it was just under 3-1/2 hours. Clubhouse is awesome. Never had a bad meal there. Service is top notch and the patio is great! Everything is priced right too. I love that this is my home course and only minutes from my house.

Great food and they make an excellent pina colada, or it could have been our mood that day. Also when we went here last year a storm had hit us on the tenth hole and they did not hesitate to hand out 9 hole rain checks to all four of us. I remember the course being nice and surprised at it's location. Excellent overall, will be going here for another 18 to reconfirm my feelings but I believe that they won't change.

Had a gift card from our home builder. We went for supper on a Friday. The patio overlooking the golf course was great! The service was good and the food was quite good as well. I was impressed that the menu wasn't expensive. It's on par or maybe even less than some local pubs.

The specialty grilled cheese sandwiches needs more cheese. That was our only complaint (other than the group of parents with noisy, obnoxious kids playing with giant chess, obviously not the restaurants fault)

We will be back again, hopefully for a more quiet, cheese filled experience!

This is a very well groomed and lush course just a short distance north of Calgary on Hwy #2. This is relatively flat and easy to walk. There are lengthy par 4's and challenging par 5's. Designed with elvated greens and protected with bunkers selection of proper club is utmost important. The course also adds another element of challenge in avoiding the various water hazards on the course. The staff are very friendly and helpful in achieving a great day on the golf course.
Thank you Woodside Golf Course for selecting your course for a rewarding day.

I've spent a lot of time at this course in recent years, and this was the 2nd time I've played this season. 2 of my friends that played the course with me were playing it for the first time, and it was not their most memorable experience.

We teed off on time, 4 guys just out enjoying a nice day off with good weather and company. Or so we thought. Early on the rain came down for a short period of time. Naturally, we wanted to stay as dry as possible, so played a little bit slower than we would have otherwise. Once the rain cleared, we were back to a decent pace. As groups caught up, we confessed we weren't the greatest nor were we in a rush, and that they could play ahead of us. We did this 2 or 3 times. Before I was even done putting on the 9th green, someone from the pro shop confronted a few of us telling us to "if possible, pick up the pace".

After using the facilities and refreshing our beverages, the head pro decided to come and do the same in front of some staff, and other groups getting themselves ready. He explained the pace of play and how we were behind in the "suggested play time" which was true, considering weather and us trying to let other groups pass us so we wouldn't hold them up and also then suggested we "pick up the pace on the back 9". Now I'm no golf expert, but we thought we were playing decent pace while still respecting the group ahead of us. We were in no rush and did not want to feel rushed. We all paid a pretty penny to be playing the course, as well as on food and drinks (which was in no way our issue) and in turn were confronted in less than ideal moments. Our biggest problem was that the group that we then ended up waiting on while playing the back 9, was the group that complained about us, and that we had let play through. The course and clubhouse are great but I found that if there was an issue there could have been a more professional way to approach it, and therefore this left us all with a bad taste in our mouthes. I, and we understood maybe to begin with the pace wasn't as "recommended" however I felt that there could have been a more appropriate and professional way to speak to us about it rather than to approach us while putting and in front of other groups, and also perhaps asking why it took so long.

The course isn't worth the money and the staff are rude and obnoxious. Was recently at a fundraiser and had a group of four and one of our carts was reported which they didn't even tell us why, or even ask if they could search our bags before they started sticking their hands in our bags and violating our privacy. They proceeded to check both carts also when only 1 was reported. Not even the cops can check your bag without your consent unless they have a warrant. They found nothing which we knew they wouldn't and all they did was walk away without even an apology.
We had been buying drinks from the cart girl and clubhouse all day and they treated us as though we were dirt.
Will never be back and neither will our friends and family.

Great breakfast buffet! Omelette station, crepe station, chocolate fountain, perfectly soft eggs benedict, bacon, sausage, tater tots and potatoes. Pancakes, french toast with berry compete and real whipped cream! Huge, saucy ribs, Mac and cheese, roast beef, salad bar, pastries, cold cuts and cheese. Everything was delicious.

The patio was beautiful, the view was lovely. Definitely a wonderful spot for a family brunch.

