The greatest place I have ever been to, I recommend breakfast. I highly recommend.

It's possible to taste a wide variety of chocolates. Also great for a quick lunch, with sandwiches or salads. Very nice ambience. Rich chocolate shop.

Iconic place. Everything is very tasty, however, very cozy, ascetic. Nothing has changed since its inception. Very unpleasant lighting. It would be enough to change it, it would be much better.

Sea, a sea of chocolate !!! Good menu. Prices are not modest. Serve quickly. Everything is good, only not very comfortable and there are feelings that are dirty in the hall. For lovers of sweet, I highly recommend!

Chocolate shop in the center of Warsaw where you can enjoy high quality hot chocolate at a really good price. Great assortment of hot and cold drinks, juices and much more. Pleasant treatment by the staff.

A place with the history of the Wedel family. In this house there was a chocolate workshop. Beautiful interior cornices reflect the spirit of the times. It is worth to learn about this story of one of the most recognizable Polish companies.

A cafe operated by a famous local chocolate maker. The chocolate drink here is rich and stains in a tired body.

I got hot chocolate and crepes.
Hot chocolate is rich enough for people who don't like chocolate!
It is as thick as drinking chocolate, just like drinking chocolate fondue sauce.
The crepe was thick and the skin was delicious.
If you like chocolate, please definitely go.
The pierogi with chocolate was very delicious.

I bought a canned chocolate for myself, but the case is cute and recommended.

Good food but the work organization of this cafe is very bad. We waited 20
min for the first scrambled eggs, after another 10 min the next. When asked why it takes so long, a very nice lady waitress informed us that there is one frying pan in the whole cafe and only one person serves it.

First of all, friendly service and a really charming atmosphere, as if you are going to another dimension in which there is peace and quiet.
Secondly, delicious chocolate which you can choose from dozens of different types. I really recommend this great place)

Chocolate has been the same for years, but it's getting less and less for a higher price. The pump room needs renovation and replacement of furniture. The interior does not encourage to return.

This is a restaurant about which one can safely say "good because Polish". I think drinking chocolate is better than Belgian chocolate. The decor is nice, classic in a good climate.

I enter a super atmospheric place, which I see for the first time and I don't know what to do, because no one appears from the service, I stand at one cash register first, nobody is there, finally someone appears at the other cash register, I order two chocolates, a gentleman service gives me a receipt without explanation and I'm waiting and I still don't know what's going on.

One of the worst costumer service!!! We came 45 minutes before they close, they told us there is no place to sit and that they can't serve us but served other costumers that came after us.

You just have to wait more than one HOUR for your order. Really poor quality

This is one of my favorite places in Warsaw, often visited with my parents or grandmother since the 50s of the last century. The nature of the furniture puts you in the mood of a bygone era from the door. Around it was then, and in the pump room and in the shop - like in the old days of the interwar period. Wedel cake and hot chocolate have been for ever generations symbols of celebrating.

This chocolate will not be made at home,
even if you buy the ingredients on the spot.
A little long waiting time for drinks and the way of serving is not simultaneous for everyone at the table is a bit awkward.

A great place although unfortunately kid friendly so in the afternoon you can not count on peace. But the coffee is delicious and the bitter chocolate is divine.

I rarely say that, but perfect scrambled eggs. Hot chocolates too.
The first drawback is service and issuing orders, because each of the ordered items came at a different time (first coffee, then chocolate, and finally scrambled eggs).
The second drawback is the menu - it is misleading. They propose to compose your own breakfast set in the form of breakfast and drink, but it does not bring any savings, it pays completely the same as if you ordered everything separately. Why, then, the proposal to compose breakfast?

A huge queue usually, but waiting in line is worth it! The best chocolate I've ever drunk an the pralines are heaven on tounge.

Nice interiors, old style, worth visiting and trying the chocolate.

In addition to the fact that the place is pleasant (for a date just in time), the prices in relation to quality have disappointed me. Chocolates are nothing special - from time to time I will dissolve a plate at home and go out tastier.

The place is in need of refreshing; I didn't get what I ordered and the service was very slow.

Unfortunately the service failed. After waiting 20 minutes to accept the order and not waiting, I decided to leave. People who came later were served while the waiters walked past me and paid no attention.

Tasty desserts, although the order itself is waiting for ages, despite the fact that some of the service is wandering like in a beehive. The manager probably does not overwhelm that there are not enough staff to serve customers.

Tastes as delicious, sweet n thick as all other places. Slightly on the expensive side. Not crowded on weekdays at all. Popped in on a Monday afternoon and there's only a few people. Was served quickly and drink was delicious. 16 zloty for this. Highly recommend when it is not crowded

A nice, historic place and has its own atmosphere. Very good chocolates, if according to tables is not the best, the chocolate in this pump room is wonderful and definitely worth the price. Cool place to visit in Warsaw and take a break during a break in visiting the next obligatory points on the map. With my friends we went there with a group of Belgians and they loved it.
