Love this location. From the girls up front to the MA Khadeshia this place is top notch. My favorite redimed in Fort Wayne!! I will drive out of my way to use this location (and pay for parking). They are quick, efficient, professional, compassionate, caring, and have excellent bed side manners! Thank you!!!

Over an hour wait and being told that they don't know how much longer it will be when only 2 people were there before. Plus the front desk lady was watching videos on her phone loud enough we could hear them. Will never EVER go back there! If I could give less then one star I would. Left without being seen and went somewhere else!

Everyone was very helpful and quick. They even got me coupons for my meds because I don t have insurance! I will absolutely go here again!

Only one here, waited for 45 minutes in lobby, then over an hour in the room, wish I could give negative stars.... It was awful. I would say this was a one time thing, but it is like this every time I come here, and I have to come here because of work..... Ughhh hate it
Had a sick child today. They worked us in and got us medicine. Now we are on the road to recovery. Our total time there was just over a hour. I did not feel that was to horrible for just walking in off the street. Thank you Redimed

I went this morning, 12/29/17. I was able to get there right after they opened. The staff members I encountered were all extremely nice and very attentive to my needs. I feel like it wasn't very busy, which I'm sure allowed them to be in a little better spirits considering how horrible this cold/flu season is already. The doctor, Denise smith was extremely friendly and explained everything in great detail, which I very much appreciate. I hope that if I ever have to go back I continue to get the great service I did today!
Typically when people call and it s because they are sick or hurt. It s really sad that the first interaction that they have would be to have to speak to a person with a complete lack of phone etiquette. It doesn't it cost anything to just be kind. So now I will be driving 20 minutes out of the way for better service even though I live downtown.
Some how they managed to lose my preemployment drug test or forgot to notify my employer that I went in. Either way I am not very happy. On top of that, the receptionist was super rude and broke all kinds of HIPPA regulations while registering me.
My original issue was resolved by Collette in billing. I appreciate her assistance however, I still would not recommend the clinic downtown.

This place is ridiculous. I walked in at 915 am without an appointment and there was 1 guy in the waiting room who was called back as soon as I walked in. I did all my paperwork then sat down, still the only person in the waiting room. I was placed in a room after about an hour then sat in the room for close to 2 hours waiting to see the Dr? I am not sure she was a Dr. I was seen with my daughter who is 8 and the lady just prescribed us both the exact same medications. I am still sick and thinking may have pneumonia now
(she barely listened to my lungs) but afraid to call back there because I am not going to wait another 3 hours just to get a chest xray!
If you decide to go here...MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! They informed me, after I was seen, that even if you walk in and no one is waiting...when a person with an appt comes in they see them before you...even if you are already in a room!
Awful awful wait times even when nobody is here. Not sure how they can classify this as urgent care. Was seen by a doctor that claimed most of my symptoms were allergy related and that anti histamines take 7-10 days to begin working. Which is entirely not true. I can't believe I paid a $50 copay for this service.
We Called to ask the price for a physical they said it was 35 dollars over the phone. When We got there they said it was 105!!!! That's 3 times what we were quoted.
Had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was in and out. They took care of what I was there for. The copay was expected (hence, that s what your insurance dicates). Definitely, beats trying to get an appointment with your doctor or a trip to the ER. Thanks for excellent service!
I've been coming to this location since, I believe, just after they opened. I have always had friendly expedient service, and have not had any negative experiences. Very pleased.
My first visit was good. My second as well but the respcionast skinny with dirty blonde hair girl was very unpleasant; she made me feel sicker. And she is unprofessional. She filed the pill 6 months after my visit, that is why my insuranc rejected.
Now I'll have to deal with someone else sloppiness. Just wow.

Walked in and the staff was irritated from the days work. Then I waited an whole hour to get serviced. I will not use this downtown location ever again!
Went to this location the lady at the front desk took my ID and insurance card I sat there for 45 min waiting to be checked in mind you there were only 4 other people in the waiting room she called me back up after waiting 45 to finally check me in i asked her how long the wait would be she said oh I cant tell you that so I asked her for my stuff back left and went to the redimed on Jefferson I was checked in immediately
I went in at the end of the day on Saturday in respiratory distress due to bronchitis, and they got me in right away with a happy disposition.

The office was tidy and quiet. Staff very helpful and polite. Dr. Scott wish you were my family physician. She was very comfortable and likeable. This was my 1st visit.

It was quick and easy. I got in and out for what needed to be done. The receptionist was about the only friendly person there. Idk, if they were having a bad morning or what, but they were not very cordial. Would i go there again? Probably not. I only went to this location because the one closest to me had no appointments.

This place was really slow. We got there at 6:45pm and at 9pm we were finally brought back to the see the doctor. Once we got back to the room it was business as usual, but this location only has 3 rooms and 1 doctor on staff.
Disgusting! Do not go there, the toilet in the bathroom they sent me to had blood all over the seat and underneath the seat, the toilet had not been flushed. This was around 10 am, their excuse: "the cleaning crew didn't clean it the prior night".
Redimed downtown on E.berry st of Fort Wayne is the best place to go to get help or treatment... My experience with them was awesome!!!

