I was quite in a rush when I entered the store. And I felt sorry about that. The girl at the front door sent me to her colleague at the fine jewelry department to help me get the bag so that I don t need to wait for a long time. Thanks so much for the understanding and the good service! The best!

The guy at the door just waved us to the first floor without any comment, at the first floor we were send to the top floor, there we've been send to the ground floor again... There after waiting for 10minutes to finally be served we've been asked if we have registered at the entrance. Of course not because the guy at the entrance just send us away from the door very unfriendly. Never again!!!

I know an employee of the company who told me a lot about customers.

But I was also allowed to try out the latest scents before the premiere.

I wonder why the uniforms are produced in China?

Why employees are worse off?

As far as I can remember, on business trips the employees have to pay for the first time and then get paid. (Note - I'm not so sure)

I was told by one of the guy, there is only a few sales person could speaks in English! But I found out most of sales person speaks in English since most are tourists who came for the brand!

Was waiting in the shop for 10-15min and no one came to serve me! Not quite a pleasant experience!!

We were wearing nice and neat! But just without holding any branded items on the body! When your worker judge the customer by the appearance, shame on you definitely!

The lady, Sarah Menzli who finally came to me was good! She assisted me according to my needs..

This is a very classy store away from the maddenin...

This is a very classy store away from the maddening crowds in other LV stores.
If you look at the reviews, it s a hit or miss for some people but fortunately we had a wonderful one which I m going to detail.
After being greeted by the guard, no employee asked us ... so we just went further in, looked at some bags and stood there for a couple of minutes. At that point I remembered the negative reviews and thought if we ll end up being bypassed.
Then Mr. Gael Laume approached us and offered to be of service. (He must have noticed us standing there) He had a warm, genuine smile and so I thought everything will go well. He was so attentive by offering us refreshments- champagne and water and assisted my wife find the purse she wanted and he even recommended a lovely scarf that complemented the purse so well. Gael even processed the documents for my tax refund (so remember to bring your passport) and have someone served us additional refreshments while he finalized the sale and prepared the merchandise.
He was so professional and we thought that our experience reflected what a true LV shopping should be.
He even sent us a follow up e-mail thanking us for our business and this is impressive, so we will definitely make an appointment with him on our next shopping in Paris.
Thank you Gael- great job!

Louis Vuitton does not deserve less than 4 stars, purely because of his collaboration with Supreme, for example, that people give poor ratings because of the queue, this is not right, sometimes there are days when a new collection is brought to the store, then there is a queue, to some stores people 30 minutes stand)

The service here is decent, and they have most of the popular items in stock, big store, 3 stories? Or 4? Can t remember. I enjoyed shopping here, except they seem to short on staff, really hard to get help here.

Bad service by the manager as I was left unattended when I arrive at the store. Not even being provided a number as well. I have to ask for assistance and only I'll be served. Paris galleria lv outlet is much better experience except for the queues over there

Fantastic looking store with a lot of selection. However, the staff could have been more helpful and respectful as it seemed like we were not recognized as customers when we entered the store. This could be due to age but this should not result in a lesser experience.

Visited this store with my 2 friends from Canada. We had an amazing experience. Thanks to our sales associate Lea. She was super helpful in helping us find the perfect products. The store is beautiful, service is exelent, I would definitely go back when I visit Paris in the future.

I put a star that is the minimum but it is worth 0! Impossible to see the store for ourselves. We were made to wait outside until a salesperson was available. We only asked to see the collections. It was refused to us without accompaniment. It is unacceptable. I am extremely surprised by this anti-commercial attitude. Keeping the client waiting in the cold when there was no queue is the opposite of luxury service !!!!
I insist on not having a salesperson following us. I HATE that I can't quietly explore the Collections. If I need help I ask. If the idea was to personalize the customer experience, it is a failure. We left and we will not return. It seems that we are not the only ones to have been surprised and annoyed by this forced support and this extremely clumsy way of doing things. To review !!!

Terrible customer service. My wife and I went there few times and every time we went, we were met with absolute worst service.

The "greeters" who took our name and put us in queue were absolutely rude and unprofessional. They took my info, and told us to not move and stay exactly where we were. I literately turned and looked at some bags on display for 15-20 minutes. When I asked for an update, the lady gave me an attitude and told me she wet around the store twice looking for me. I literately followed her request and stood where I was and she was giving me an attitude.

I had to go back to the store another time because I made a purchase at a different LV and they ran out of the Tax refund envelope and I was advised to go to this location. When I told the same "greeters" they literately laughed in my face and gave me the envelope. No thank you or asking we needed anything else, just laughing.

I will never shop this location again and probably won't buy from LV in the future
