I really like this hotel and I'm not the first time here who was not let anyone come, this one has his own opinion :) It's true, times of splendor and 4 * is too much, but makes up for something else, cleanliness, peace, sand beach, intimacy , service and ... ships that can sail to the reefs without bus pickups :)
P. S.
They are just renovating the pool, almost finished in a week, I'm shocked to know Their sluggishness, someone who likes will be pleasantly surprised :)

Well, never on 4 * does not pull. The rooms are just trash! Broken Condies, Gold Star TV, are you serious? (For those who do not know - Gold Star is the old name of LG from the 90s!) The pool is too chlorinated, the bars work from 10 to 23 ... I don't know, I would not recommend it. Staff norms, but only if you have no problems with English. Almost no one speaks Russian.

The hotel staff makes an effort, but you can tell that the friendliness is only on. The food is not edible. Every day there is the same. Diarrhea was on the second day and is only 2 days before departure. At the beach there are beach chairs, but they are all badly worn and weathered.
Wi-Fi is available only for an additional charge of 11 euros for a week.
If you want to leave the hotel, it's just to head over to the overpriced shop for water or something to nibble on.
You feel kind of insecure outside of the hotel.

No recommendation for me. Better a little more expenses and then get something decent.

Eat the same thing for 10 days, except for visual changes, everything is the same
Pool closed, so only the small one at the pool bar opened but dirty
The room smelled of heating oil or tar paper
Beds extremely uncomfortable
If you sat on the toilet you could wash your feet in the shower at the same time (so much space, yes)
Staff was nice

Nice little hotel area. Everything clearly. Quite large, simple but old rooms. Housekeeping works and everything is clean. Tv, no German speaking channel. Deficiency: you can not leave the balcony doors open in the rooms on the first floor, because you immediately have cats in the rooms. You can't dry your washing on the balcony either because the cats like to play with it and use it to sharpen their claws. The staff is friendly and often also speaks German. In general, a lot of German is spoken! The food is sufficient and tastes good. During my stay I never heard of gastrointestinal tract! The drinks service also works quite well. With ouzo, usually the drink after dinner for me, it didn't work at all. But it's all a matter of taste! The table wines are fine too, especially the red one! I only used the beach, so I only rate this one. There is actually a fine sandy beach here. You could swim without bathing shoes if you keep an eye on the ground, because there are plenty of sea urchins. But from the 2nd day you know the places and then you can go barefoot. The bay is well protected from waves, but there is still wind. There is a surf rental shop and there are excursion boats a short distance away. I think people who are traveling to Egypt for the first time are in good hands here. It is Egypt-light and not so isolated and moon-like. The animation drove its daily program with annoying loud calls and motivational music after the 2nd day of my stay due to a lack of guests (January), which I welcomed very much. They also waited for guests in the diving center.
A very good place for a short break.
Tip in spite of the presence of chargeable hotel wifi: it is essential to buy a SIM card at the airport. Example: Orange 10GB 9 LTE.
That's what you want in Germany! In the hotel, WiFi costs 10 for seven days and it is hard work!

Somehow despite size family, beautiful gardens, right on the sandy beach, very friendly staff, good versatile buffet, large rooms, huge pool, no huge complex, but many small one-story building. Totally satisfied!

Very nice and well-kept area. Right on the beach with a pool bar. The food was good selection and delicious. My room was completely renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The animation you can either forget none or just run around and do nothing

It was my first time in Egypt.

It was my first time in Egypt.
Most of them said they were going to Hurghada. But I wanted to be a bit out of the way and don't need this crowd.
So you are or I was in good hands in this hotel. Although the hotel was also well attended.
The complex is very nice and is well maintained. My room was in need of renovation, but I knew that beforehand, so that doesn't count towards the negative. What I also knew before is that if you don't tip the rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, that's true and the same goes for the bars, no tips, no service, so you have to get whatever drink you want from the bar yourself. No problem for me. The service is not only available in this hotel but generally seems to be common there, I also heard it from other hotels with more stars than the one in which I stayed.
Nevertheless, this hotel gets 5 stars for me because I knew everything beforehand and I would and will probably book there again next year.
Thanks to the whole hotel team

Lovely gardens and beach pool area, pool is very cold though, shower in room has minimal water pressure and rooms need refurbishment, but all in all a nice hotel. Food very samey everyday, chicken and rice most days

No coffee available before 7 a.m., food repeats itself and is monotonous. If you are unlucky, you will get an old room that has not yet been renovated and will put everything under water when you shower, but the renovated rooms also have their shower cubicles. 2 diving companies can be used and I was not thrilled by either.

