I enjoyed my visit at LPT about two weeks ago. Walked out of there with a 2015 Corolla LE Plus. John Cardone helped me through the process. I love the fact that he wasn't pushy or insistent, and only showed me what I needed to see. He was willing to give me the necessary time and attention and was very courteous. Also, Syndi Eastty was great at financing. Gave me great tips as far as GAP Insurance, and additional services I could benefit from, and as I said about John, wasn't pushy at all. Thank you guys so much for getting me in a car I love for the budget I was looking for! I proudly tell everyone I got my new car at Lost Pines Toyota! :)

I've purchased a total of 6 cars in my life, been to several dealerships in the process. Jim and Caitlin made this the BEST car purchase experience that I've ever had. I haven't had bad experiences in the past. They were both just the right amount of friendly, informative, patient, helpful and efficient! Five star!

I was visiting my family in Bastrop, tx when I decided to stop by the local Toyota dealership. In front of the store to greet me was Chris Blankenship. He was knowledgeable and very down to earth. I was there for a two hours and test drove numerous vehicles. Definitely more then the usual customer. He was patient and extremely courteous. When I buy my next vehicle, it will be from Chris at Lost Pines Toyota.

Had a great experience buying a car here! Everyone was very friendly, very open about the process and willing to work with my limits and what I wanted in a vehicle. Walked out happy with a great new car!

My experience purchasing a car at Lost Pine Toyota was easy and enjoyable. Chris, my salesman, could not have been more helpful or nicer. He took all the time I needed to my decision, and answered all my questions, the guy is fantastic. Shawn, finance officer, was great to work with too. After this experience I would never go any place else and will encourage everyone I know to go to Lost Pines Toyota.

Lost Pines was recommended to me by my brother in law who has purchased three cars from them. When I got there Jesse came out to greet me and helped me get into a new car. Friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend Lost Pines, ask for Jesse.

Every person at lost pines was a pleasure to meet and talk with, from picking me up at the airport to me driving away in my new car. Many props Brett and company. Went so far as to check in on me to make sure I made it home safely :)

Update on my car: Since I posted my last review, I've gone through some experiences that I need to share. I bought a performance car that comes stock with brembo brakes, upon getting the car back to Florida I had the calipers fail on me with one of them melting. And was told by a tech that the original rotor/calipers were all taken off and that all of the calipers were replaced and painted red. Once I got the car lifted to see the undercarriage the rear end was two different brands of shock and strut. Along with the rear rotors having smaller front rotors in their place. Very disappointed in the end result. Can't say I would go here again.

While I did not purchase my current vehicle from Lost Pines I did take my Highlander in for service. The store itself is gorgeous and everyone was very polite. The service department were very professional and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and service department to any and all.

Chad sold me the best looking and driving Tacoma, make that best truck in the United States in 1.6 hours. Ten thumbs up

A year later in 2015 when her RAV4 lease was up, Chad Carlton sold my wife the best little Prius V for her commutes to Manor and DFW. We'll be buying vehicles exclusively at Lost Pines Toyota in Bastrop regardless of how close Austin gets. LPT is simply the friendliest, calmest, and most enjoyable place to make a fair deal on a superb set of wheels.

Love these guys and gals! Great service every time with servicing and detailing my Audi, 4Runner and Tundra, nothing but great, consistent customer service. Highly recommend! Nice waiting area as well. Everyone is always very nice and friendly. I can't say that about the Audi dealership in Austin. That's another reason why I ditched the Audi and stuck w/Toyota. Keep up the great work guys!

At first I was skeptical of a car dealership having such good reviews, but when they had the Prius I wanted at a good price I figured it was worth the drive out of the city just for that. However, the sales and customer service experience I have had during and after purchasing my car has been second to none. The sales person was laid back and not pushy. And, for a person like me, that will earn my business much faster than the more
common alternative of more intense sales tactics. I still drive my car here from San Marcos to get serviced over closer options because they have consistently treated me very well. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota, even if a 30-60 minute drive is involved.

