This store has the largest jewellery shop and collection in the entire world, the 4th floor contains the workshop where the actual jewellery is made. Due to the history of the area of being jewellery artisans, to have stores in this strip you must sell jewellery.

They showed us a collection before it was launched and allowed us to purchase before the actual date.

The remaining collections of bags and accessories is plentiful and lots of high end clothing to choose from.

The sales lady was quite nice, they didn't have a belt in the size I wanted so they shipped it from another store for me to pickup the next day.

I give them 9/10!

Be awared!! It is highly suspicious that my reimbursement Credit card number printed on my tax free form from this store is totally different than the card I use for the purchase. I doubted that this is done in purpose or by human error or system problem. However, It is doesn t make sense to me if it is a electronic transmission issue. I can only imagine that is done in purpose. If this is a human error, then it is a huge issue on the customer service.

Medium sized outlet, which is well staffed - security guards at the enterance, and assistance to get you setup with a product advisor. After a short wait, was introduced to the product advisor; who was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English, had good product knowledgeable, and was exceptional in terms of customer service. Offered me a drink while finding the products I was looking for from my personal list. Was able to talk through them, offered to model them as I was a man shopping for products for someone who couldn't make it to the store, which was helpful. Billing was quick, got my VAT forms, and was able to answer my VAT related questions. Overall a pleasent and premium experience. Not an overly crowded store, which also helped. Special mention for the polite and great service.

It used to be one of the best LV stores in Paris, and the majority of the staff was wonderfully nice and helpful and the store used to have a huge stock of items. These days the store looks like the Champs Elysees store in terms of confusion and the staff is overly agressive, specially in the men's section. They are super imposing and in time this is killing my will to go to this store.

This store is the worst in the world. I understand queuing with appointments for crowd control. However, you cannot cancel my position without my knowledge especially when I asked for permission to step outside for a few minutes. You can at least ask me to make another appointment instead of having me stand there for one hour pointlessly. The workers are inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Don't come to this LV store because the service is the worst. I was assigned by a male salesperson named Macim or Nacim. He is so bad and gave us attitude. He constantly looking around instead of looking at us. When we ask him about the product we want to purchase, he just said impatiently "which bag? show me the photo" for every single time. He is so impolite and disrespectful. If you hate your job so much, don't come to work. This salesperson should be fired!!! We went to another store to purchase the LV products with fantastic service, thanks to this unprofessional salesperson.