Got voucher for 2019 after fathers day. Was planning to take my father but he had medical issues so I was going to use voucher with him and only play 9 holes. However figured I could see if there was anything that could be done. Went in to clubhouse and asked what could be done and was told if I came back early in 2020 season they would honor & let me use then. However covid delayed start of season, once it did officially start word from previous year meant nothing. Not only lost business with extra 2 people that would be paying full fair but a full family that will NEVER golf at this second rate establishment.

Only recommended if you want to over spend on poor quality & respect ownership that has no honor when taking their "word" on any understandings. Out of touch sport needs to adapt for 21st century and with this ownership I would expect the already mediocre quality of this location to decrease faster then most for this dying past-time.

Early Season course conditions .... still played nice .... waited for 15mins in halfway house... no service ... had to hit main bar ... worst part of the course by far ... liquor service is horrible ... nice weather or not , beer cart is a rarity at best .... need far better service ...

My wife and I took the "Get Golf Ready" lessons this spring as we're still pretty new to the game. It started out pretty basic (putting) and basic golf terminology and etiquette, right up to driving and getting out on the course. We had golfed for a couple seasons (and taken lessons a couple years ago) but still got many valuable tips from Geoff and greatly improved our games! The price of the 5 lessons was an amazing deal, definitely would recommend it for anyone!

Fun little course. I'm not a golfer but I managed to get through 18 holes here. They also serve outstanding food at the club house. Recommend checking this place out, especially if you're not an expert golfer. Not a lot of water, not a lot of hard puts. Yet.. Not too easy for the good golfers either. Check it out next time you're in Windy Airdrie!

My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our 9 holes two Sundays ago that we played with our dog on the back 9. Walkable course and friendly staff. The marshal came by a couple times and was very pleasant and gave our pup friendly pets and attention. Thank you!

Depending on what time of day you play at Woodside, you can really snag some good deals here. In contrast to public courses in Calgary, in peak season, Woodside's fairways and rough are much better maintained. Their greens can be a hit or miss but, we live in Calgary and that's expected.

Staff has always been accommodating and they offer a putting/chipping green with a bunker. If you're playing an 18 here for about 40$, you can't go wrong. Just be wary that this course can be a little intimidating for beginners as it is a neighbourhood course with houses in proximity. It plays about 6100yds at the tips which might make it a little easier for low handicaps but, still a good deal compared to most public courses in Calgary.

Should know their own menu, steak sandwich says it comes with garden salad, came with spinach salad, duh!
We complained they did replace with the garden salad but sadly, it was old and wilted, no effort from the kitchen !
Ontop of all that, the steak was tough and full of sinu Only good point, was flavourful and wattres tried to accommodate.
Won t be back!

Went for brunch and should have stayed home. For the price you pay, not worth it. Very limited selection. So far, worst brunch I have ever been to. Oh and the service was horrible. Please go elsewhere!

Beautiful corse but serenity is lost at tee 6 as a small golden retriever looking dog continuously barking. This was very annoying and we could hear it the remainder of the corse. Not happy at all!!!

Friendly staff and nice looking course. I'm not much of a golfer, but hit the driving range with my kids and we all had a great time. The Pro Shop has loaner clubs for kids and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful brunch at Woodside Golf Course this morning. The restaurant is very clean and the tables were physically distanced. Our server was friendly and the food was amazing! I ordered the perogie hash and my husband ordered the steak and eggs. The food came out quickly, was cooked to order and tasted delicious. An amazing first experience - we will be back again. Thanks Woodside!! :)

Played a round here a few days ago, this was the second time I played here this golf season. Had a couple vouchers for free round and cart and wanted to use them up. Course conditions were better than expected with all the trees shedding leaves. A few greens were littered with leaves and branches, but maintenance crews did a fair job keeping most under control and playable. Not an overly challenging course by any means so a low score can be expected. A great course for beginners! Pro shop and bar staff are very customer service focused. The pro shop even threw in vouchers for free range balls! Reasonable regular rates would bring me back for a nice casual round in the future.