I visited Toyota Lost Pines about two weeks ago looking to purchase a new car. This was my first time looking for a new car at any dealership and I wasn't sure how things were going to go. As soon as I stepped on the lot Dustin C. approached me and asked what kind of car I was interested in. I mentioned some of the things I was looking for in a car as Dustin wrote it down. After doing some research Dustin returned with a few options. The first car he showed me was a 2014 Corolla. I immediately knew that this was what I was looking for. Two weeks later I am still enjoying my car with no regrets. Thank you to Toyota Lost pines, and specifically to Dustin, for this great experience.

Best dealership experience my wife and I have ever had! Chad was terrific; he walked us through each step of the process without pushing and was focused on helping us get what we came for. The dealership was terrific and I feel very confident recommending Lost Pines Toyota to anyone. Thank you for the great experience!

Great customer service. Fantastic Servuce Department. Sales Manager Aaron totally rocks. He worked with me and for me until I was happy. Salesman Brett goes beyond to please the customer. Initially I was dealing with two dealerships shopping for the right vehicle and Lost Pines won over the other one because of their dedication to their customers and all the great reviews. Excellent customer service! Jesse was a great salesman and he helped us find that perfect vehicle that we were searching for and kept it within our budget. Shawn was also very helpful with the contract and helped me to get the best bank to finance my purchase. I would highly recommend them.

***EDIT*** I used to give this dealership a 5 star, but now I think it's more of 3 stars. When the dealership first opened it was great. Now that has been there a while the newness has rubbed off and I think they have gone down hill. The parts counter takes FOREVER to get help from. I watched the two guys on their cell phones doing Facebook while I stood there. Now the last time I went in for a part, about a week ago the parts department was WAY better than it used to be. I hope that spreads to the rest of the dealership. The service department is slow and they never follow up on things their service advisers say. I had to go to another dealer to get something fixed that they couldn't but yet still was charged a service fee from LPT. I'm not 100% sure but I think they've went through different mangers, but have the same owner because I see him there from time to time and he does seem like a good guy and cares. The bad part is he has zero people that work for him that have any solid leadership, loyalty, or customer service. The last few times I did stop to try to get a part, I was swamped by sales guys. I HATE when dealerships have all their sales folks hanging outside the front door waiting to pounce you. I have received phone calls asking to rate the service provided and questions like they care. Each time I tell them and it seems they don't care because no action is taken to correct the issues. I now go to a dealership that is further away but it better in my opinion. Yes the dealership itself is top notch facility, but in my opinion it stops there.

My old Altima finally went kaput and I needed a new car pretty quickly. I'm not a very experienced car shopper and was worried about getting the run around from a schmoozy car salesman. Jesse Torres at Lost Pines Toyota made the entire process unbelievably easy. There was no pressure, no sketchy sales tactics - just Jesse wanting to make sure I got the car that was perfect for me.

After Jesse walked me through the first - and longest! - part of the process and helped me decide on a car, the finance manager, Michael, finished up with the paperwork more quickly than I thought possible. Again, I didn't feel like I was being treated as a paycheck by these guys - both Jesse and Michael seemed to genuinely want me to feel comfortable with the purchase.

I LOVE my new Corolla! I would recommend this place to anyone who is sick of being harassed and manipulated by sleazy salesmen and prefers a friendly, welcoming, and low-pressure environment instead.

I've been to 7 Toyota dealerships so you can imagine the pain that I've been through. But there's one dealership that stood out to me and it's Lost Pines Toyota. The reasons why I gave my business to them are 1 = the best price out of the 7 and 2 = the amazing car saleman Chris Blankenship. Chris is very helpful and patient to work with a tough customer like me. I've doubt with a lot of car salesman before and they always make me feel regret after leaving the dealership. But Chris is a different and unique and he will make sure that he does what best for his customer. Shannon is also an amazing with what she does too. She doesn't make me feel so pushy about buying an insurance. My overall experience is very positive and I would recommended everyone to go to Lost Pines Toyota and make sure you see Chris Blankenship. The only disappointment that I had is that on my paperwork say Rick is my saleman only because I went online, even though he didn't do anything to deserved my business.

Bought a 2014 Edge with 17K miles and all the good...

Bought a 2014 Edge with 17K miles and all the goodies wanted by my wife completely via internet and phone conversations with Chad Catron. On Tuesday we agreed on a price (he initiated a price reduction in light of a possible variance in color of the interior between description and pictures on the web page). His offer was more than fair. My son happened to be in Austin from Wednesday to noon Friday. Chad expedited the paperwork via internet and FedEx and delivered the car himself to my son as he was checking out of his hotel on noon that Friday.