I would give zero if I could! I will not list everything here but the last thing was to cut off the ribbon on the last day at 12.00 and we should pay. I had All In and I've never experienced it like that, rude and disrespectful! I would not go there again! I also think that many reviews are fake!

Apart from the welcome Sunday early at night, this is a hotel to be avoided.
Room without air conditioning and after 3 days, sick to death, return to France with digestive salmonella. As my doctor told me, it's the worst thing you can catch abroad.
Lost ten kilos in 4 days.
In France I would have been hospitalized

We had caocroaches in the bathroom. The standard of the rooms is early 80s last age. The service is satisfactory but not very pleasant and smiled. On the other side the garden and the beach is fine and the kitchen is quite rich. We will not come back there for sure

Wasn't at the level of 4 stars hotels. Rooms was old and a lot of them had broken air conditions in 40 degrees. Food was not good and stuff wasn't friendly. We didn't get the room that we reserve.

Just sad what some people write here, I have never seen such a bad hotel 4 stars which I do not laugh 2 stars if anything, the food barely changes the shower hardly works the beach is dirty it is due to the tourists, The bar is open until 23:00 so come back again for me is not an issue, mfg

A nice hotel and the hotel area is well maintained. You can relax on the beach or at the pool area. Of course, there are also souvenir shops and a smaller pharmacy. But if you need something from the pharmacy, it is advisable to go to Safaga purely. Because you pay too much. Excursions can be booked locally and otherwise you can pass the time well. Quad trips are also offered, or camel riding and if you like something more romantic, you can take a carriage ride to Safaga and back across the street. Great for the sunset.

We were there for two in 08/2019 for about a week. The complex is well-kept and the rooms were fine. We thought it was a shame that despite booking a Sea View we did not get a room with a view of the sea.
The food still has potential for improvement. As a guest, I would of course also like to try out the local cuisine. That was missing mmn. The beach section was clean. The salespeople were a little pushy at times, but that was manageable. The hotel is located in the desert, so if you are on a cultural holiday with many sights, you will definitely miss out here. The safari quad tour is definitely recommended.
There are beautiful coral reefs in front of the hotel.

Very strange: We charged just under 12 for a week's WiFi access.
All in all, I was still satisfied.

This is our second family trip. Not super fancy of course, but we like it.
In the kitchen: there are always a lot of vegetables, side dishes, meat and fish. Desserts are also enough. Only the most fastidious can go hungry.
The rooms are renovated, there are old ones, but there you can only sleep, not live. Chaise lounges with mattresses are old - yes. And only instant coffee is a nightmare.
But nevertheless, we will come back here with pleasure!

A small, manageable hotel with its own beach and house reef.

The gardens are nicely laid out and very well kept.

The standard shouldn't be too high for the rooms. Much is in need of renovation, wobbles, is dirty or completely over. The most important things are there, large, comfortable beds and a small bathroom with the essentials. Due to the direct desert location, there are occasional problems with the water pressure.

Overall, the staff is very polite, helpful and first-hand.

An all inclusive offer that is not one. It offers enough and at least a lot in culinary terms. The choice of drinks, on the other hand, is rather poor. The water is also rationed.

WiFi, juices, ice cream can be purchased for an additional fee.

The beach, right by the hotel, offers plenty of space and peace. The loungers on the beach and pool are occupied and reserved by the guests from 4 a.m.

The usual sellers on the beach in Egypt are annoying here, and they still try to sell an excursion or a massage after the 10th time 'No'.

Snorkeling on coral reefs right from the beach is a real luxury. Unfortunately, only a few appreciate this. Unfortunately, there has not yet been any explanation of the sensitive and beautiful living space that guests are allowed to enter here.

Therefore a request to all guests:

Protect the existing reef, take a look at it and marvel at the colorful diversity of life.

But please don't touch anything, watch out with your fins, don't break off any corals and bend down on the beach when garbage is washed up. Educate your children and the ignorant about what specialty they will find here.
