The first historic chocolate bar of Emil Wedel in Warsaw, it was here that the history of this most famous Polish brand from the confectionery industry began. Here was the first Wedel chocolate factory. A place with atmosphere. Tradition and modernity in one. A wide range of sweets in various forms. A good place for a romantic meeting. They also organize workshops for school groups.

The interior is stylish and climate, but unfortunately the service is quite slow. I definitely prefer this at the Wedel factory in Targowa.

Chocolate pride. Minus - long waiting times. Individuals received their orders at various intervals.

Extra service and very tasty dishes, both bitter and sweet.

1h and 20 min since we entered until we got the entire order. We were brought half of the order and then we waited another 40 min to have all of them some hot chocolate (nothing special)

This wedel is the worst wedel I've ever been to. The service is so weak that it does not fit in your head. Waiters are brazenly answering I'm talking about a waiter (Rados aw) this is the Lord, it's a big mistake I don't know how to employ such people. Because I asked for a change of mulled wine because the drink did not have the penny taste of wine and I asked if this new wine because it was good in the golden terraces. It was the waiter who said that it was not his problem that the golden terraces were better. Nervous waiter spilling wine spilled wine everywhere and decided not to apologize so the manager was called what can't keep order and waiters who become aggressive as they notice. One big flap. Circus and lack of professionalism.

I like Wedel hot chocolate, it's the best in Warsaw. I don't like coming here on holidays. Once again, I collide with the service. There is a crowd swirling in the entrance waiting for a table. No one manages this service. The queue is standing despite the free tables. Waiters and waitresses are running, but they have trouble cleaning the tables. I have been waiting a long time to place an order. Beside someone is asking for the second time to issue the invoice. Someone else once again explains that he is paying by card. Curses come from the kitchen. One toilet is broken, the other is piles of used towels, wet on the floor, probably no one has visited it for a long time. It wasn't very festive today. And where was the managing person?

Cafe and shop from Wedel factory. The cafe serves delicious hot chocolate and a variety of desserts. The sweets are very good.

I'm in this place once a week.
Overall a beautiful place, very nice decor and very good service.

We came shortly after 9pm, open until 10pm, we asked if we could get anything else, it was said yes. We sat for a long time but nobody from the service came up. We took the menu ourselves and waited again, maybe after 20 minutes the waitress accepted the order, we got it literally 21.45 which gave us a quarter of an hour to drink chocolate. The chocolate was not hot, barely warm. On May 22, the lady came with information that they were closing, so that's the end of the adventure. It is a pity that we waited so long for service, because we could enjoy chocolate longer.

Special. Super sweet desserts. And delicious. Not the cheapest.

A place with history ... the first Wedel store, the same interiors also from before the epoch, chocolate as usual tasty, although it is not bitter in the offer - it is only slightly bitter, which should not be the case with a leading producer. Only. . In this era, when everything to take away is everywhere, and therefore with additional discounts, time seems to have stopped here and you pay everything as with service and climate, which is not there. Average chocolate for PLN 18.5 in a paper cup is really an exaggeration. For comparison, tasty chocolate with Green Caffee costs PLN 13.5 for a slightly larger cup. Wedel's marketing is not working well if it does not adapt to the situation.

Cool place. Although hard to find parking. I think that chocolate used to be a little better. OK service.

My favorite place in Warsaw. Unfortunately, yesterday coffee was not worth the money that was asked for. The new staf does not correspond to the atmosphere of the historical place of this confectionery.

I was there as a child. Amazing atmosphere of old Warsaw. The smell of hot chocolate, beautiful exhibitions - especially for the holidays it's worth looking at the windows :)

Climate. It has slightly lost its charm due to lack of maintenance and renovation. And it will come in handy.

I have never been disappointed before. Everything is delicious, service at a high level. Sensational liqueurs - I'm in love with them. I recommend it with great pleasure. The choice of coffee, chocolate or dessert is very large. Usually I have a problem to choose something as fast as possible and the waiter has to go one or two more times.

Despite many flavors of sweet and cold chocolate. Also several choices of sweets. Wonderful chocolate!

As usual, desserts at the highest level, fresh apple juice and good coffee. It is a pity that from taking a seat at the table to receiving the order it is well over an hour on Sunday :-(

A cozy place in old-fashioned styling - I like it. Suitable both for going out with friends and spending time with a girl. The products are not very sweet, which makes me happy. You have to wait a bit to order, but this waiting time is survivable. Nice and helpful staff. The offer for children is also quite fine. If you are in the area and you fancy something good and sweet, I recommend it. I find the prices quite decent for the city center.

Classical cafeteria that conserves all the charm of another time, great variety of coffee tea desserts and chocolate. Without a doubt chocolate is the best of this place, you can take one for between 10-15 PLN.
I recommend white.
The treatment by the waitress was perfect.

The coffee and the pralines were good but the worst part is that the cashier didn't speak English at all. I had luck that there was another customer who helped me order.

Elegantly, in the restaurant feels the rich, still nurtured tradition of the factory. Unfortunately, some sellers are quite accidental and not very competent. Recruited from the ubiquitous Ukrainians. No less the products of a reputable manufacturer of sweetness are still of great quality and delight with taste, aroma, appearance ... unfortunately not the price

Dessert delicious, but how long did it take to wait.

Rude waitress in this old style tea room, barking rather than speaking to the customers. Definitely more busy talking with friends rather than taking care of clients. No welcome. Must admit that the classic bitter hot chocolate is just fantastic

For a person of my year born in Warsaw, it is a taste of childhood and the sweetest memory.

I guess everyone should visit this charming cafe during their stay in Warsaw. There is a fantastic atmosphere of interwar Warsaw. The drinking chocolates offered here are an absolute dream, just heaven in my mouth. Unfortunately, the prices are quite high but it is great here. It is a great place for a date, meeting a friend or a business meeting. It is a pity that there is no background music, e.g. Soft jazz etc. After a nice time and an experienced explosion of taste buds, you can buy Wedel's sweets in the shop next to, unfortunately, pastoral and prices. But what you live for once. And the calories you pack here are enough for at least a month. Plan to buy a gym membership for at least 2 months to burn your calories.

Good desserts and of course chocolate. Minus for the uncleaned bathroom, paper towels were pouring around the room.
