Absolutely delicious hot chocolates!!! Delighted by this cosy pause in the afternoon. The decor is nice as well. Will keep this adress in my mind for the next trip in Warsaw :)

Climate, taste and aroma, friendly service, not the lowest prices, but it's worth visiting at least once!

We ordered coffee and nalesniki (pancakes) and had to wait for almost an hour! I would understand that pancakes could take slightly longer to prepare, but coffee and tea?? They brought everything at the same time, but the question is why? We didn't even get a glass of water, they're unable to make coffee in less than 50 minutes, this place is just badly organised. Also quite pricey, and definitely not worth it, there are much better cafes nearby with better service. The pancakes were ok, but really not worth the wait. We won't be back.

From the very threshold it smells of chocolate ... The atmosphere of the place is amazing, a great plus for preserving the beautiful, pre-war atmosphere

The desserts here look more gorgeous than they taste (are a total visual delight) , service is painfully slow.. Ambience very cozy. Go with ample time on hand else you could be delayed if you are on a tight itinerary.

Delicious chocolate and other products, but the service is tragic. It is awaiting for a long time for everything, even for the account.

Delicious chocolate, sometimes it is worth to make a great calorie remorse. A nice option is the tasting menu - you can arrange four chocolate compositions to drink with the additions, given in small glasses and choose your favorite. I recommend bitter with raspberries

Long waiting time for the order, which unfortunately was mistaken and we received not what we ordered. We were informed that what we received was the dessert we ordered, after confrontation with the dessert card, it turned out that we had ordered something different. The waiter said that the dessert we got is ALMOST the same and if we insist he will pour the sauce in it. We ordered drinking chocolate with whipped cream and we got a strange dessert with 1.5 cm ice pieces not mixed even with the residue. We asked to bring our dessert but it turned out that we would not get it because the dessert was closed and we might not pay for the dessert we got and we did not order it. I do not recommend.

My favorite place to have a cold black coffee. Unfortunately, the service sometimes forgets something and you have to look for it to pay :)

Very beautiful coffee, quite famous and so finding it difficult to sit down. The chocolate drinks were delicious but maybe I was expecting something more. Worth a visit.

We waited 15 minutes at a dirty table to place an order. Dirty toilet, there is water everywhere and crumpled paper towels.

The restaurant is very special, the salty food is delicious but everything is served in small portions, the sweet comes in more respectable and very tasty dishes, it is worth buying instead of the chocolate or pralines tables of the company is very tasty

1 star because unfortunately everything went wrong. A visit 30 minutes before closing time is not a reason not to accept guests who want to drink only chocolate. Asking is rather discouraging and the company loses. An attempt to order take-out showed, unfortunately, a huge ignorance of the lady at the checkout. The compensation was to be chocolate, which (take-out because you sit down to warm up is no longer allowed) was lukewarm. Certainly not hot and warming. To mix the ingredients, I received plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic foil (it is unnecessary - a wooden stick is enough). While waiting for a cup of chocolate, I watched the waitresses rather say that they do not want to be here. As a guest I would like to replace you and show that you can be friendlier. Sumaryvznie I don't even have what to give 2 stars for. Maybe someday I'll visit with hope that something will change. You have to start with an approach. If you do not want guests at 20.30 then you should change the opening hours. Let them, however, and do not suggest that you have to ask people 30 minutes earlier. Service training is essential.

Tragedy, I waited an hour for two chocolates and finally gave up. I will definitely not go there again.

Great space in the middle of warsaw where one can have an enjoyable time. A lot of space and quite a few cozy tables by the windows, great hot chocolate tasting menu, very extensive menu (great pancakes with apples). Among minuses - service gets a bit slow when busy, and usually a lot of kids here!

Impeccable decor and service, very good chocolate and waffle. Chocolates come in a variety of flavors, with fruit and alcohol additives.

I visit here several times a year if I have guests who want to sit down and have a coffee in a historic place or just to meet friends.
We always got to the time in which the table was immediately located, the service was nice and the products were properly prepared.
I like Wedel products very much, so I don't mention quality and taste, because for me it's obvious that I leave with a baggage of pleasant taste sensations.

A PARADISE FOR FAVORS.

A wonderful and atmospheric place, delicious chocolate - especially white. Only 4 stars, because I waited a long time for someone from the service to notice me and come up with the menu.

Personally, I love this place for the decor and the menu itself, and I like to come here in the winter, in the evening, when it has the most magical atmosphere. The problem, however, is that first of all it is a relatively small place compared to the number of interested, it is quite cramped and often getting up from the table in the evening several people are knocked at other tables. At peak times, it is a long wait. And prices, unfortunately, do not encourage ordinary bread eaters, at least not on regular visits. However, for some special occasions in my opinion it is still worth it.

The Poor waiter was on his own running around like a crazy man but was still smiling to the customers good job. The desserts fantastic the coffee was great!!!!
