My husband and I just left the dealership, what a bad experience! We test drove 2 cars that were nasty on the inside. Needed detailed badly. The salesman, Charles, was not helpful in any fashion. When my husband asked if there was any wiggle room on the price, Charles responded no. We wanted the car but he was so arrogant and acted like he didn't need the sale. He said he sells 20 cars a month. So we left. He lost a $10,000 + sale. Owner, how you feel about that?
