Their Management of Morville House is bordering on abuse of the elders there. A new assistant property manager Hayes the elderly and makes things difficult for them. They don't respond,they're rude play favorites with certain residents and probably accept money and gifts for being nice to some and treating them special. I can't believe the owners who claim to be religious have such terrible people running the place.

Imagine going through all the necessary steps to get an apartment after looking for months, the leasing agent contacts you but once they find out race or income they don't respond. I will report company to legal services. This is not the first time they have done this to me; even after applying to other properties; I get the same result every time. THEY don't want US living with them.
Their property in Brighton was nice! But the leasing officer stopped replying to me once he (Timothy Lang) realized my race.
I lived at Amesbury gardens for 9 years. That was the best place that I have lived. I had to move because my family grew and they only have 2 bedrooms.
This company has no regard for the issues that the tenants of their properties cause for neighboring residents. They do not respond to concerns and complaints submitted to them which are not frivolous but include but are n kt limited to noise, trash disposal on others property etc.
The worst affordable lottery agency around. I have submitted all the paperwork they asked for to apply for an affordable unit, they never replied, they ignored my emails and my phone calls. This is a hoax.. it looks like they collect people s information for business purposes. Protect your privacy by not providing them any of your information. I regret providing them with sensitive information such as tax returns, pay stubs and bank statements.
John Costello has sent me several rejection emails for a property I applied for. One email stated I did not respond stating my interest and the other stating I did not submit documentation. I received NO SUCH EMAIL asking for my interest or documentation. But amazingly I received the rejection emails. I believe this company is doing this practice to keep a certain demographic out of their properties. I clearly identified myself as black on my original application. When I asked John for proof (screenshots of original emails or forwarded email) he responds with a date only. I can not respond to emails not being sent! SEE MY PROOF BELOW!

West Newton-Rutland Apartments in Boston's South End was formerly a public housing community from the Boston Housing Authority and was sold to a private non-profit owner who contracted Maloney for daily managment. The property is under well-needed overdue renovation. Prime location ideal for people without a car, but at the expense of sacrificing other important aspects. There is no laundromat on-site, or inside the apartments, so you must go elsewhere. There are no elevators, and kitchens are tiny. This specific pocket of the South End is well-known for high crime, so expect occasional gunshots and the police closing the street to retrieve ballistic evidence. There are many decent, hardworking residents, there are others who are very problematic, and evicting them is a long process that is reserved for extreme cases. This apartment complex is ideal for people desperate for housing. Rent in another place if you have more options.
Lived in Maloney for 13 years until my management company was changed and I absolutely loved the first group of management people that had here at tent city. Best experience ever. The last group of people that were here at tent city from 209-2020 could have been better
