The rooms have a very good view on both the sea and the pool. The stuff are friendly. Rooms are clean and they're arranged well. The quality of food and kinds they served there are kinda good, not very, but it's acceptable.
Older but lovingly kept in place! Warm and friendly team, great beach and house reef! Quiet but with many excursion possibilities!
When we met in the hotel we were not informed where what exactly is in the hotel.
In the beginning it was difficult to find something.
The hotel complex is large and very nice.
Our TV did not work from the first to the last day, nor did the employees get it repaired.
We were not helped either.

There is no free Wi-Fi. They move to a dirty room, then you have to pay to move to a clean one. Torn out at the reception from the hands of a suitcase, carry in the room and for that they hang up a dollar. For the service in the dining room (because you won't call it another way), the dollar is waiting. If you do not leave a dollar after breakfast / lunch / dinner, waiters will ignore you and you cannot call them. If you do not leave a dollar for cleaning, the next days will not be removed. Beach towels in 7 days we have not been given ... Sun beds are not enough for all the rest ...
A nice facility, clean, friendly staff and right on the sea.
October / November 2017: The hotel is in itself ok. Positive we found (couple, about 32 and 35 years) the garden, the beach and the staff. There was always a place by the pool or beach, absolutely not crowded. The pool is very nice, but had a loose tarp on the floor, which wrinkles. Our room was worn, but clean and repainted. I've had better baths, the shower was a joke. Unfortunately, every few minutes a loud machine went on in the night or in the house ... you get used to it, but nice is different. We had Ai, which means you get breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style. Food was ok, but not very varied and not enough fruit, no ice cream. Drinks only soft drinks in 0,2l plastic cups ... is also better. You notice everywhere the details that are missing. Whether it is the beach chairs, which could simply be painted or the tube TV from 1997 incl. A German station ... you have the feeling. that something is saved.

So if you do not hang up on every little thing (of which you will find many), the hotel is really fine. It is at least renovated or renovated whole houses, which is already a start. There are many diving centers in the area.

Without doubt one of my favourite hotels. Our room was spacious, quiet and had a balcony overlooking the sea. Staff were friendly, caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Food was delicious, great variety. My kids had a great time there. Highly recommended.
Skipping the fact of the room because 3 stars with moldy mirror and rusty shower tray. Without a daily tip left on the table, cleaned only roughly, even a well-unmade bed. But only service thieving is terrible! I bought 2 bottles of Whiski for Pharaoh's disease after 3 days, almost nothing was left and we drank with the girl only 50ml for goodnight, like a non-drinker but what better 2 bottle died completely after 4 days I thought it would spread like 150 PLN but well ... ..! A girl with trousers died of 50 dollars and a small ticket. The service is knocking you "moment" and they open their own room without a pardon and enter the room with a shock, avoid a wide arc!

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Very nice bar on and on the beach. Food great. English from the employees was poor.
Basic accommodation. Limited drinks selection. WiFi coverage poor but good in reception and by beach bar area. Speed very slow. Barely usable. Cheap resort, you get what you pay for.
Rested from 25.04 to 02.05 2019. I liked it very much. The hotel of course doesn t pull on 4 stars, but quite normal rooms are STANDARD . If you pay a little extra, you will get with a good view of the sea. The staff is very friendly, almost everyone understands and speaks Russian. The bartenders are very friendly, made friends with everyone, and when they left, they were saying goodbye to their relatives. There is a very beautiful area, a lot of flowers. Nice sandy beach, behind the beach is a small coral reef. Very beautiful many beautiful fish. You can buy a nice big viewing mask right there. Next to the pool is a small kiosk, the owner's name is Momen, you can buy a mask from him, he also has a wonderful selection of perfume oils. The smell is simply amazing and very persistent. After two receptions of shower and bathing in the sea, the smell remained! Then the same Momen saved us after the injection of the sea urchin, with the help of his oil. A guy named Mahmood walks through the territory. He organizes various sea voyages. We went to the reefs on a ship with a glass bottom. Very beautiful. The food in the restaurant is quite good, maybe not so rich choice, but you can still overeat. In general, I liked everything. Be sure to come there again.
The hotel was quite old, and it was visible by the rooms conditions. As we did not plan to stay in the rooms, it was fine. Food was ok, with limited variety, the same every day. Drinks were ok.

Big concern I had at the moment of the checkout at 12pm. At the reception they cut our bracelets and promised that we still can use all the facilities, like bars and have a lunch. In reality, we were rejected to have anything at the bars and had a limited lunch offering,
It was a very negative impression at the end of the vacation.
But again, windsurfing is very cool there!!
Very overrated and overpriced! Even if it's your last option, don't go there! Staff has nothing to do with professionalism and will make you feel not welcome.
Absolute nightmare. Never again this hotel! I would like to give a -1 here. Do not know how to rate this hotel positively. This was not a holiday, but a pure imposition from A to Z. Only the beach has fallen.
How this hotel got even one good rating is a mystery to me.

In years hotel with a very good staff. The trails are 70% top, the rest is indicated. Eating as always monotonous and getting worse towards the end.
To snorkel for 2-3 days OK, but not more.
What to buy what it is very bad, since the hotel is located between Safaga and Hurghada and all dealers have come together to a cartel and sell everything even more expensive than usual. (To Safaga the trip cost 15-20 , Hurghada 40-50 ).
So it is not a bad hotel who wants cheap and has everything he needs.
Loved our stay here. Very chill and relaxing hotel. Friendly staff, great beach.. Diving center on site was also a plus for us. If you want to relax then this is the place.

If someone enjoys lying in the pool or by the sea and drink drinks, I recommend. Unfortunately, I missed going out because there is no city there. Being there I had the impression that everything is in the hotel i.e. meals, private beach pool and trips proposed 10 times a day by hotel staff. enada had to run away. We didn't give the money back for the trip that didn't take place. What happened, the boss came to us and called us from thieves. Laugh through tears. The temperature does not go below 40 degrees Celsius. Food is good. Rooms with balconies are fine too. So judge for yourself what you like and don't like. Greetings :)
The hotel is located directly on the fine sandy beach. 60 km from Hurghada airport. 8km from the Safaga harbor, there are shopping possibilities nearby. The hotel itself is nice, and you can enjoy it to relax
Good facility. Very friendly staff. Helpful, accommodating. Very good food and good selection. However, only as an all-inclusive recommended, otherwise there is no lemonade or water during the meal. Drinks until 11pm. Safe environment.
