The smell of this place (and the factory at Hatch Pond) pervades the area like a cancer. Funny how they trade on eco credentials while selling a product nobody *needs* and polluting the area with the smell.

Brilliant as always. Great service and felt safe knowing there wasn't other people in the shop, just myself and my family. The lovely sales lady even gave my niece a free gift box, made her day.

Like all other lush shops. I never get s chance to browse without being harassed by the shop staff. I understand it's their job to try and sell me products. But in a store the size of Lush Poole. I would rather just have a quick look and buy what I want to, without having some other person breathing down my knack offering me all the latest Lush goods

Visited on Monday afternoon after visiting Brownsea Island and tour cruise of Poole Harbour. The staff were lovely and they were very helpful. I always find staff at Lush to be awesome and understanding of my sensory processing and Autism. It was also great to visit the original store too. I love their products too

As it is the first rush store, the smell of perfume sold in particular is very impressive.

Really friendly and lovely smelling place. Not ideal for parking but nice to pop into when your heading to the quay.

The very first LUSH store. An amazing retail success story sprang up out of this small high street shop. Remains a flagship example to all other branches of the brand, with its attractive table arrangements and colourful displays of products.

These guys are awesome. They always know what to recommend for my needs. They also interact with my children so much and teach them all about the different products at a level that they can understand.

Their naked range is great. Shampoo, shower gell and conditioner without any plastic.

My favourite Lush, so tiny inside yet so full of life. Always busy, always staff are so helpful and cheerful! I spend far too much money here but knowing how and where the products and ingredients come from is important! I'm yet to visit the spa but I'd love to soon!

It is a little bit small than the one that used to have in Bournemouth however there was a lot of stuff that you can do here like testing out on lush products before you buy. It's still an excellent place to get some

I love the smell of the individual bars which is why I buy far too many.

I wanted to experience Lush's signiture treatment - the 'Synathaesia' and I wasn't disappointed. The treatment is pricey but I felt very relaxed during and after the treatment. I won't detail the experience - that might spoil it, but if you want an assault on the senses, go for it.

The original will always be the best!! This is the first lush shop and where the chain began make it a point to visit if your ever in Poole its worth the walk out of the main shopping area. Friendly staff not too pushy like bigger stores and very patient with my younger sisters who can be super indecisive!

The birth house of Lush, very kind staff and it is just amazing to be there! The first shop where a great idea was born.

Love the products and they are unique so will buy them again. Also like that the products are sold simply with minimal packaging. Although do not approve the use of plastic contains even if they can be recycled. The shop itself is hard to navigate to find the products you want so you suggest you checkout the website which is very informative. Staff at the shop are also helpful.

Frankie, the manager @ Lush, Poole really made it an experience for me. With her bounding enthusiasm and expert knowledge, she guided me through the wonderful arrays of products. I left delighted with my purchases. I'm all 'lushed up'. Great products which match my ethics on natural foods.

Had a lovely massage, was pirate shanty themed and I loved the atmosphere. The music was too loud for me though.

Quality Lush stuff as always but the staff here, at the shop where it all started, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended!!!

Love coming to any lush stores as they are such great quality with an amazing amount of selection for you to choose from. Life their cosmetics.

I love Lush and their products. The staff are always super friendly.

Lush ruin everything by using black composite pots and bottles although they make fabulous sustainable skin friendly organic products for bathing and moisturize, lotions and potions. I am not so keen on their cosmetics. They use black reconstructed plastic which they recycle if you return the tubs and pots. A lot of people get items as gifts and dont live near a Lush shop, so those don't get recycled at all because councils can't recycle black plastic. They have ignored this in their reply below. Only 30 % of their pots are recycled. So not as environmentally friendly as one is led to believe. Only 30% of their black pots get recycled. Boycott them. Other places do products that are just as good with no plastic as all and less expensive. Don't buy Lush if you care about the amount of plastic on the earth.

I had a spa treatment here. It was absolutely amazing. Fabulous spa therapist and lots of attention to detail.

Fantastic service today. Really good sensible distancing measures, was able to get the products I wanted and pay without venturing more than one step into the store with the assistance from the happy team!

Just had a Synaesthesia treatment at Lush spa. It was so wonderful! I loved the smell of essential oils they used, music and the whole atmosphere there. My therapist Hannah was very gentle, friendly and professional. Thank you for this beautiful experience!

Superb. We phoned to check items were in stock and the lady wasn't busy so collected everything for us, placed it behind the counter so all we did was pop in and pay. They simply couldn't have been more helpful. Don't expect this service if they are busy, but they do try their hardest to make the customer feel special.

Very cute and special store, because it is the FIRST EVER Lush store. Therefore, this store sells an exclusive perfume - named 29 - which smells EXACTLY like the Lush store itself. You probably know it as the fragrance you smell in the streets, when you approach a Lush store. You smell it miles away, and now, you can smell like it too. It only available here in Poole. Staff is super friendly, like always.
