I have been trying to get an estimate to have my roof done.
Took 3 weeks for someone to come see the roof, get an estimate hand written Lowe s calls me with a 5000 dollar over the price I got from the roofer.price has changed 3 times since the beginning. Talk to a manage said he would look into it and call me back,he never did...still waiting

I ordered a BBQ on April 25th. Finally on May 11th...

I ordered a BBQ on April 25th. Finally on May 11th I received an Email saying it was being shipped and they took my money. The 1-888 # they gave me to call if there was an issue is busy every time I call, I have still not been able to get through. The website will not show the delivery status of the item I ordered either. I have been to my local Lowes store to ask for help and they can't help either because I ordered online, they can't even give me an update of where my order is. I'm super frustrated at this point.

If you are thinking of making an order with Lowes at this time, DON'T DO IT... I can't stress this enough.

Having been a long standing customer who has spent $10's of thousands of dollars at this location I am at a total loss as to how I have been treated. I stopped in to pick up a few boards to finish a project with my trailer on July 17 ,2021. As expected the employee was to take my order and load my trailer as directed by RONA. The employee loaded the wood incorrectly resulting in damaging my vehicle. Although they admit responsibility for the damage they refuse to pay for the repairs. The cost is $1,600. The owners of RONA expect me to use my insurance to pay for damage caused by them. This is outrageous and unbelievable. Be aware when doing business with the company they take zero responsibility for damages. I am left with seeking a resolution through the courts!

COVID -19- Now in your store 3/4 of your costumers don't respect safe
distancing- Employees don't said anything- I when 3 times in last 2 weeks at the Rona Pincourt- and each time I ask some employees and costumers to keep there distance (I am wearing glove and mask) I was insulted, today I was call slot and all kind of names by a costumer that did not wear any protection and is calling the pandemic a simple flue - I was abuse in Rona Pincourt and the direction is doing NOTHING.