So I bought a car, sight unseen, relying completely on the representations of Chad Catron and he delivered better on every representation he made during the process. You couldn't have a better experience buying a car.

And the variance in color? Turns out its charcoal, black, or chocolate brown, depending on the light. There is no way to describe accurately.

So, have a very, very, happy wife. ... for today. Tomorrow? That's another day

Went for an oil change and got a new set of tires too. Easy place to get service at. I plan on bring my wife's Honda in next since they also do maintenance on all makes. I was glad I tried their car wash service because its the best my truck has looked since it was brand new.

This is easily the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I drove from Dallas just to get my car. Everyone on the staff was friendly, accommodating and made getting my next car easy. Not only is the car great (Camry) but the people make all the difference. Thank you Jim and Lost Pines. This is how easy a car buying experience should always be! Take the time to drive to Lost Pines, you will not be sorry.

I had a great car buying experience with Chris as my salesman, he treated me like a friend instead of a customer...communication was great, kept me in the loop & made the trading/purchasing process a breeze!

I purchased a '13 pre-owned Honda accord from Lost...

I purchased a '13 pre-owned Honda accord from Lost Pines back in November 2016. The first thing that really struck me as unethical was that this dealership was installing low-jacks (GPS) on all their vehicles, not advertising as such. They then advertise the vehicle at a low cost and when you go to buy, the actual price is almost 1000 dollars more. because they are forcing the customer to cover the cost of that low jack. Needless to say I refused to pay for the low jack and was in my car driving away, when the salesman ran out and asked if he didn't charge me for the low jack and gave me the car at the price it was advertised, than would I buy. I obliged. So the finance guys are just as much of a salesman, as the the guy who ran out to my car. Well once I am back there they sell me an additional 2,800 dollar Extended Service Plan (ESP). Unfortunately, the car was totaled about a year later. Because I hardly used the ESP because the car was deemed a complete loss, Lost pines Toyota required that I drive 2 hours out there to sign papers and submit paper work. They would not allow anything to be done electronically. So once I got there, the service was horrendous. We were told to wait at the front while they went and got the finance lady. Well we were waiting for around 45 minutes when I just decided to walk back to their offices. THe Finance lady was playing on her phone when we approached and asked who were we looking for. We said someone in finance and then she told us she was the lady we were waiting for. Well after I sign and submit all the paper work, they tell me it will take 8-12 weeks for my refund to be processed. That was December 2017, we are now in May and I have yet to receive any refund. I've been Calling these people for literally weeks now and leaving messages with the same person, Janice at extension 601, to no avail. Please be careful when buying from them, especially the extended warranty plans. The finance manager gave his word when I bought the vehicle that I could return the ESP at anytime, for a prorated amount, on the rest of the remaining time on the plan. This dealership engages in shady business, and I would highly recommend that if searching for a vehicle and lost pines is the cheapest price around, keep looking, because you may end up paying for it later, literally.

First and Foremost, I want to thank Chad Julius in the Service Dept. My experience at Lost Pines Toyota was top-notch from first contact via phone to picking up my truck after service was performed.
I called into LP Toyota April 28th and spoke with Chad about replacing my Timing Belt and Water Pump on my '05 Tundra. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and giving me a competitive quote. After calling multiple Toyota dealerships and independent shops, Lost Pines was by far the best price and worth the hour drive one-way. I am very picky and hesitant when it comes to servicing my vehicles at shops/dealerships, because I like to do the work myself when I can. This was a job I could have done myself but would have taken me 3-4 full days. I had complete faith that the service was going to be completed in a timely manner by a qualified technician, so i scheduled for Monday, May 1st. Upon arrival, Chad let me know up front that it might not be ready until the following morning. I completely understood, as i had arrived later than scheduled and the job requires a lot of work. Later that day around closing time, Chad called to inform me that everything was going well and the technician was going to stay a little late to make sure the job was completed and the truck would be ready first thing in the morning.
The morning of May 2nd, I called in my payment since i wasn't going to be able to pick the truck up until close to closing time. I was very pleased to find out the quoted price was exactly what I was paying. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't need or charge me extra due to unforeseen issues. I had also informed them to lock the keys in the truck, and I would come with my spare to pick it up. They were gracious enough to call me a second time to confirm locking the keys in the truck. When I arrived, it was just after closing and everything went as smooth as I had expected.