Do not come here if you want to be seen fast. There were around 3 people before me and i had been waiting for almost 2 hours , just to be seen . Which i find ridiculous , how hard is it to make the process go a little bit faster. There is no reason for it to take 2 hours just to be seen. If i had went to the ER , i would ve already been out , in the time that i had spent at redi med. I feel as if the nurses do not care and take forever. So i do not recommend coming here.
I had a wonderful experience at the Downtown Redimed. When I walked in I was greeted and felt very welcomed. The nursing staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out pretty quickly. I would highly recommend this place.
I've been here twice now and I'll never be back. Their scheduling is the worst I've ever seen. Why let me schedule online only to sit in the waiting room for over half an hour. I could of driven to my normal doctor's office by now. There is nothing "ready" about this location.
I would advise anyone NOT to go here. Overall experience was terrible. My mother injured her arm and I took her here because it was the closest emergency care to us, the front desk was rude. When my mother finally got to see a nurse practitioner, she had to take an X m-ray to determine whether it was broken or not. The NP stated that it wasn t broken then said, she s not sure because my mom didn t have her arm in the right angle. Again my mother injured her arm, she could barely even move it, and how is my mom suppose to know what angle to have her arm under an X-ray, isn t the the NP s job? The NP then told her that they will give her a call to let her know if it s broken or not. They couldn t even prescribe my mom pain reliever, what s the whole point of this clinic? They didn t help us or give us any answers at all. Weeks passed they still have never called us to determine what was wrong with her arm. We had to go to another clinic to get the proper care my mom deserved, thank you for nothing !
Sunday morning visit ,no waiting , very friendly(!) staff. Lots of smiles especial from my nurse who took my temp & blood pressure before Dr Smith came into the room. Dr Smith was great& carefully explain my medical concerns. Thks !!
Went there around noon on a weekday with an injury that the kid got at school. Was seen very quickly. Everyone was nice, and made the kid feel at ease. Was impressed.
Rediculous wait time. And QVC on the tv? It's like they enjoy torchering you while you wait!
First time at a RediMed, I was told you will be there a long time. NOT true I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. I will be back.

I really miss having the actual county employee health clinic. This place is a joke, a terrible joke. With or without an appointment they are ridiculously slow. I miss the clinic because you were able to see an actual Dr, you never waited for more than 20 min of they were running behind. We've been checked in and waiting to be called for over two hours. This place is worse than St. Joe

There were 3 people ahead of us when we got there about 4:15pm. We waited 45 minutes, which really isn't unreasonable. Once we were in an examination room, the friendly nurse promptly took vitals, left, & Dr. Ross came within 5 minutes. He listened, was thorough, and made a reasonable and thougtful diagnosis. After the Dr. left, the nurse returned within 5 minutes with orders, RXs already sent to pharmacy of choice, and cheerful instructions for my sick kiddo to get stickers on his way out.
I would've rated 5 , but it was unclear where to park. I ended up parking in the Citizens Square lot with a slight fear of being towed. There were no metered spaces available. I didn't want to walk very far with a sick kid in the cold wind.
Very helpful and were quick! Nurses were pleasant also.

I had been having issues with my ear and they keep pointing in the right direction on what s wrong. My condition might need a specialist but, they have helped get the process started.
This was the worst customer service I have EVER recieved. There was a this African American lady at the front desk who was very very rude. I had an accident with my finger at the mall while I was not on the clock at a store I work at and decided to go in on my own time to get it check out bc it s super swollen and purple. She refuses to see me because I work in the mall and it s a work problem . I told her I wasn t on the job but she continued to be snarky and rude. Then I asked if I could still get in but use just my insurance, she then decided they could see me but i would have to pay for my visit in cash no insurance allowed. I was in shock because I have health insurance for a reason so I m not gonna pay for my visit. I then try and talk to her saying if your having a bad day, or if something happened you are not allowed to be rude or snarky with costumers especially considering I was polite the entire time in the middle of my sentence she closes the glass window in my face and ignores me and tells me that they will not be seeing me. Never going here again & I definitely would not recommend unless you want poor costumer service.
I love everything about this office! Front to back! Dr. Was amazing, she made my 14 year old son feel comfortable ,and answer all his questions. I would recommend this office

Called to ask a question about whether or not I could take something over the counter with my prescription, and I got the rudest person ever on the phone. She was very short with me and acted like I was being a bother to her. Then when I said "thank you", she hung up on me without even saying goodbye.
All staff was very friendly! Just be sure to check in online before you go. I had about a half hour wait time after my online check in. Not too bad, but other guests had up to 2 hours.
I stopped in here to see if I could be seen before I went to work. Walked in and it was hotter inside than it was outside! (it's 74 outside). No air.... some religious program on the TV. Did not feel welcomed... and left. I'll go somewhere else, thanks. I've read all of the reviews...... who makes people wait 2 and 3 hours to be seen???? #thisplace #dontgohere
It is unfortunate I have to come to this location for my employee clinic. I have never had a good experience here. The receptionist is beyond rude over the phone and in person. The medical assistants act uninterested in being there and give you no sort of social skills. I ve had to come back multiple times to get bloodwork drawn because the assistant couldn t get my veins. Overall, if the staff had a better attitude I would not be writing this review. It should be noted, the NP- Delaney, was great and friendly. This is the first person I have encountered at this location I have been pleased with.

I was in need of a RediMed at 5:00 p.m. on a Sunday. I live in the Downtown area, and was unable to access this location due to it closing at 2:00 p.m. With the growing population in Downtown Fort Wayne, I question why this location is not open until 8:00 p.m. as the others. This creates an inconvenience for those residing in Downtown. It also encourages emergency room visits to St. Joe Hospital, promoting unnecessary high medical costs and ineffective use of emergency room resources.

This place is so incredibly I'll managed we have this one woman listening to Jesus talk and getting attitudes when you turn it off we came in at 12 and are still waiting there's no one in the waiting room but we're waiting I see nurses passing by but no one makes eye contact, we had to pay a 40 $ copay to sit out lives away. I'm so dissappointed I spent my birthday in this horrendous place, it should have never have opened its door its a waste and a joke.
