It used to be a great place. Now, we wait over an hour for the ordered items to come, they come a bit, so some people have sweets and others can look at each other. Waiters are running around, rush atmosphere and poor service. I think they exaggerated greatly with the number of tables and the thickness of the menu. At the end, after 70 minutes of waiting, it turned out that one of the desserts came without any information in a different version than it was supposed to be because they lacked something.

Delicious chocolate, unchanged from where I live or 35 years, ignored by the service and repeatedly trying to communicate the lack of any feedback meant that I went from outside to light a cigarette with nerves and informing the service that I leave the power bank on the table and I will be back soon. I sat down at the table for their happiness my friend called me, I have been waiting an hour And others, of course, were served before me despite the fact that they came earlier. I hung up with my friend and then got up wanting to immediately go to the manager of the premises, and here surprise - my long-awaited chocolate appears. Today, extremely white, unchanging taste, I drank in 2 minutes, the waiter came over and asked if it tasted, she said has not changed since he is alive or 35 years old.

Wedel's cafe is like Godiva in Poland. There is atmosphere and photograph is good. You can eat chocolate dessert. It may be too sweet for Japanese people. The berry sauce attached to the cake was a little alcoholic, so the son of the elementary school student was not good at it.

In the pre-Christmas periods there is always something that resembles a huge egg or Christmas tree. In addition to chocolates, you can also buy chocolate tinctures. Very tasty. It's worth to come. Although it's not cheap.

We waited over 40 minutes for dishes that were not very good. In general, all businesses in Warsaw seem to take the time to order a dish.

Around 11 the place was still almost deserted and to serve us two hot chocolates (?) They were terribly slow. The chocolate was almost liquid and arrived lukewarm ... In other places the chocolate was accompanied by a glass of water, here not even the shadow ... High prices for the local average, in other places the chocolate is much better then avoid ...

Cool place for a moment of rest. A huge amount of coffees, drinks ... on a chocolate bar. Everyone will find something + a company shop. The prices of some products are impressive!

The best place to have a chocolate. The product is paid and the place where it is located. Pre-war classic air building. Very pretty. A little expensive.

If only chocolate were rated 5 stars. Unfortunately, when we consider the quality of service and "cleanliness" prevailing in the premises, two stars remain.

The menu was delicious. The time was a quarter to nine in the evening. The service was slow. We waited 20 minutes for a menu and another 15 minutes for what we ordered. Even to pay we waited fifteen minutes! There was only one couple and we were (3 people). The waiters were not busy with customers but talked among themselves. The rating is only available on the tasty portions and the price.

The waitress asks you to leave the restaurant without offering a seat that is not reserved.

I came with a child, and after about an hour of waiting, I accosted the waiter how much I had to wait for 2 chocolates and he replied that it was not his fault, but the kitchen ... about 16 was not crowded, so the service should look different, apparently the standards have changed ... I got up and left. I do not recommend. Defeat

Mega sweet and tasty ^^ polite, cultural and level service. You can feel like in a prestigious restaurant. I did not get a tiramisu once, but you offered me something so great in return, I was so happy, thank you <3

Probably the most traditional chocolate house in Poland, located in a 19th century building, associated with the brand from the very beginning. Nice service where you can find very good and thick hot chocolate. Very sweet but genuine, which nowadays is more and more difficult to find.

Very busy, but worth waiting a bit to get seat.

The slowest service I've ever encountered. 1 hour wait and calling 2 separate waiters to take our order, the 3rd eventually did. Now 15mins to get half the order and another 30mins to get the other half. Although the chocolate orange drink was nice it wasn't hot. The classic chocolate trio seemed like it was watered down a bit. Not going to say it was a good experience just mediocre.

Service wasn't as good as it could have been. Hot chocolate was as good as ever. Like drinking liquid chocolate.

A revelation for me. Not a place where chocolate from cardboard is heated in the microwave.

Always at the highest level. The waiting time for the order has been shortened (that's a plus). A climatic place worth recommending to people outside of Warsaw :)
