Will not adhear to my terms when
hired. If they could not they shouldn't
have hired me.I would have graciously shook hands and moved on. I do not like wasting there time.....or more importantly MINE!! If the the recruiter and dispatch misrepresented there intentions just to land a warm body then act surprised when I tell them "Im not doing this or that" . Than I would say that is leaning on insanity. Now.....im still there for now......but not for long. Its hard to make a honest emploment choice when men are not honorable.
I realize the cliches about company's agreeing to one thing and doing another.
I specifically told them if they could not honor my request that it was ok and I would just look elsewhere.
