LTI Trucking Services Review

Deserve no stars dusty ass parking lot not pet friendly yard , one nasty kennel dog will get sick if u put them in it !! They have no good dispatch or good runs have they favorite drivers ,Only 300 mile long runs they promise more when u take that 300 then u get another or get 7\800 have to sit on it all weekend they make,it to where u only get 1 day layover for 3 days!! Not good company to work for ,Run forest RUN!!! FAR AWAY FROM LTI !! THEY TAKE 500 OUT OF UR PAYCHECK THEN KEEP IT !! 25$ PER CHECK! THEY ARE LIARS BULLIES & THIEVES

I worked here 2 yrs running dedicated Quad Graphics. First couple months were ok. Then, things worsened. Routes became more limited, miles decreased, off duty driving privilege, guaranteed pay, & vacation pay ended. Job satisfaction bottomed out while my stress level maxed out. This is just another company that sugar-coats a turd & is more focused on accommodating the customers over the well being of it's drivers. Its ironic reading the good reviews here. Whenever I was at the Madison yard, drivers were constantly bitching & rightfully so. Much happier now that my significant other and I run broker loads from VA to CA & back. Going home weekly & earning better pay. To LTI: put that on your fire & stoke it!

THIS IS THE WORST TO BE EMPLOYED BY , DO NOT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY SAY YOU WILL BE PAID FOR EMPTY MILES AND THEY PAY ONLY FOR LOADED MILES. THE DISPATCHER CARLOS WILLAMS IS THE WORST , HE WILL LIE AND HAVE THE ROUTE MANAGER CALL AND BEG FOR YOU TO TAKE A LOAD ON THE OFF DUTY DRIVE TIME TO ACCOMPLISH THERE GOAL FOR THE WEEK .!!!! MY ENGINE BREAK DID NOT WORK AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT SAYING USE THE TRAILER BREAK , THAT PUTS OTHERS IN HARM'S WAY SO I REFUSED AND THEY HAD ME WITHOUT A LOAD FOR 5 DAYS DUE TO THE NO MAITANCE AND WAS NOT PAID !!!! WORST COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .

I would give this guys 0 stars if possible.Used to work for them ,word of advice RUN!!!!

Jason hunter is a penny scraper same thing with us this idiot took $100 saying driver didn't track on micro point, even when I reapplied to his email that driver is. Stay away from this company. He did that after we delivered a load which was on time. I would give him negative stars if I could. TS Express

Dispatch is aloof and disassociates themselves with the drivers. Patrick heinrich intentionally never answers his phone at work. Lti will put you in a beginner's program that is useless. They need to invest in a better Qualcomm system that constantly freezes. Communication problems at the company can be solved with better equipment, other companies currently can dispatch drivers directly using a driver's phone. Billy Dotson at the yard is only present 2 a week, and will give a clique about a problem. They have over 250 trucks, and only one drop yard for their trucks. Lastly, dispatch often will give drivers late delivery loads from their yard.

Got run off the road by one of their drivers called safety department and did not get no response the truck number was 6367 not only once but twice he was pulling a trailer that also advertise for candy company I also contacted them and the police

I honestly can't say one bad thing about this company. There so helpful and supportive it's unreal. When they say that family comes first they mean it they proved it to me. If you wanna know more plz feel free to contact me.

Company treats it's drivers like family, pay is among the highest in the industry, equipment is newer!

If this place is your first priority go the other way they don't care about your family emergency problems all they care about is their is the loads dispatch is very disrectful my mom was in the hospital went through surgery and (Patrick) dispatcher called me while I'm visiting my mom at the hospital wanting me to take a load not caring that my mother was laying in a hospital bed like I said very disrespectful then threatened me to say I abandoned the truck when its sitting in front of my home and why would he call me on my home time anyway due to those circumstances I called back and got no answer even left multiple messages and still no answer during that time they shut off my fuel card I would give them o stars then f.. Me around on my pay and orientation don't go there they full of shi