Two weeks later, the truck is running great and I'm looking forward to the next 120k miles!
I will definitely be back to Lost Pines for major servicing! Great job guys!!

I have 4 cars that I ve been taking to Toyota lost pines for the pass 6 years for maintenance. Today I went in to get an oil change. While waiting for service another car drove behind me and they were taken care off before me, even though I had arrived first. I asked why my airbag light kept turning on. They performed an airbag calibration without my consent and wanted to charge me. How am I going to pay for something I wasn t told about or given the choice to change. The GM was extremely rude and ignorent. He told me the airbags needed to be calibrated because of the mileage. He even continued to tell me he really didn t need my business. Extremely disappointed as I so content with the service I had gotten previously. Won t be returning!!!!

Overall such a wonderful experience with Brian Lundgren and a good team that felt like family. I love my Toyota Corolla Sport; it is sporty, reliable and an efficient commuter car. The service was excellent and I would recommend Lost Pines Toyota to family and friends in the future. Thank you for helping me find a comfortable, beautiful and fun car that was right for me!

We only went to Lost Pines to have a look but ended up buying a 2014 RAV4 which we are really enjoying. The people working there are very friendly and there are no high-pressure selling tactics. John Cardone our sales consultant made the whole process easy and I was impressed with his knowledge of Toyota vehicles we were considering.

I wanted to write to say what an amazing experience I recently had with Lost Pines Toyota in helping me purchase my new car. From the pre-sales attention to detail and follow through, to working with finance, and the after sales accessories, I was extremely well taken care of. It is not often that i encounter this level of exceptional customer service. I want to send a big thanks to the entire Lost Pines team!

While getting stranded on the side of the road while traveling with friends, we quickly called the nearest dealership and had the pleasure of getting to talk with Damian. He was absolutely amazing and so gracious. He Took care of us quickly & got us back on the road. Thank you soo much for making us feel like VIP s!!

Toyota was one of the cars that we were reviewing while considering our purchase. We did not end up purchasing a Toyota, however; Chris Blankenship in sales made the experience of car shopping very pleasant. He was so informative and helpful thru the entire process as we test drove a Highlander and 4 Runner. He spent a lot of time with us that day and didn't make us feel pressured or rushed. He was great, you want to look him up if you are in the market for a Toyota!!! Chris (in finance) also was very helpful in getting us the best deal to consider and made it a very competitive decision for us to make.

I drove from Leander to test drive a car I was interested in buying. The car salesperson was friendly and explained the features of the vehicle. The manager however was not as friendly as I have experienced at David McDavid Acura and First Texas Honda in Austin.

I was under the impression when you buy a vehicle, there may be some wiggle room in the price. The manager offered none. He seemed uninterested in helping my mom and I and he didn t even really take the time to explain why he couldn t come down in price. He also seemed uninterested in selling the vehicle to us as he didn t even take 10 minutes with us.

This was a very disappointing experience. The manager could have taken a different approach. Neither him or the salesperson cared that I had taken the time to drive into Bastrop from Leander.

Besides the disappointment over the non-negotiable price and the lack of customer service from the manager, the salesperson was nice and the vehicle was clean. Not as friendly as David McDavid Acura and First Texas Honda in Austin. Customer service makes a difference in the car buying experience.

Purchased 05 Mitsubishi Endeavor on October 23, 2013. My salesperson, Joy Baello, was excellent. She was very friendly, helpful, patient and proffessional. In fact, I can honestly say that because of her, this has been my best car buying experience. The next auto that I purchase, which will be within the year, will be from Lost Pines Toyota, but I will insist that Joy be the associate that I work with.
I will definetly refer all my friends and family to Lost Pines Toyota.
Sincerely Satisfied,
Terry L. Hanson

I submitted inquiry online to receive a call back from a salesperson, did not happen. The next day they wanted to do a survey on my experience with the individual who was suppose to call me that day, never happened. He acted concern, told me you will be receiving a call from a salesperson immediately. And then address mis communication failure, never happened. I called again today to speak with upper management, four managers and none available to speak to. all I wanted to do was purchase a vehicle from them.
