Cool place, but wait too long for service (waiter).

A beautiful place and a wonderful interior of a unique chocolate bar. The offer includes coffee, cakes, chocolate and even breakfast. I would definitely recommend taking your other half here (for a romantic date) or a tourist friend visiting Warsaw - after all, this is a place with a long tradition. The pump room offer also includes beautifully packaged chocolates, pralines and other chocolate choices that are great as a gift. Prices are not excessive. On weekends it may happen that you have to wait a while for a free table.

I ate a delicious salad with smoked chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, mandarin in a vinaigrette sauce, and a cheesecake with white chocolate. Poetry in the mouth.

I don't usually eat a lot of chocolate or order hot chocolate as I prefer savoury things but even I loved this place. I ordered the 3 small hot chocs - white, milk, and dark chocolate. They were all delicious. The building it is in is cool too. It caught my eye on the way to the Chopin Museum so we went in to investigate.

Maximum discourtesy. I bought so many boxes of chocolate and I paid for the gift box too. I asked to have an envelope paying for it with the card and they replied that it was not possible. Not having slots I couldn't pay it. They sent me away with the boxes on top of one another. Very bad. I will never go there again3

Waiting for a table is nothing compared to 30 minutes waiting for an order. After all, just pour chocolate and bring it to the table.

After about an hour of waiting, it turns out that the waitress went home, the order was not placed, instead of apologizing for releasing the waitress - this is not elegant behavior. After knowing the problem, despite assurances about priority order execution and only a minute waiting, the order finally did not reach us. I do not recommend.

The largest and most impressive chocolate Wedel pump room in Warsaw, open on Sunday until 21:00 is a minor misunderstanding. The staff did not let them into the pump room at 20:30, because "they close in 30 minutes". The lady behind the counter is not at all familiar with the products sold, and the chocolate sold to take away was barely warm ... It's definitely too poor standards for such a prestigious and beautiful place.

OMG!! A place you need to visit asap!!! Nice coffee, excellent hot chocolate, an apple pie to die for and the chocolates can send you straight to paradise!! Simply amazing!! The staff is not that well trained but they can learn. Male waiters need to learn some manners. The female waiter was excellent. I will not judge this place for the staff but for the products they serve which i am giving 5 out of 5 stars. Prices are good. Location is convinient.

Shapely waitresses are a great advantage of this plant. The naked eye can see that there is a need for renovation: old, apparently from the time of the PRL, tables do not make a pleasant impression on the client. Toilets are adjacent to the entrance to the kitchen and every time taking orders waitress with the dishes pass through waiting their queue to the customers' toilets.

A wonderful place with delicious chocolate in a multitude of varieties. My favorite, which I sincerely recommend is bitter with raspberries. The perfect combination, not too sweet. :) Friends from abroad were delighted! Also a great place to show your guests. :) Prices are just right for such a pleasure.

Two stars to encourage the management of the Pump Room network. Unfortunately, for 3 years I have been coming to Szpitalna St. for the pre-war building style and, above all, Chocolate. It has not changed yet ... and Hallelujah! Unfortunately, the menu is not impressive. Currently on the market place is either trying to attract something fantastic - what is hot chocolate - or a diverse menu for the whole year. This year the menu for the summer has changed and ... In principle, I can only drink what I have in winter :( waffles and pancakes are one big misunderstanding. If I wanted to eat a boil I'd buy it at a discount. The fantastic Lemonades have disappeared :( cucumber - pineapple and mint - honey. It's good that there are still frozen fruit chocolates or I would have to go out with a dry mouth.

Service is a nightmare. Slow, poor communication, neither good morning nor anything. I suggest employing people trained in customer service or investing in training. Last visit here. I buy chocolate powder and I will do it at home - it will be faster and in a more friendly atmosphere.

Tragedy and embarrass 20 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the table. Twice we asked the waitress to come over, but she waited for us and hid us in the kitchen and then another came. I wonder how much you will have to wait for two chocolates?

Served products are pretty good quality (Nothing special), but service is terribly slow and uneducated in using their own it systems and customer service. And I say that as a frequent visitor.

Delicious chocolate. The atmosphere is like a classic cafe. A lot of tables. An ideal place for a date / meeting with family or friends.

Maybe I will not be objective, but as a chocolate lover, I would love to stay there. Lots of different desserts, not just chocolate. Besides, of course, all brand products that you will not find outside of the pump rooms.

I visit the place every few years - unfortunately, it does not serve him. Prices up, quality down, there is no taste right now. Unfortunately, this is just a memory of the old Wedel, and if anyone wants to reminisce about it, it will be tastier and healthier to buy Wedel chocolate and dissolve it at home.
