I ordered a BBQ on April 25th. Finally on May 11th...

I ordered a BBQ on April 25th. Finally on May 11th I received an Email saying it was being shipped and they took my money. The 1-888 # they gave me to call if there was an issue is busy every time I call, I have still not been able to get through. The website will not show the delivery status of the item I ordered either. I have been to my local Lowes store to ask for help and they can't help either because I ordered online, they can't even give me an update of where my order is. I'm super frustrated at this point.

If you are thinking of making an order with Lowes at this time, DON'T DO IT... I can't stress this enough.
