Terrific facilities and service. I did my PPL check ride in Lubbock and they provided a very nice conference room for the oral exam/brief. They had my plane filled up and ready to go for me when we were done. I was so excited after passing the check ride, I left a Yeti cup that has some sentimental value to me in the pilot's lounge (very nice spot, by the way). I didn't realize I left it there for quite some time and called a couple weeks after I left on the off-chance that they still had it. Sure enough, the nice lady at the front desk said, "I'm looking at it right now. Would you like me to ship it to you?" No kidding! It arrived yesterday and looks like it was professionally packaged (from an FBO?). Terrific people and great FBO! I intend to visit often.

We flew private into LBB and had a flat tire as we landed. The entire team at LBB and Lubbock Aero (including the mechanical crew) could not have been more accommodating and helpful. If you have to have an incident, this is where you want to have it. Thank you all for your kindness and help.

Very professional inside and out. Their maintenance department is top notch and keeps you in the loop. The linemen are attentive and efficient. And now that they bought Chaparral, they will have plenty of room to handle anything.
Extremely rude on the phone when asking about services. Once i arrived they said they didnt have time to fuel me because i only needed a small amount. Will do an extra landing before i give these a-holes any business.

24 hour service, coffee & tea offerings with fruit & cookies in a clean, spacious lobby. Rest room & flight planning, convenient charter on site, plus skilled maintenance and parts if needed! Very professional.
