I value all of my carriers because without them I would not have a job with that being said sometimes you run into carriers that are rude, unprofessional, and unreasonable and that would be Sultan Trans. This carrier is upset because the were fined $100 for not accepting macro point after 7 request. Once implemented the $100 fine to Sultan Trans the owner called me yelling and cursing me out heavily. Throughout the conversation I remained calm and stood firm to the $100 fine and in response Sultan Trans Inc. wrote this bad review. I have also provided email proof in the attachments for everyone viewing to confirm everything I just said between Sultan Trans Inc and myself. I value my carriers and the service I provide them by way of LTI. I hope we can have an adult conversation to solve this is issue and continue working together because we all need each other but I WILL NOT be intimidated to reverse fines that are clearly valid especially with a carrier that is being unreasonable. Thank you
