I love this place! Desserts are fantastic! And the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Sweets are delicious and there are plenty to choose from, but coffee is average. Service is not so professional but friendly. Toilets need renovation.

I had a parfait. I would like to order coffee and hot chocolate as well, but I may not be able to eat it because I hear it is extremely rich. It's a luxurious atmosphere, and I think it's hard to experience anywhere else. The parfait was 20 zloty.

The first time I strike after drinking hot chocolate, and at Wedel's. Maybe it's rum's fault, but it was a nasty surprise.

Nice atmosphere, a bit expensive but it's worth it.

The brunette waitress wgl forgot that she served us and we waited 15 minutes for the bill, and we had to ask for it the same

Over 40 minutes of waiting for an ice cream cup and hot chocolate. We still wanted to order a checker, but after 15 minutes the waitress realized that she was not available. As it turned out ice cream and hot chocolate (sic!) Probably wasn't, or at least we didn't wait. At that time, 3 clients were served who came later from us, including a family with children who had eaten everything before we got our order. For Wedel's flagship restaurant, a huge disappointment. I strongly advise against!

Too bad the waitress (blonde) confused white chocolate with milk chocolate, but the place is nice with a small pleasant terrace.

The charm of old Wedel is felt. Generally a nice cafe. You can eat here a small snack and dessert not only chocolate. Although drinking chocolate is very good. Everything is very tasty but still a bit expensive.

We tried the Hot chocolate trio and salted caramel they where all delicious.

Wow! Amazing hot chocolates (especially the white chocolate) in a really nice setting. I had a sandwich to begin with and it wasn't really anyting special, but the hot chocolate tasting menu and the pralines were great. My girlfriend had the pancakes and the caramel sauce that came with it were pure heaven. I'm not even a big fan of chocolate but I wouldn't miss a visit to this place on my next trip to Warsaw

I have the impression that bitter chocolate tasted like milk. Generally I really like this place and Wedel chocolate but if I want bitter chocolate it should be bitter. In other words - Wedin's bitter drinking is too sweet

Great place for chocolate and sweetness. There are breakfasts but they are not the best you can find in Warsaw. Beautiful interiors and friendly service.

The place is very nice, the waiters remember orders and are extremely polite. I've been here several times and will definitely be back. I recommend chocolate with whiskey or rum, it depends what is on offer :)

There is no winter without a visit to the pump room!
The oldest place - hence its atmosphere, charm, etc. Chocolates and everything else with raspberries in wine are my favorites. Pretty good winter tea.
Ps Really, drinking chocolate and a chocolate souffle during one visit is a lot of chocolate, very much - be careful, because you can not cope (mistake from the first visit a few years ago, ups). It's a shame not to eat because it's so good!

I love cholate and this was the perfect ending of a dinner on another reataurant. Had three truffles and cherry liqueur. Would have preferred pure cherry liqueur but the chocolate cherry liqueur was really nice anyhow.

This is the best place in Warsaw. Everything is delicious!

I was there with my husband and friend. We each ordered something to drink and a dessert. First, only me and my friend got a cold chocolate to drink. Then 10 minutes we waited for a friend's ice cream dessert, then came my husband's dessert with an old and weathered Wedel cake, after about another 20 minutes my husband got black coffee, which seemed to be the fastest to do. At the end I got my tiramisu, which could not be eaten, the cream was virulent, but the biscuits were one big mush. I do not know in czm were soaked but certainly not in alcohol and not in chocolate. In addition, next to our table, on the floor, there were lots of dried chocolate stains, the waiters entered it, and the knife did not bother them. We were there for about 1.5 hours and nobody cleaned it up, and there were very few people. TERRIBLE toilet. The basket has not been emptied since opening, full of papers on the floor. No toilet paper and soap. The floor has not been washed for a long time. Gives 1 star for sentiment to this place and decor. I discouraged.

Perfect place for coffee, dessert or sandwich. There's high-class chocolate here, and everything is delicious. You can buy pralines, cherry liqueur and more. The prices are funny. For some reason the place does not appear on the tourist map, although it is near the Nowy Swiat. Required place.

A unique place to move into the atmosphere of the times where the use of cell phones would be impossible and inappropriate - we feel almost like in a "living museum" .... this is our favorite place since the late 60s - although it must be admitted that once chocolate was served only hot and today just warm

A sentimental journey to another era flavored with wonderful chocolate

I came to the chocolate bar, so I ordered chocolate samples. For an adult it's probably only bitter chocolate to swallow, the rest is an improvement. I break the star because the table was either poorly worn or had a lacquered varnish, which looked like dirt.

Chocolate no longer tastes the same as 10 years ago. Detriment.

Good place when you get a seat but awful service while you wait. No one comes to speak to you and you just seem to have to fight for a seat when someone leaves. If anyone from Wedel can be bothered to read this post can I suggest the staff in the cafe attend to those waiting and make sure they are seated in order when space comes free.

Local and fantastic food ... Ideal for breakfast or an afternoon break ... absolutely try the dark chocolate available in various flavors. Fantastic all kinds of desserts.

We've been waiting half an hour. Longer than in a restaurant. I Bury.

It is a wonderful, atmospheric place, where you should take the person who came to Warsaw for the first time. Beautiful interiors, wonderful ice creams and a variety of cold and hot chocolates, as well as salads, make everyone happy to come back. In addition, you can buy here hand-made pralines of various flavors and compose gift sets. Pumps of chocolate in shopping centers are just a taste of this place with history.

Old charm that needs a refresh. Especially in the service department. The place is small, with only two rooms and a hanful of tables being served. They've plenty of waiters but still we waited quite a while to even get our menus. Our waiter was kind and helpful, but they clearly need a better system and work organization.

The chocolate is good, though. Lots of it in different varieties. Coffee is also fine -- just right for drinking dark.

Not sure why the menu includes sandwiches and a few other choices of food though. As if chocolate and desserts weren't enough -- it's what they're known for! -- and trying to make extra money.

Good location and great Polish chocolate, but the service sometimes can't cope with guests. My last waiting time for placing an order is 40 minutes in the middle of the week.