RESPONSE TO: SULTAN TRANS INC
I value all of my carriers because without them I would not have a job with that being said sometimes you run into carriers that are rude, unprofessional, and unreasonable and that would be Sultan Trans. This carrier is upset because the were fined $100 for not accepting macro point after 7 request. Once implemented the $100 fine to Sultan Trans the owner called me yelling and cursing me out heavily. Throughout the conversation I remained calm and stood firm to the $100 fine and in response Sultan Trans Inc. wrote this bad review. I have also provided email proof in the attachments for everyone viewing to confirm everything I just said between Sultan Trans Inc and myself. I value my carriers and the service I provide them by way of LTI. I hope we can have an adult conversation to solve this is issue and continue working together because we all need each other but I WILL NOT be intimidated to reverse fines that are clearly valid especially with a carrier that is being unreasonable. Thank you

this is the worst broker ever. jason hunter whi is a carrier menager there will promise you everything just to book a load and once you are either at the shipper or receiver and they are not loading / unloading you. you are on yout own. not to mention they don't pay detention. stay away from this shaddy broker

Do not work for lti, they lie to u about loads and hometime. Carlos is the worst, hes nothing but a house man. Travis is his owner, he always has to ask travis. Im not here to lie but the the truth. Very bad company. I made a very bad decision working for them. Now i have a great job make much more money. DON'T GO THERE.

Our Trucking Company has had a great experience working with LTI. I've been working with Ilma Sechic, the carrier manager. She is highly professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with!

Very fun ride , although it only took about 5 minutes to cross the Mississippi it was still very quiet and fun. Crew members are very friendly as well. and for $8 it beat going through downtown St .Louis and coming up route 3, However the return home down route three was breathtaking to see the cliffs and barges lined up waiting to go thru the lock and dam

An after hour rep Jason Hunter was very unprofessional and rude. The broker I booked the load with(Ilma) was helpful and professional. However, this afterhour rep was beyond weird, straight from the hood. This was my first load with this brokerage and it will be last.

It's clear that everyone at this organization is all in! From the CEO down, there's an apparent passion for taking care of the customer and the employees.

Had issues for 3 weeks. Left multiple messages. No one ever answered or called back even after i quit. Horrible company never seen a 300 truck company have 2 hire 20 people a week to keep up with all the peaple leaving.

You should tell your drivers, such as 6820 (Pilot, i55/i70 x4 IL), not to use a fuel lane or the space in front of the fuel lane, as a parking spot, especially if they had no intent to fuel up. Are they that lazy to park it in a trailer spot and walk over into the store? It's already a busy place to fuel up, especially when you have drivers trying to squeeze in their 30min break.....SHEESH!!!!

Jason Hunter is the straight liar, and those review below are correct, rude and liar. He lied to me about delivery appointment, and lied that even my driver accepted the macro point still charged us. He told he will pay for detention, but after delivering the load, he said he will not pay, because we submitted for detention late. Even though I have submitted for detention right away after delivery. He is the crook and I do not understand why the management still employs him, he has already some complaints. If this company wants to be successful in this business, they have to get rid of such unprofessional individual

I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a career in the transportation industry. Great place to start off you career, some people are great and some are not. The pros outweigh the cons which makes this a favorable company.

Will not adhear to my terms when
hired. If they could not they shouldn't
have hired me.I would have graciously shook hands and moved on. I do not like wasting there time.....or more importantly MINE!! If the the recruiter and dispatch misrepresented there intentions just to land a warm body then act surprised when I tell them "Im not doing this or that" . Than I would say that is leaning on insanity. Now.....im still there for now......but not for long. Its hard to make a honest emploment choice when men are not honorable.
I realize the cliches about company's agreeing to one thing and doing another.
I specifically told them if they could not honor my request that it was ok and I would just look elsewhere.

I've never worked here but one of there driver just cut me off and brake checked me and my company has it all on camera i65 north trailer #2725 I'm sure my company will be contacting you to see why you have idiot's driving trucks

I booked load with Deidra Sanders.Sent my driver empty 200miles,driver was waiting 5 hours and they canceled the load.No TONU was paid.

Great place to work..,been with them for 8 months and i love it.i do all I can for them and they do the same for me. For the bad reviews,some people want everything but don't want to do nothing. If you fuel your truck and say I don't care what it cost cause I don't pay for it. Don't complain when they don't care how many miles you get. That's not just a lesson in lti ,that's a lesson in life.

If you want to be disrespected over worked low miles and missing your settlement on Friday this will be the perfect place for you . All staff are unprofessional and someone to come and fire the entire staff from management on down n maybe this come will be a decent place to work at
